I sold 2 items on poshmark and somehow posh. **** made mistakes on their labels and the items got. All switched around. One of the buyers sit back the wrong item to me which shows is delivered but I never received it. I have a ring doorbell. There was nothing delivered to my house. Nothing has been delivered to my house from poshmark. I contacted posh park and would get an email saying, wait this long. Wait this long, do this, do that. I jumped through every hoop that they wanted, because they do not do anything. Everybody has received their money back, but me. Postmark sent to me a email which stated I could get freight free on your first purchase. So I purchased an item. When I received an email from ******, they had submitted for payment the cost of the item plus the freight. I immediately emailed them stating that they forgot to take the freight off my bill. They said they would apply it to my account for my next purchase. That is not satisfactory to me. I may never buy anything from them again. I asked them to send the credit to ******. They emailed me that they didn't have the capability to do that yet they have no problem getting payments that way. I want this resolved. It is a small amount but it is a scam that needs to be addressed. They need to figure out how to refund the amount even if they have to send me a check.Business Response

I purchased a pair of pants on Poshmark. Listing claims it was new with tags. When I received the item I noticed it has been laundered and shrunk. Therefore it was misrepresented in the listing. I asked for a return and refund and Poshmark is refusing me claiming they don't return do to sizing. Has to do with item NOT NEW, it was laundered and that is why it doesn't fit because it has SHRUNK. I paid for something new, NOT laundered. And they don't offer means to communicate in person, it's all done via email, not sure who's making these decisions. Not fair to consumers. I just want to return the item and get a refund. I am a seller on Poshmark. I have the app open frequently throughout the day in order to make sales. On the evening of June 10th, I set my phone down briefly while I was preparing dinner. My 4-year-old daughter grabbed my phone while I had my back turned, and the Poshmark app was open. In just a few random swipes, my daughter accessed one of the auctions that are constantly occurring on this app, and "bid on" and "won" a gold necklace that cost $349. The money was removed my earnings, not from a credit/debit card, so I had no way to dispute the transaction with the bank. I have appealed innumerable times to Poshmark support and the seller, and have been either ignored or had my pleas of help declined every time. Then, the opportunity to return the item was removed from me because Poshmark "auto-accepted" the order--part of Poshmark's supposed buyer protection policy involves waiting for the buyer to manually "accept" an order before the seller receives funds, to ensure the item ordered was as described. That opportunity was removed from me. Poshmark offers no consumer protection whatsoever when it comes to auction purchases. They are considered final sale even if ACCIDENTAL, and then when delivered, I had no opportunity to attempt to make a return. The money that this has cost me is devastating financially. Poshmark is my sole source of income right now aside from child support and unemployment. I am a full-time nursing school student. I have been begging and pleading for help, for mercy, I have offered to send the item back...and I am either ignored or receive auto-replies. I don't know that I have ever even interacted with a human--I cannot be sure, because Poshmark conducts all support online, with no phone options.Business Response

June 10, 2025 an order was placed approximately $4,400 with tax for a designer purse from my ip address. Im the only female in my house. Poshmark is linked to ******. I didnt find out until the next day when I tried to check out with my debit card. I immediately went to the bank. We contacted ****** and they gave me a non working number to ******. The only thing I could do is file a dispute. I went home and found out that a purse from a company called just ******** for a designer bag of some kind was purchased and will be sent to my address. After some digging it is a scam company. Maybe not on poshmark but from othe purse enthusiasts sites. They sold 7000 purses on poshmark but only have 30 seller reviews. Thats suspicious. I just want poshmark to stop the sales. Refund this purchase that I never made, and get a phone number with a person. The seller blocked communication on poshmark. I have listed an item for sale on Poshmark website a long time ago(years)A customer purchased the item through ********************** website June 1, 2025. Since it was a higher priced item, Poshmark wrote me an email stating that the item sold and needs to be shipped to Poshmark for authentication. Super weird, but ok, I complied and sent the item to the address they requested it be sent to. A week later, the package showed up as delivered to Poshmark. 3 days after the delivery to Poshmark, they decided to cancel the order and call it a prohibited item. Now I'm awaiting the item to be shipped back to me, hopefully in condition that I have sent it to them, and the customer can't receive the item he purchased. I am rejecting this response because:I have read the prohibited items policy and the item in question doesn't fit the description, nor does it mention anything remotely close that would qualify the item to be prohibited from sales. This item has been up for sale for several years, with the same listing on Poshmark, which gives plenty of time for Poshmark to delete the listing. According to Poshmark policy, sellers that sell prohibited items are immediately blocked from selling and accounts are closed. This is not the case here, my account is open. Besides, how can you prohibit something that has been used as a display for decades?Im not sure why Poshmark is interfering in this transaction and are not fulfilling their end of the contract. If the sellers pay is not released to the account within 15: business days, I will be sending Poshmark an invoice with a fee schedule. If Poshmark still decides to further break the commercial code, I will be forced to take further action for damages

I have been reselling labubus (toys from POP MART) that I get as duplicates as I search for the rare ones. I have sold over 25 labubus through Poshmark. Throughout my sales, I have a 5 star rating and 6 Love Notes from buyers that verify authenticity of the labubus I send them. A couple days ago this one buyer tried to say that the labubu I had sent her was fake. I provided so much evidence to the buyer of proof of purchase and to back my case up that the labubu was real. I told them multiple times to check the authentication QR codes on the box and the labubu to verify with Pop Mart that it was authentic and the buyer ignored me every time. Poshmark said what I sold was not authentic and cancelled the order, refunded her the amount, and will not be returning the item to me. Unfortunately people have been scamming labubu resellers by switching out the real labubu for a fake one, making it seem like the one sent is a fake when it is authentic. Poshmark then decided to take all of my listings off of my profile. I am so appalled by Poshmark and I do not know what to do. I sell my labubus in unopened boxes so I don't have a picture of the labubu on the inside, which is why it is so easy for buyers to scam because they can just switch out the fake labubus for the real ones. I know every ****** I sent to my buyers has been 100% authentic because I buy them straight from the ******** website. I am so upset because I am a 5 star seller and have great reviews. I feel like I am being so screwed over by the buyer and the company it is very unjust. I am thinking about maybe taking legal action against Poshmark. I will attach screenshots of the conversation between the buyer and me that show that the buyer completely ignored what I said to them about the authentication QR codes. I purchased a ******** ***** (JA) White Lies Canister from his Vice Collection from Poshmark. It arrived with no lid. I contacted seller immediately. She said there was no mention of a lid, nor was there am image of one in her listing. JA only makes a canister that says White Lies, nothing else. The fact is the seller knew there was a lid as the photo (the stock photo that she got from another site) that clearly prohibits their images being used and not only that, did a terrible cropping job, picture a bit fuzzy, and to the left of the canister in her main photo (that was truly my buying point) theres the lid she and Poshmark say doesnt exist as she sure failed at deleting it from the picture. I had just missed out on one that was $299 identical tho of course had a lid. So many of *** pieces are retired some from 15 years ago. Almost everyone I have purchased has been from a reseller. Not everyone knows the exact name of his Whimsical Items, might have a stock photo if allowed on their selling site, have never with the exception of a couple mishaps in shipping had a problem. I can always spot my favorite designer pieces from a photo, the photo in this listing sold me immediately this piece being the only one on Poshmark or other sites Id seen. Seller cant say she didnt know what this was as the site she tookit from described it perfectly and not only was her listing photo cropped to delete the lid, wording changed to her benefit making a new item using *** name. My Son found original photo in 30 seconds. Not sure what Poshmark investigated. When I began reading the rules as Im not a seller and started questioning Poshmark regarding rules pertinent to my case, like the stock photo never allowed as the first photo of the listing (unanswered 3 times and to date) buyer reports my texts as unimportant and bullying. I believe the pictures and the response from Poshmark is all I need Not only is the third picture the picture of the original site That the seller took this picture from states you are not allowed to Poshmark in their own terms of use says that you cannot use Any other photo other than your own for the very first listing picture. Period! I have asked this question point blank four times it has never been answered. Perhaps theyll answer it for you. I do not think so. She used a photo that she was not supposed to on her first listing and it said exactly this is what I could see it said ******** ***** Vice White Lies ******.. all I saw was that and the picture Ive seen that picture before however it always been sold out on that site so Im assuming if shes using the picture that she has it thats all he sells. ******** ***** only sells a ******** ***** Vice Canister that says white lies on it. He only made one handmade. Hes a potter and then of course copies are made, but they all say white lies. Theres nothing else but canister may I ask Poshmark one more time if this picture was not cropped not stolen and also if using a picture from another site is allowed in the very first picture of your listing this is all I saw. I bought it had it said no lid that I didnt see that would be on me. It didnt. Its a canister. It comes with a lid and she tried to crop out the lid. I know companies have a hard time deciding whos right and wrong, but you have totally ignored all of my evidence and not answered this question again you have done nothing but gaslight me. My son taught me word after he found this photo in 30 seconds on the Internet that you your investigators could not find, and he read your replies to me three different excuses you have given me first there was no lead in the picture then there was no full lid in the picture and now no crop picture. I have all my receipts for everything Im saying I do not lieShes a good seller. Makes you a lot of money. You have dismissed my claim unfairly and will not answer my question. You have broke your own terms of use. This is unacceptable.
