      I have been selling items on Poshmark for almost two years now and they have restricted my account a few times saying that I am selling Counterfeit items which is false.I have provided them pictures of the items, emails, Listing ID #'s, and have proven time and time again that my items are Authentic but they continue to pull this restricting my account ****.I have sent an email this morning providing them with he information, ie: PICTURES, tags of the items and I am still waiting for a reply back. Can you please look into this and find out why they keep restricting my account .Thank youi *********************-Ree

      I purchased a Exuviance serum from a seller but was sent a dress instead. The seller admitted she had accidentally sent both the serum and the dress with the wrong labels. I opened a case. Poshmark replied to me with the wrong name and information. I would like to be able to return the dress to the seller so the buyer of the actual dress can receive her item. I would also like a refund for the Exuviance serum I never received.

      I am rejecting this response because: I had to open a charge back for the serum that I never received.  The company refuses to resolve this issue according to their own terms and services.  Had they issued me a refund in an appropriate time frame, I would not have to have involved my bank.

       

      They are currently NOT ALLOWING ME TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

      I want nothing more than to sever all ties with this company.  

      If they would allow me to permanently delete my account, I would then AND ONLY THEN consider this matter closed.

       

      For anyone reading this complaint.  Theres a very good reason this company is not endorsed by the Better Business Bureau.

      I purchased a dress on August 1. The seller manually uploaded it as shipped and not tracking. It has never been received by the **** which still states the item has never been in their custody. Poshmark has refused to refund my money even though the dress has never tracked and has not been received by me. I tried to open a case, but since the seller listed it manually as shipped and not tracking, the system shows it as shipped. This is blatant fraud. I would like a refund.

      Order # **e4812200deab910e5a1703 I ordered a handbag for a gift; however, I bought the wrong one. I tried to cancel the order but was unable, so I thought I would keep for myself. The item received was not what was represented.I ordered it believing the size was a medium MK ***************** belief was based on the photos provided by the seller. The bag is smaller than represented. I have written confirmation from the seller that the bag is medium; however, I have provided actual measurements plus the measurements from the official MK site proving that this is not true. Poshmark will not accept a return for a refund. I now doubt the authenticity as they will not resolve this issue. The price of the bag is also inflated. I pointed out to Poshmark that this violates their terms regarding price gouging. I just want to return and get my money back.

      I'm filling a complaint against posh **** for taking ***** dollars from my account and my card got cancelled and I keep asking them to delete my account they are refusing to it's shame they keep some one personal information and card own file double charging u I'm seeking mediation and I don't want no more emails from them they are scam I'm own the urge of loosing everything behind these people if u can't do it please forward this to someone will help because it seems like they trying to ruin my credit if I ever tried

      I purchased an item on Poshmark that was listed as and x small. I received the item along with the same dress in a different color but the same size. The one dress was marked as an x small and yes, was listed as a sample size but was best a medium. I reached out to Poshmark and sent photos. They responded by stating they wouldn't refund. I reached out to the buyer who agreed to have the item returned and refunded. The seller and I both reached out to Poshmark to get the return and refund started. I received an email that Poshmark would not allow the return and suggested I ask more questions to the sellar prior to purchasing the item.

      On August 2, 2022, I logged into my BMO chequing account and saw that there was a withdraw of funds from Poshmark for a recurring payment of $58.78. I have shopped with Poshmark for many years and have never had this happen. My Poshmark account is linked to my chequing account for online purchases. I do not have any recurring payments with them. I have reached out to them and provided all information as well as the screen shot from BMO with the transaction. They replied today and asked for documentation. That was already provided and now I have to wait for another 24 hrs to hear back from them. They need to explain why those funds were removed or refund my money. My user name is @******* on the App.

      Poshmark customer service has failed to help in resolving an issue created by their technical team. They've changed some of the functionality on their website and due to those, changes I was unable to submit an offer or buy an item I want or to buy it at its current price. The current functionality also prevents a seller from re-submitting her offer to me. I've asked Poshmark tech support repeatedly and for a period of now 4 days to help resolve this issue so I can buy this item, but they've failed to help and provide timely and accurate communication! This is totally unacceptable! If they have glitches/bugs on their website due to new functionality, their testing and development team needs to work on fixing them! It's ridiculous that a customer who has successfully shopped and purchased products on this website in the past, can't do so now because no-one seems to want to take ownership of the issues created by the new code and fix them! I've received several responses from tech support, though they have taken far too long to respond, saying the issue has been resolved, but it hasn't! How many times should a customer ask for help just to receive a wrong information? Why should this be made so stressful and frustrating? I need BBB to step in and help resolve this issue. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: The tech support specialist from Poshmark had stated that the seller had blocked me, however she has failed to mention or the company has failed to take ANY responsibility for the situation IT created! The so-called "block" had its roots in the problems created by the new functionality on the Poshmark website, that was both poorly thought out and untested! The ridiculous "flags" that had prevented me from re-submitting an offer to the seller or purchasing the item at the original price, (mind you I had already made several successful purchases on Poshmark and had used it for quite a while prior to this incident) had prompted me to let the seller know that. I had expressed my frustration with the current process because it locked me out of buying and selling for a long period of time and while the Poshmark tech support had continually claimed (in several responses attached earlier) to have solved the issue multiple times, it didn't! The frustration about that experience got me blocked from the seller, who had initiated the contact with me first, in the beginning of July. By the time I saw her offer in July, it had already expired and instead of allowing the seller to re-submit the offer to the buyer, Poshmark only allows the buyer to do that, but in this particular case this option has failed! The truth of the matter is that Poshmark's policies, lack of testing, and lack of timely and correct response have created the situation that had transpired! And they are the ones who need to fix it now, because I want the item!

      I am rejecting this response because: The business is lying regarding the nature of the issue! The situation has already been described in detail earlier. The problems were created by the new functionality on Poshmark's website and when the business repeatedly stated that ALL of the issues were resolved, they weren't! I'm not going to keep repeating this over and over! They need to take ownership of the issues their untested code created and FIX the problem instead of trying to cover it up and claim that the seller just happened to block me. If she didn't want me to buy from her, she wouldn't have approached me first and submit an offer, and when that offer expired, she wouldn't have asked to re-submit the offer to her! I had submitted "unable to submit offer" error to Poshmark multiple times and had waited for days for them to fix the issue, they didn't while claiming that they did! During that time the seller had blocked me after I said that I couldn't re-submit the offer due to Poshmark's current fucntionality, NOT before as the business is claiming!
