      I've been using paypal for years with no issue, but as of late my account have been banned with no prior notice with no ground of suspension the most damning thing is they hold my money without valid grounds.

      Glowing Tees did not even ship an order after they admitted to their mistakes. PayPal decided to no offer us our money back despite all of this info and after they ruled in our favor for a full refund.

      PayPal has email stating by seller that they did the order wrong and that they would resend the entire order due to sellers negligence
      PayPal knows at this time we have received none of the correct items
      PayPal knows the business is operating online illegally
      PayPal refused to refund us even though we have not received any items after the sellers admission of mistakes
      PayPal owes us $3859.88

      So i sold 2 phones on a website they provided me with shipping labels and everything they paid thru paypal and when i got the money paypal put the money on hod for 21 days just because they feel like it even doe i provided shipping info i just want my money they daid i have a business but i dont and ita not fair i really needed that money

      My PayPal account has been "permanently limited" without any explanation and my money got frozen without the opportunity to access it for 180 days. No explanation was provided and was not given the opportunity to provide an explanation to have it unblocked. Customer service representative refused to connect to anyone who could help to resolve the issue.

      I was fraudulently charged $199.99 by a Paypal vendor. I contacted Paypal to send a message about the fraud on 7/10. There was no action on behalf of Paypal. Due to the economy and urgency of being out $199.99, I contacted my bank about the fraud. My bank credited by $199.99 the same day. I then received a letter from paypal 7 days later closing my account. This is an unfair business practice due !

      I have emailed them to let them know the debit card they issued the credit to is no longer valid. They never responded so I never received the $199 refund they sent.

      Hi,
      I opened a PayPal account on the 16th of July 2022. I used my account to make a few transactions. On July 18th I received an email to verify my identity and I successfully did so. Then suddenly on July 19th they blocked my account without warning of reason. When I emailed them to ask why, they refuse to provide any explanation. I would really like my account back because I use it for my personal payments.

      On July 14th, I transferred funds from my business account to my Paypal account. My bank, CHASE said it was delivered, but the funds are not showing on my PayPal account. I contacted customer service 4 times today. They have no one available by phone, so I had a text message sent and tried to connect with someone 4 times, I received no response.

      Hello , I want to raise complain against Paypal. My paypal account email

      I had above 300 US dollars in my account. On 18th July 2022 Paypal sent me email saying I can't use paypal anymore and blocked my account and I can't use my money which was in my paypal balance .

      Please note that I am using paypal for 2016 . I never broke any user agreement or any policy. I never sold any goods or services. I used paypal for shopping purposes also my friends sent me gifts . Recently I came outside of USA and paypal may be tracked different location. I explained that I am traveling outside US for my wedding program. They asked my photo id , bank statement , proof of address. I have provided all the valid documents still they mistakenly closing my account. This is really very bad practice. I want my account back please . I need my paypal to do purchase , accepting cash. Please don't make customers losers . Thanks you

      I am making a complaint against PayPal for permanently restricting my account but didn't tell me why it was restricted. When I tried to see if they could help me get it unrestricted they didn't specify why only that they reviewed my recent activity. This happened last week probably around 7/13/22. I just want my account unrestricted because I don't believe it should've been restricted in the first place.

      I understand where PayPal is coming from about preventing fraud to PayPal. But I do not accept the response I do not fully understand why my account is permanently limited because of someone else's account that may have received money from my account. All I wanted was to get the account back to be able to support friends who stream or send money to friends in need.
