I ordered a $145.00 Lumi Spa facial cleanser device that was defective and immediately requested a return label for a full refund. When I sent the photos, they claimed that they were blurry and requested more to review.I sent them immediately after I received that email, and they responded two days later, saying that the additional pictures requested were not sent on time and therefore the return window expired. I sold a pair of ***** shoes on the Poshmark platform. The posting of the shoes had photos of the shoes with all their flaws. Because of their minor flaws I marked the shoes down almost $300. The shoes were sold to me by another Poshmark ambassador seller as new so I marked them as such when reselling. I never wore the shoes. The shoes were sent to Poshmark to which they were then authenticated and sent to the buyer. The buyer opened a claim that the shoes are not new. They provided photos that shows the exact flaws as in the original posting. Poshmark approved the return and told me to put photos that show the flaws. The shoes still have all the tags and original papers that came with the shoes. They allowed the seller to try the shoes out and make a return that is fraudulently stating they are not as described when the posted photos are IDENTICAL to the buyers claims. I wasted my time and money to package these shoes only for Poshmark to allow buyers to treat my items like Im a department store. I have attached both the original photos of the post and the buyers photos saying theyre not as described. Theres no difference other than the buyers hand. Poshmark is creating an unsafe community by going against their own policies that favor dishonest buying practices. These same policies come at a hefty percentage of sales that violate their promises to sellers when using their platform.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The person who copy and pasted the response didnt even take the time to read the complaint
Photos within the listing clearly show everything. The shoes have tags and are new. Poshmark refuses the accept my photos that per their policy, show and support the description of the shoes WITHIN THE LISTING. Yet they promptly accepts the buyers.
They speak of must be authentic yet they already went through the authentication process with Poshmark.Per their policy Im required to describe the condition of the shoes WITHIN the listing. The listing had photos that 100% support the condition of the shoes.
Per their policy, the buyer is supposed to give evidence that the shoes are not as described. The photos given by the buyer do not show a single difference from the photos WITHIN the listing.
per their policy, Poshmark charges a 20% fee which in part pays for customer service. I have received zero customer service.
All of these items goes against their policies and their ability to charge fees.

I purchased a wallet on Poshmark and it has been lost since 06/20/25. When I contacted Poshmark Support, they told me if there was no additional activity with the location of my package by 06/30- we would move forward with the next steps. I was contacted by *** and told they sent the claim (insurance payment) to the sender as they cant find my package. The Poshmark *** I spoke to, said since there was activity, I now need to wait till 07/14. There was absolutely not activity accept for the sender getting the claim (seller). My package is still lost. I feel mislead and Poshmark is dragging this out when I was promised 06/30 we would move forward. I sold an item on Poshmark, and it was delivered and accepted by the buyer. According to Poshmarks stated policy, I should have received my earnings within a few business days after delivery and acceptance. However, it has been well beyond that timeframe, and I still have not received my payment.I have submitted a support ticket and attempted to contact Poshmark through their official support channels, but I have not received any response or resolution. The lack of communication and failure to release my funds is unacceptable and has caused financial stress.I am requesting that Poshmark immediately investigate and release the funds owed to me. Order number: 6858035b0a5824e5918ce64e POSHMARK IS SCAMMER GALORE! THEY ALLOW *****S TO SCAM AND ROBBED SELLERS I am the seller. On June 22, 2025, a seller bought my popmart big into energy blind box labubu *luck*. I did my usual, and took pictures of the plush charm including its authenticity qr code on the box and on the tag. On the plush itself there is no special code to punch in. There is only a tag and has a popmart qr code. After providing all the information, buyer was pleased and asked me to ship the item. Upon receiving the item, she immediately opened a counterfeit case stating my item is a replica. I immediately provided pictures also proof of purchase (receipt which I purchase directly from the brand). Poshmark didn't even bother to review my proofs, they immediately canceled the order, refunded the buyer, and allowing her to keep the item. I reached out to them numerous times with numerous emails including ********. Finally today, JUNE 30TH, 2025. They replied with the utmost disappointing email. THEY STATED there are reasons that lead them to believe my item is fake due to details that aren't consistent with the brand. Like hello? The item she received was as described exactly like my pictures and listing. I even provided proofs with QR CODES STATING MY ITEM IS AUTHENTIC. HOW MY ITEM BE DEEMED AS A REPLICA WHEN I HAVE PROOFS I PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THE BRAND? I NOT ONLY SOLD 1 LABUBU!!! I SOLD NUMEROUS!! NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON THAT PURCHASED PRIOR TO THIS SCAMMER STATED MY ITEM WASN'T AUTHENTIC. DUE TO POSHMARKS FAULTY SYSTEM THEY ALLOW SCAMMERS TO COME AND SCAM PRECIOUS SELLERS THAT SELL FOR A LIVING. I am rejecting this response because: it clearly shows poshmark staffs aren't fully trained to identify fakes and authentics. I have seen multiple post on here where sellers sold items that were deemed fake when seller provided proof of authenticity. As I mentioned in my listing and title. ******* implemented new tags and engravings onto the rings. All the orders I recently received from ******* all have new tags and engraving on the ring. If you keep implying my item is fake. YOU SHOULD REACH OUT TO POPMART YOURSELF AND VERIFY. INSTEAD OF WRONGFULLY ACCUSED SOMEONE OF SELLING FAKES AND DEEMING THEIR ITEMS AS COUNTERFEIT. I sold a pair of pants on Poshmark, buyer failed to asked for measurements and assumed they would fit. She then opened a case stating no measurements provided however most all of poshmarks listings have no measurements nor is there any requirement to list them its up to the buyer to do the research. Poshmark fraudulently approved the case after allowing her to wear the pants for a week. I will not be taking back pants thats a buyer cant afford because she didnt do her research. I will need to be paid on this sale and need Poshmark to abide by the policy. Again , this sale is final and I will need to be paid asap. I am rejecting this response because: its exactly as described and per Poshmarks website measurements are not required its up to the buyer to ask for measurements. In this case since the buyer has remorse i will not be accepting these back and filing a small claims court case to get my funds back. Poshmark cannot just make up the rules. The pants came in several different style lengths and colors. Im not required to post measurements. Nor is Poshmark familiar with the brand and its its various sizing over the course of 15 years theyve been in business. Shame on you for thinking you know the fit and sizing on jeans from years back. Poshmarks fraudulent use of returns has resulted in class action lawsuit and I must say I understand why. You have until tomorrow to release my funds or I file a small claims court case which is what Poshmark social media advises when there is no answer or resolution. See you in court.

I recently opened an account on ********************** as I have been a reseller for over 20 years and I have sold hundreds of items on other platforms and I have never had a single complaint and definitely never had a complaint of my items smelling like smoke. Several items were sent out that same day and not one other person made the same claim. Recently I sold an item and the buyer claims that the item smells like smoke. I do not smoke because I am very allergic to it and I live alone so there's no chance my items would smell like smoke plus it was freshly laundered right before sending. My problem is with the way Poshmark handled it because I was not asked any questions and how can I be responsible for the way she thinks an item smells and resellers knows that a lot of times people use that claim when they have no other option to return. I am upset because I sold an item that is in brand new condition and she actually lied. So the sellers have no protection under Poshmark? I would think if you were doing your investigation you would have also asked me questions to get my version of the story. I have the buyer sending me messages being rude saying that the postal services must have drove through the fires. I have no idea what happens to the package once it's picked up. I did a general surge to see how other platforms handle this and they handle it much different than just taking one person's word.
