I've been selling fashion items on Poshmark for ten years. sometimes they don't treat seller right. Lot of times they don't pay well or take too much seller fees without explaining why and what. seller fees are higher than most online stores. i sold last week my timberland boots fur $10 sz mn 11. seller was happy but I'm not. i saw I had a $4.50 credit removed in other in my account which was $ earned at posh I hadn't used off. then I saw last sake I had posh took additional money from my sale for a doll. leave me with only $2 earnings it was supposed be $5. posh never explained the extra money they took . but just removed funds with no explanation like thief. buyer paid a shipping label for 5 lb timberlands but just sent and took additional funds . never explained . they said today after take funds shoes were over 5 lbs. i cakk it theft and very rude. the shoes were big over 5 lbs but they took my money from my sale and took entire I credit I had on file $4.50 with no explanation $ just fire out no explanation i ask see how they calculated it did fraud. to date After rubbing me I still see how and why and charged they never bother to show me a receipt or made up lies. i told them return shoes and my money immed they are dishonest and just dymtike money. they should ask if it's alright I would have said no and I Asked them to return the shoes as I. literally paid more than sake so buyer had shoes paid for by me and I earned nothing but I actually paid additional $8 plus $4.50 credit. they stole with no explanation . i ask posh return shoes to me because it's ludicrous to pay for someone's shoes and be in negative $ with no explanation what a nerve. i want shoes back and trim urself all the fees that they double chargedBusiness Response

On June 26, 2025, around 2 PM, I dropped off a Louis Vuitton Palm Springs monogram mini backpack at ****. It had just sold on Poshmark, and I used their provided shipping label.Hours later, I noticed the shipping wasn't updated on Poshmark, and my account was restricted againthis was odd since it was just reinstated due to a system error. I contacted Poshmark. I also checked **** tracking; it showed no movement. This concerned me, as I usually see scans within 30 minutes.**** advised that initial scans are sometimes missed, with packages only scanned at the destination. While possible, the complete lack of a scan after 24 hours was alarming. I then filed a police report and a missing item claim with ****.Both Poshmark and **** state they see no movement, which is precisely my issue and why I reported it. The package was insured by Poshmark. I need both companies to investigate, potentially by reviewing drop-off footage, to determine what happened to my missing, insured item. POSHMARK States that on June 6, 2025 I requested a trail for closet promotion. They charged my bank *****. I emailed postmark for a week trying to dispute these charges. Finally got an email stating that the charges were for a trail for closet promotion. I explained to them that I never gave them permission or consent for this trail. I never authorized them to put my closet on a trail for something call CLOSET PROMOTION. i feel the postmark is scamming me and many others with this closet promotion. I am filing this complaint against Poshmark for unjustly canceling a completed and authenticated $500 sale (Order #******e6ef1ef79e216a5b70) golden goose dad sneakers size 42 without proper justification, and refusing to compensate me the $400 in earnings I rightfully deserve as the seller.I sold a pair of Golden Goose sneakers and shipped them to Poshmarks authentication center as required. The shoes were received and authenticated. However, Poshmark then canceled the order due to unverified payment from the buyer. This happened *after* the item was already in Poshmarks possession and approved through their authentication system.I also contacted the buyer directly, and it seems that the payment was made. Yet Poshmark decided to cancel the order and return the item to me without compensating me for the time, effort, and shipping cost I invested to complete this transaction. A mere $25 credit was issued, which does not come close to the damages or the lost opportunity.This is not the first time Poshmark has failed to protect its sellers. I am extremely disappointed by their pattern of negligence and lack of seller accountability.I am demanding that Poshmark issue me the full $400 I was supposed to earn from this sale. I'm a customer of ******************. They have been repeatedly advertising their "Consignment Bag" way to sell my own things. I would be paired with another seller, I would receive a bag to fill and when the seller sells anything, profits are split with be 50/50. I ordered and received this bag (#UP85KD). I filled it with brand name items, some new with tags. Brands include: Athleta, Lululemon, Sorel, and others. Items worth $300-400. My bag was picked up on June 17, 2025. I had a call from the pick-up driver as well as recording on Ring camera of him picking up. Once bag was picked up, I received (and have copy) an email from Poshmark confirming pick up. Then a few days later the status of the bag changed to delivered, your selling partner will start listing soon. And just few days ago, selling partner cancelled the bag with reason lost in transit. I contacted the seller through the Poshmark app twice, no response at all. At the same time, I contacted Poshmark **************** through web site and the app, 4 separate attempts. I asked Poshmark for the tracking information for the bag, since they arranged transportation and deliver. They have not responded in any way to any of my messages. My bag and the contents were essentially stolen from me somehow and Poshmark is responsible and not responding. I am rejecting this response because: I send messages to Poshmark repeatedly and they never responded. When I opened this claim with BBB, they sent me a response "if you don't receive the bag by July 3rd, let us know". That still does not give me the tracking information or what they have done with my bag. I do not want to close this case until I either have my merchandise back or payment for things lost. They provided shipping, they should provide tracking and insurance for it. I would like to keep BBB case open until this issue is resolved please. Poshmark did not help me on my own.

I am rejecting this response because: This business has notified me twice and does not respond to emails or questions. They use **** services to deliver the bag/merchandise, so it is traceable. They are providing any tracking information and claiming lost bag/merchandise. Resale value (estimated in sales by Poshmark partners) is $400, so my portion would be 1/2 of that, which is approximately $200. They are offering me $50 credit (to be spent on their site) only. That is not acceptable. They need to send my bag back to me OR provide $200 refund.Poshmark only responds to me when BBB sends them a message, they are extremely uncooperative and non-responsive business.

However, Hello, so since I cannot get past step 4 now what? I just spoke to my property manager again and she said that theres a new mail carrier and that she had the same thing happen to her at the same property. On 6/17/25 I bought a ************* wallet that the seller claimed to be authentic during a live auction show. Upon receiving the wallet on 6/23/25, I noticed that there was no authentication code anywhere on the wallet, and the wallet felt like plastic. When I checked the original listing it showed a picture of an authentication code, but that code belongs to another wallet, not the wallet I received. The wallet I received was a fake. I reported it to Poshmark and submitted all of my photos as evidence showing that there was no code anywhere on the wallet. I contacted the seller as well. Both the seller and Poshmark Refused to issue me a refund regardless of all of the photo evidence I provided to them. When I tried to submit more photographic evidence on the Poshmark app, the app would not let me submit more than four photos. And eventually blocked me from sending any more messages through the app. I am requesting a refund based on the fact that I was sold a fake item that is not an authentic ************* wallet. I have reached out to Poshmark support again, but *** had no luck. I want my refund and a return label to send this back. I also want this seller to be banned from poshmark for selling counterfeit products. When I received the wallet, there was absolutely no authentication code anywhere on the wallet and it is very obvious that the picture listed on their site belongs to a different wallet. Its obvious you are rejecting my claim because this seller brings in revenue for you, but at the end of the day they are selling replicas of luxury brands. That responsibility lies on you.

I ordered an "open box" medium weight white blanket from a seller on Poshmark. It supposedly had breathable backing. The item that came was in a brown plain box. It was a white blanket/quilt weighing 13 pounds. This is considered a weighted blanket and not what I wanted at all.
