      If I could leave less than zero I would … worst service! Still ended up renting a uhual and uhual was so accommodating! Lesson learned never ever using them again. Only advertise is flexibility and convenience and it’s all just a bait and switch! BEWARE! And when you try to file a claim, they will do everything they can not to let you speak to a supervisor or not to let you go any further and then tell you it’s your fault that they did everything they could. I was told repeatedly I only needed to schedule a week out for pick up on the phone by the representative that I called 1 million times and in person by the drivers. I explained many times that we didn’t have a closing date so we would find out 7 to 10 days out and as soon as I could let them know, I would the moment I found out I contacted them then they said none of our stuff would arrive until a week after we have moved in. All the convenience and flexibility went out the window. I would’ve never went with them had I known this up front. I filed a claim and never received a follow up email or even a phone call so I guess that wasn’t real filed another claim and was told that they served us sufficiently so my claim was resolved. Then the driver drove all into our yard messing up our brand new flowerbeds And now we have to pay to have the yard fixed. I cannot stress you enough please do not use pods! They overcharged me more than was originally quoted. I spent a fortune and was left with so much stress. Finally, both pods arrived a week later after many hours on the phone fighting with people to expedite the process. We were offered no resolution and no money back.

      Pods moving in storage moved me from Colorado to New York. I had to use them twice to 16 foot pods. From beginning of the process to delivery they were extremely professional. They answered all my questions they were on time. None of my furniture was damaged or my packages. Everything came to my location perfectly they communicated with me along the way. They communicated to me when the pod arrived, and when it was leaving all along the way I was informed. The price was extremely reasonable. In my opinion I would use them again, and I have referred them to other friends and family

      Great process, great customer communications and service; it appears all our belongings shipped without any issues. All the training videos were very helpful.Drivers, did a great job and put safety first. This is my first POD encounter, definitely would consider this as a real viable moving or storage option in the future

      Everything went very smootly with PODS from beginning to end. Schedule was easy and the website was frequently updated regarding every steps of the process. We particularly appreciated the phone calls from ******* in *******. He updated on the progress of our drop off. We will use PODS again.

      The drivers were very skilled. The container was clean and the contents were delivered in good condition. The customer service agents were professional, though not personable or apologetic regarding company errors. Scheduling pick-up/drop-off for the EMPTY container was easy.Options for scheduling pick-up and drop-off times for the LOADED container were very limited. Our loaded container remained in place for 3 weeks, though we scheduled a pick-up less than 24 hours after we recieved it. The customer service agent told us we were guaranteed a certain pick-up date and we'd be placed on a waitlist for two earlier pick-up dates. When the pod was not picked up on the waitlist dates, we called to confirm the guaranteed date. We found out that date was no longer guaranteed and we'd have to wait another week for a pick-up. They admitted the error was on their end (a computer glitch), but no one called to let us know, so if we had not called to confirm, we would have been expecting a pick-up on our original date, but it would not have happened. The customer service agent submitted a special request to secure the original pick-up date; encouraging us that the request should almost certainly be granted. It wasn't, and we waited another week for the pick-up. The pickup delays, pushed our delivery date out 11 days from our preferre date. Thankfully, we had flexibility in our calendar, so, while the scheduling was frustrating, we managed to work around it. If you have a strict timeline for pick-up/delivery, you might want to consider a moving truck.

      The PODS experience was vety easy to book, receive a POD, load it up with help procured through the PODS site, send it over 300 miles North of our starting address, receive it, unload it and unpack with help booked through PODS. Now just waiting for pick up of the first POD. Just booked a second POD to complete moving our "stuff" next month.

      They were efficient, effective, professional, polite, respectful and got my cargo delivered on time and safely! Their **************** was excellent. Their drivers were helpful and went "the extra mile" to assist me with my needs. I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again for my moving needs.

      PROs: The technicians/drivers were absolutely great! Friendly, professional, on time. My worldly belongings made it across the country in perfect condition, in a 16 ft container, from New Mexico to Gainesville, Florida. ??CONs: I was, I feel, lied to/deceived over the phone, and I spent two hours on the phone afterwards with Customer Service who was completely unaccommodating. ?? SITUATION: After I ordered my 16 ft container for a cross-country move, I realized I might need another container for all of my belongings. I was quoted $199.00 by Service Rep for an extra container, 8 feet, incase I needed. I discussed the fee over and over with him in order to be clear for both of us. I took detailed notes. $199.00 was quoted for this extra container in order for them to deliver and possibly retrieve empty, depending on the interior space I needed. I thought this was fair for their driving it and delivery/pick-up. Once the 16 ft was loaded, I called PODS immediately to inform them that I would not need and had not used the additional 8 ft. So, it sat in my driveway next to the 16 ft. for 3 days awaiting pickup along with the 16 ft., which would be shipping to FL. In the end, I was charged NOT $199.00 but, in fact, close to $500.00 for the container that I did not use, that sat in my driveway untouched, was delivered and retrieved in 3 days' time. Again, I spent two hours on the phone with a high-level customer service rep who was completely unaccommodating. ??I'll never use PODS again. Go with ****** if you want honesty, clarity, and integrity!
