The complaint is for a class action lawsuit. I was not issued a settlement check. And the law office does not answer the phone or return phone calls.Business Response

I've work in ********** and I have been waiting for my settlement check since April. It's the Ware ** ***************** LLC and the case no. 21CV002063. It said on the paper unless I cash it out by the end of May, it will be voided. I called and called but it would never let me speck to an agent. I keep calling for days, and after numerous attempts to reach your customer service, I was finally able to speak with an agent. I talked to her about everything and she reissued me another settlement check and informed me to wait for about a month to receive it and that the void is extended. I waited for a whole month and never received anything. I, then, called over and over again but no response citing that the customer services is busy assisting others. So now I'm writing this complaint because my subsequent attempts to contact your customer service team have been unsuccessful. I kindly request that you reissue the settlement check and ensure it is sent to the address on file. I would greatly appreciate it if the business could contact me using the information provided so that this matter can be resolved. Thank you.Business Response

I checked the CA unclaimed property website and found out I had a settlement check from Office Depot. Ive been trying to call, email, send inquiries about my check and no one has responded at all. There are many complaints as well stating the same thingBusiness Response

A settlement check got lost in the mail. Settlement check #**** was sent out on 4/5/2024 and got lost in the mail. And we changed our address to the current address and got confirmed that it was changed. I filled in the check reissue form but no confirmation, no one has reached out and whenever I try to call their support, it goes straight to voicemail and no customer service response at allBusiness Response

ILYM Group has yet to deliver on a settlement check from the lawsuit of "LEGOLAND vs. ******". I reached out to ILYM Group in regard to this matter on March 21. I was called by ILYM Group on March 28 and was told that my check was already sent out and would arrive in "a few weeks." I still had not received my check and again reached out to ILYM Group on May 4. On May 7, I was contacted by ILYM Group via email and was told again that the check would arrive in "a few weeks". It has been 3 months, and I still haven't received my check, despite what I was told. Another coworker was experiencing the same issue with the same company and also reported her case to the BBB.Business Response

They were supposed to send checks on 5/31/24 and so far nothing has arrived and they don't answer calls or emails either. They just put them on hold and never respond.Business Response

Never received my settlement check. Tried calling for more than two weeks no response left voicemail and tried their webpage. When they finally answered they said my check was mailed in November of 2023 and the money was no longer available. My family member worked for the same company which the settlement came from and he resides at the same address but never received it either.Business Response
