    I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by ILYM Group. They were supposed to distribute checks from the *** Healthcare settlement, but have failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. I have made numerous phone calls, sent emails, and even tried faxing them, but have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and has left me feeling frustrated and ignored. ILYM Group urgently needs to improve their communication and customer service practices. I would not recommend ILYM Group to anyone seeking reliable and responsive service.

    I was contacted VIA mail regarding a class action lawsuit that I was named in. The initial court date was to be held in February 2024. I waited the amount of time that I was instructed to wait for a check to be issued or for a direct deposit to have been made. May 4th I reached out via email and telephone to this company without any response nor anyone answering the phone. Multiple days and attempts went by with no response by them continued to call everyday multiple times finally reached someone who told me that the court date had been rescheduled for ***** I then asked them why no notification was sent out or if any phone calls or any kind of communication with given to me after multiple requests he said it was not their policy to do so. And has now been 45 days since the second court date with multiple attempts to reach this company. There is no record of the case on their website and they do not respond via email or phone. This company has shown extreme disregard for clients it is supposed to be serving and I have very strong feelings of their inadequacy as well as lies, false claims, complete unprofessionalism.

    I have contacted **** for the last week each day, leaving voicemails to no respond. Today I waited in their call queue for 23 minutes to be forwarded to voicemail. I am due a settlement check, the entire team I supervised has received theres and I have not. This is worrisome. I have no requested a check reissue as Im not sure how long it take. Please expedite this as an immediate emergency.

    I am a class member of ***************************-******************** MUFG *********** The case was settled and check were mailed April 2024. I never received my check. I requested a replacement online. I never received a check. I've called 20 times and never gotten a real person on the phone. I've left many voicemails and online requests for contact. Nobody has ever gotten back to me. I am entitled to my settlement check and this company is non responsive.

    Been trying to get my check re issued for the longest. Its been well over a year and nothing. When I call nobody answers. When i file for a reissue theres no confirmation. Is there anybody even working here? Please reissue and send me my money.

    You guys never sent my settlement checks from 2022, 2023, and 2024... My name is *************************** and I have not received my most recent check from you people... **** vs American guard services... I'm going too have you people and your firm investigated because I since inside corruption!!!

    Hello ******,

    We're sorry to hear that you never received your check! After looking into it, the first check that was sent to you April 18, 2022 was sent to **************************************. About a year after that first round of checks was sent out, we determined who had cashed their checks and who hadn't. The money from those checks that were never cashed were then split up between all the class members who had cashed their first check. We sent that check out to you to that same address on April 14, 2023, but that check was never cashed. This third round of checks that went out last month went out to all of the people who had cashed their second check that we sent out in 2023, they shared the funds that still remained from the uncashed checks again. Since your 2nd check was never cashed, you were not included in the 3rd round of checks. If there is another re-distribution of the uncashed funds next year, that will only be for those people who cashed their 3rd checks. This was the way the case was set up in the courts, and we are required to abide by the ruling.

    Likely what had happened was you had moved between that time, and we were not informed of the new address so the check was sent to an old address and likely just tossed by the new resident.     Tried calling, no answer. Sent a contact request, no response. A settlement check was lost due to it not having the apartment number. I have been trying to reach out on how to get it corrected. Its been 4 - 6 weeks and I cannot get to a live person.

    Hello ********,

    This case is just in the early phases of the class action settlement process, where we sent a letter to all potential class members letting them know that the plaintiff's attorney has requested each potential class members personal information in accordance with the lawsuit. WIth that, each class member had the right to exclude themselves from the lawsuit and prevent their information from being shared with the plaintiff's attorney as long as they did so before February 24, 2024.     They are supposed to send me a settlement check. I got the letter stating it's coming over two years ago and nothing since. I have called over 50 times and always routed to a voicemail that was never returned, I have gone through their website and requested a reissue at least 30 times and I have emailed them countless times over the last year and I have heard nothing. They owe me several thousand dollarrs.

    This business blatantly lied to me and the BBB. In their last response which I was not notified about. Until the matter was closed....they first stated they checked and had no calls from me. Odd considering I have placed more than a dozen calls this year alone. They only started taking messages recently and only if you wait on hold for an hour... but I have left them. I have also submitted 5 reissue check forms and two change of address forms through the website ....both which are no longer available. Then they stated that they would send a check to my address since they didn't supposedly have it (I lived at the prior address for an entire year after they were supposed to send the original check. So that is not the problem. Wither way they said in previous reply on 6/27/2024 that I would receive my check in 3 to 5 days and here we are well over 10 days later and it's not here nor does my informed delivery show it coming and my home is only an hour away from their supposed office. This company got paid $125,000 by the claimants of this suit to send us our money and there are thousands of reviews online and on ****** about them not doing their job. This is ridiculous and I want my money.
