Final approval hearing was approved and filed September 26, 2024 for my settlement from *********************. Spoke with someone on Monday, October 14 2024 and was told that my check was sent out in mail the prior Friday, October 11. We're sorry to hear you have not received your check yet. I checked to see why we weren't able to help you when you called in, and I can see you called in several times yesterday. The calls never lasted more than 18 seconds before you hung up, so we weren't able to answer any of them. For future reference if you call in, we have a constant flow of phone calls coming in, and sometimes there can be a hold time of a couple of minutes. We will get to your call though!
In regards to your check, I will get it re-issued today. I also found another check you are owed from another case that you were a class member in, so there will be 2 checks headed your way.

Requested a check be reissued on September 10 or 11 2024, never received an email update or phone confirmation. I am still waiting for the check, and am unsure if they are sending it or not.Business Response

We did receive an online request for re-issue of your check! I also see that you called in on that same day, 9/11/2024 but hung up after only about 30 seconds each time, so none of our customer service agents were able to answer your calls. The re-issued checks get sent out in batches two times per month since we receive so many requests, and the batch with your check was processed on Wednesday, 9/24/24. Your check should be arriving in the next couple of days!

On June 24 this year I received a letter from ilymgroup stating they had an outstanding check for me I followed the letter and filled out the questionnaire to have the check reissued. That was over 3 months ago I've left messages filled put the paper again on there web site. No checkBusiness Response

6/1/2023 I have originally tried to claim these funds from a settlement (******* ET ** V ****** BERISTIAN INITIAT) due to an old address I never received a check and was sent a notice from state controller office that the funds would be sent there and I was told I needed to wait for a year for the company to send these funds .the year **** was 6/1/2024 so I reached out to the state controller office and they still never received the funds and told me to reach out to a email ************************************************* I have not received a response. no answer to the phone number .and no response to my check re addressBusiness Response

We're sorry to hear you didn't receive your check! We try our best to use services such as the change of address service through the post office to get up to date addresses for all class members so that we can get the checks into as many class member's hands as possible. Unfortunately, we're not always able to get all class member's current addresses, and it sounds like that's what happened here. The last resort for us is notifying the ************************* because they are able to get your most recent address from their records. I checked our phone system to see why we weren't able to help when you called, but I couldn't find record of you calling in using the phone number provided in this complaint.
As for the funds for this case, we did wire the funds to the ************************* a couple of months ago, so the money should be there for you to claim! The website to search for your claimable property is: ***********************************************

In May 2024, I was made aware that I should have recevied a check from my former employer for an overtime settlement they were going through. I have moved since I left that company, and I thought perhaps it was just going to be forwarded to my new address. I have reached out several times to let them know that I have moved, and that I have not received my check. They have told me to email them the last 4 digits of my SSN, which I won't do. I have put in a change of address through their website, and called their phone number. In my review, I was told to contact someone, but I can't get ahold of them either. The deadline to sign this check is October 24, 2024. I have been trying for 5 months to get it. Can you please assist?Business Response

It sounds like you did get in contact with one of our representatives over email and they requested the last 4 of your social from you that you said in your complaint here that you wouldn't give to them. For the check in question, we have a different last name and a different address on file from what was provided so we just need to make sure we are issuing the check to the person the check belongs to. The checks on this case were mailed out to all class members June 26, 2024, and yours was mailed to an address in *********, ** which was the address provided to us. Theres no confirmation of any sort on the website after you change your address or request a check reissue no email response either. Im moving very soon and I have no confirmation Ill be getting my money or not. Im starting to question the legitimacy of the corporation, I input sensitive information to have my check reissued and its been radio silence and it seems many other people are also in the same predicament. Its 2024 its shouldnt be this difficult to get an automated hey we got your request email response. Everyone is like headless turkeys, Im wondering if Im going to get my check. I could not find any record of you calling in to verify if we received your re-issue request or not other than one call you disconnected in the menu after 26 seconds last Tuesday, but we did receive your request! We re-issue checks 2 times per month due to the volume of requests we receive, and your check is in the batch to go out this Friday. I'll pull your check up individually and get it mailed it today for you though so you can get it a few days sooner. I am part of a class action lawsuit for which the settlement check has already been issued. On August 14, I spoke with ******* on the phone, and she informed me that my check would be mailed on August 30. Since then, I have been unable to reach anyone regarding my settlement check, nor have my co-workers received their checks. I called and left voicemails on September 6, September 10, September 11, and September 12, but received no response. I also emailed them on September 10, September 11, and September 12.
