      We had a great experience with PODs. They arrived on time for both drop off and pick up! Drivers on both ends were amazing and the app was easy to use and schedule everything. Will definitely be using again!

      Terrible customer service, pick up process, difficult to open door and get it to latch properly, rocks left all over my driveway, made a rust stain. Will NEVER use PODS again. When you call in, customer service is awful.

      The service was okay up until the very end when the driver backed the last pod cuz we had two into the gate which bent it and now there's just one more thing we have to fix and he didn't even say anything. He just said your all set and left.

      It is seldom that one gets exactly what is promised at every interaction with a company. PODS makes everything happen effortlessly and effectively. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

      I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received from PODS, particularly concerning the storage of my belongings. My experience has been exceptionally poor, and I feel it is imperative to share the details of this concerning situation. My family utilized PODS for a recent move, and our belongings were stored at your facility for approximately seven months. Upon the return of our POD, we were horrified to discover that a significant portion of our furniture and other items were heavily contaminated with mouse droppings. This discovery was not only disgusting but immediately raised serious health concerns, especially given that I have two young children who would be using this furniture for sitting and sleeping. The potential for ingesting such contaminants or exposure to associated health hazards is unacceptable. While the contract may address physical damage, it completely overlooks the critical health implications and the unsanitary conditions under which our personal property was returned. The presence of rodent waste on items intended for daily use, particularly by children, constitutes a severe breach of trust and a failure to provide a safe storage environment. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend PODS to anyone seeking reliable and safe storage solutions. This experience has left me with significant concerns about the hygiene and security of your storage facilities, and I am left wondering what other unseen contaminants might have been present in our container.

      We were excited to work with PODS again after using their service about 10yrs ago to move cross country. What an utter disappointment. The driver who delivered the PODs unit was great everything else was awful. We had to change our service from "store at facility" to "store at home" due to some unexpected delays in our remodel work. The first customer service rep said we could definitely be refunded the fee we were charged since we never stored at their facility. The Pod was dropped off at our location and NEVER stored at their facility. Despite being told the pricing would be fixed we were charged the fee for storing our pod at their facility for one month even tho we never did. It took three or four separate customer service calls with unhelpful agents who had terrible phone connections resulting in dropped calls, re-explaining our situation over and over, and reps reading from unhelpful prompts. We finally had our case escalated and after a long wait were told we could not get our fee back because we were not eligible for a refund. Fortunately we are not impoverished and won't be sweating the $30 difference in fees, but the fact that there were no attempts made by PODs, a billion dollar company, to make up that $30 by taking it off our next month fee or off the pick up fee. Nothing. No offers. Service has declined MAJORLY in the past 10 years. We will not be using this service again, if they somehow manage to avoid bankruptcy since they can't afford to refund a repeat customer $30

      Poor execution, poor customer service, poor Management. I would have been better off renting a truck. I would never use them again. Beware of the hidden fees and BS from these people. They'll try to blame you for their failures and threaten to charge extra fees. Total **********!

      BEWARE!!! Would NOT recommend! On the initial call and setup you are told you have 30 days to fill, transport, and offload your POD. I was told my transit from ** to ** will take approximately 4 days which is part of your 30 days. When I called to setup the transit I was then informed it would now take 13 DAYS!! This caused a problem as it fell on the last day of the 30 day rental. Keep in mind there is a 3 day grace period but if the third day falls on a Sunday you lose that day. PODS decided to give a discount to then apply the same fee for keeping it until Monday. I was told if I am able to empty the POD and schedule pickup before Monday I would get some money back for their mistake. I scheduled a group of people and was able to empty it within 4 hours of drop off. When I called for pickup I was told sorry we cant come today, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and you will not get your money back. While I have this issue with them happening I was waiting for my last POD to delivered. I paid for early delivery which is 7am-12. They arrived near the end of the window with the wrong size POD. An 8ft instead of the 16ft which was ordered. I was told they would have it corrected that day. I had a hotel setup as I was driving to my destination. No calls from PODS and no communication and no one showed up that day causing me to lose the hotel reservation. I called PODS the next day and was promised 7am-10am delivery for their mistake. They arrived approximately 1:15pm. Do not use this service!!! Mistake after mistake and they will not take ownership on their end for all the problems they caused.

      I am in receipt of your correspondence concerning PODS customer Mr. ***** *****. On July 22nd, 2025 contact to discuss the issue was initiated with Mr. ***** in order to address his concerns and work on a resolution.
