      To whom this may concern,I am writing regarding two transactions sales that were sold items within the past two weeks. I have sold two items on Poshmark app and received 5-star ratings. Both transactions were successful. Seller gave me a positive feedback and then I transferred the funds from the website to my bank. account. However, now my transferred funds have been pending for the past two week (transfer in process) I have been writing Poshmark every single day and waiting for a reply ( no reply) .they dont reply to me about why my funds arent showing in my bank and why it doesnt show complete instead of in process for 2 weeks. I want my money!! At this point they have shut down my account clamining false accusations towards me. No form of communication and any sort of response regarding my issues. I want my money transferred into my account and never want to deal with Poshmark every again. My items have been sold and the buyers have received them yet I have not received my money from the sales. Please HELP! Below, I have attached the sales with the positive ratings.

      I sold a *************************** graded card for $40 on Poshmark. This item was delivered on Monday, August 8th. Poshmarks policy is either the person rates your item shortly after it was delivered and then you receive your funds or they wait until 3 days after the item is delivered and then they release your funds. It is now Monday, August 15th and they still haven't released my funds. I've sent them over 5 messages through there customer support and they literally haven't responded to a single one.       Order #**d9fc23788e52c2c83999c4. I purchased an Hermes Dogon wallet that was described by the seller as ****************. This wallet was first "authenticated" by an "authenticator" at Poshmark and then released to me. At first receipt of the wallet, it looked perfect so I accepted delivery. Upon opening the coin purse, I noticed that the Hermes stamp was not centered in the coin purse which would NEVER happen in an authentic Hermes wallet. I took the wallet to the Hermes store and was told that the color of the wallet is not even the "Rose ******* color that it was sold to me as, and that the Hermes stamp on the wallet itself is the wrong size and the words are too close together, that the metal "H" on the zipper is uneven in size from side to side and that Clou ******** clasp on the Rose ****** color wallet should be gold, as well as the Rose ****** would never have white stitching. In addition, the stitched leather part of the clasp is cut uneven which would NEVER happen in an authentic Hermes wallet. The wallet is counterfeit. It is a good counterfeit, but it IS counterfeit. I have also flagged other clearly counterfeit items being sold on Poshmark and they are still allowing these items to be listed and sold as authentic. When I messaged the seller of the wallet, she admitted that she just guessed about the color, so the listing of the item was advertised falsely. I have tried to contact Poshmark 3 times with ZERO response. I am attaching pictures of the counterfeit pink wallet and attaching a comparison pictures using an authentic brown Hermes wallet to show the issues.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There is zero resolution.

      They refuse to share their "Professional Hermes Expert Authenticator's" credentials on what certifies them to be an expert on authenticating Hermes". I have pictures that will show exactly what obvious irregularities their Authenticator overlooked, comparing an authentic Hermes Dogon wallet with the counterfeit wallet just purchased from Poshmark side by side. 

      1. The Hermes "stamp" on the inside of the wallet (NOT the coin purse) is not spaced correctly. It is too close together from top to bottom and the " MADE IN FRANCE"  is off center in comparison to the "HERMES PARIS".
      2. The Hermes "stamp" on the inside of the wallet (again, NOT the coin purse) is actually stamped. You can see the indentation of the stamp. ALL Hermes "stamps" are embossed, not an actual stamp. You should never be able to see the a "stamp" indentation into the leather because ****** doesn't actually stamp their name, they emboss it.
      3. The Hermes "stamp" on the inside of the coin purse (NOT the wallet) is not centered at all and it is "stamped" too far to the right of the coin purse. ALL Hermes "stamps" inside the coin purse are perfectly centered.
      4. The metal *** on the zipper should be completely uniform in size from side to side and perfectly formed. The pink counterfeit Dogon sold by Poshmark is not, and the right leg of the *** is smaller than the left.
      5. The clasp hole cut out of leather is cut and sewn unevenly. PICS ARE INCLUDED OF ALL THESE ISSUES. 
      6. The Rose **************** never have white stitching. This wallet was sold as "Rose ******** IT IS NOT THE ROSE POUPRE COLOR. 


      It is for these reasons, I expect a refund regardless of whether or not the money was released to the seller. Their "PROFESSIONAL HERMES EXPERT AUTHENTICATOR" should have noticed these counterfeit red flag issues if they were actually a professional and educated Hermes authenticator. Their "professional Hermes expert authenticator" released a counterfeit item as an authentic one and now are refusing any responsibility.

      The merchandise was re-evaluated by Poshmark, deemed as counterfeit and I was refunded for complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Side note, the wallet was counterfeit and people should not have to go to this level to get refunded for their mistake, nor should they even be allowing counterfeit merchandise to be sold. But I do find the resolution satisfactory.

      i purchased a pair of shoes from poshmark - order 62ed3efbef1a4e449e4afc39 . i ordered a size 7.5 - my usual size. the shoes are almost *2 inches longer* than the size listed. i sent poshmark photos of a measuring tape on the shoe length as well as an image of my foot inside the oversized shoe. whereas most sellers include this detail in their listing title and/or description, it is clear that the seller neglected to say that this was a 7.5 **** size - nor did they provide any measurement info in the listing. i cannot wear these shoes and the fault is on the seller however poshmark is refusing to give me my money back. i just want to send these shoes back and get my money back - a total refund of $156.67.

      Regarding the user's response, it is **********************'s policy to allow the buyer 3 days to inspect the item upon delivery before accepting the order and releasing funds to the seller. Poshmark also offers alternative ways to file a report, such as contacting [email protected] within said timeframe. So long as a return case is filed within the timeframe, the funds will be held as Poshmark's dispute team reviews the case. As the user did not file a formal return case, the funds were released to the seller. For that reason, we consider the case closed.

      The complaint is against POSHMARK. THE WEBSITE CAN BE FOUND AT poshmark.com.I purchased 2 ***************** High Potency Cellular face cream. The assigned order number is 62f038ae36660eca4fb25d8e. The website platform indicated that items should be shipped within 3-5 business days. After the 3rd day, I have contacted poshmark support and the seller inquiring on shipping date. I have received no answer from the seller. I have received automated responses from poshmark support that simply stated that my message was received. The support system is exceedingly glitchy requesting multiple times the same information to be re-sent. After a week of being ignored by poshmark support and seller, I requested order cancellation. Once again, the glitchy automated support system asked multiple times for the same information and did not recognized that the information was already sent [I even attached a pdf of the order to the message sent to poshmark support, as the platform allowed attachments]. I have just submitted a dispute for the charged amount of $113.62 with my **** of America credit card. This business is highly unresponsive and it is obvious that cannot effectively communicate with its sellers when a problem is signaled by a buyer.

      Poshmark.con continues to email after requesting them to stop on several occasions. Poshmark s predatory practices defy junk filters and spam filters. Please make sure this company has an opt out feature that responds to STOP. I do not want poshmark ever contacting me again.

      I downloaded the Poshmark app to sell some items since I'm going through rough times. So I posted some sunglasses and quickly I had a buyer that was willing to pay me $85 for them. I accepted the offer on the 1st of August 2022 and had them shipped out the next day. The buyer recieved his package on August 5, 2022. Its been a week and I still haven't received my funds. Below there are attachments that show in detail when I was supposed to have received my earnings and dates of the delivery. I would like to receive the full $85 instead of the $68 that I would have received after the fees were taken away due to my distress of really needing that money and time wasted on constantly looking at the app to see if my earnings were released.

      Regarding Poshmark order #: 62e340aff95523e0480bc7f6. This order was set to be delivered on 7/30/22 per **** tracking, and updated to arriving late on 8/3 and has not been updated since. The post office has obviously lost the package and Poshmark refuses to refund the buyer and release my funds until 8/15 (another rep said 8/13 so Im getting misinformation) The buyer has reached out for updates from me, and all I can tell her is that it appears to be lost and that Poshmark is making me with another 6 days before they step in. I am risking getting a horrible review and harming my Poshmark seller status because Poshmark refuses to step in now. The customer placed the order on 7/28 and it was shipped the following day and its been stuck in Tennessee for 11 days. I have included screenshots of the tracking: **********************. I want to make sure this customer is refunded promptly and I receive my funds. This is unacceptable on Poshmarks behalf and they need to begin using a reliable carrier considering the shipping costs they charge both the buyer and seller.

      I placed an order for a pair of Good American jeans on 7/21/2022. The seller provided the style name and number, both of which I am familiar with and wear from the brand frequently (bought from **************** I bought the pair of jeans and could immediately tell they were inauthentic from the second I took them out of the box. They are made with different materials and feel and fit wrong. Upon further digging online by pulling up the listing on Bloomingdales and comparing it with the tag on the jeans received, the authentic pairs were made in ******, but this pair label said it was made in *****. The materials and ratios used were also different. I immediately alerted Poshmark that they were fake and opened up a dispute. They asked me to upload photos, which I did, as well as included extra photos showing my authentic pairs not being made in *****. Without additional opportunities for conversation, they closed my dispute saying they couldn't prove they were fake. They've told me the only way they'll do anything else is if I PAY for proof from an authorized authenticator.Their return policy has always made me feel comfortable buying on their site. I've never been worried about receiving inauthentic items because I've always had great experiences with their customer service until now. I can't even resell these jeans to recoup my money because I refuse to sell knockoffs. I'm very disappointed and would like to be able to return the item to the seller and receive a refund.(Note: the *first two photos* uploaded are of my AUTHENTIC Good American **** tags so you can clearly see the difference.)

      I am rejecting this response because: Im not sure how youve validated them as authentic when Ive sent pictures showing they were supposed to have been made in Turkey. The pair I received was made in *****. Furthermore, I am holding them in my hands, and it is so obvious they arent real when you really look closely. 

      I have been very accommodating, even offering to send them back to the seller for a refund while covering return shipping on my own. Poshmark has offered me no reasonable solution.
