Steve and Karl did a great job bringing in the Pods to our parking lot and the crew who picked them up did it quickly and without any issue. I would recommend this to anyone needing temporary storage.

I had an excellent experience with PODS! I had mine for over a year and a half on my property and not only did they put it in place close to my house without damage, but they also removed it without any hassle as well. It took ingenuity to do both and they excelled at it ???? As well, the unit never leaked, the door never seized up, it was all better than expected ??PODS Moving & Storage

Rented a POD for our remodel project. Drop-off and pickup were no issue and the drivers were very professional and accommodating. Had to make a couple of adjustments in scheduling and had no problem doing so online and with customer service reps. ************* from company was great as well; we were notified for scheduling appointments and driver notified us with *** on day of scheduled appointment. Billing was well explained. All around great experience!PODS Moving & Storage

We have used PODS several times and each time it gets easier. I was a little uneasy the first time because moving with PODS was a new experience. But they made it easy. And now, this third time, it was a breeze. They are reliable, punctual and easy to contact with any questions or concerns. I hope this was my final move, but if not PODS, will be my first call. I would not recommend this service to anyone I love. There were problems every step of the way. From the pod delivery to the times of pickup. I planned my entire move (movers included) around the time they gave me when I initially set up this service. They did not honor those times and said they cannot switch it (I didnt know the times were incorrect until the night before when they provided the wrong service window). Even the morning of my move, they said they couldnt correct it. It caused so much stress and tears. And then they charged me to delay the pick up time when it was their error. I chose this option because it seemed to be the easiest option but I wish I would have rented a U-Haul and storage unit instead. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I would not recommend!!!PODS Moving & Storage

Using pods has made moving way less stressful than I thought it would be. They were informative whenever I needed information. They were early each time they were coming to deliver and take away the pod. They were early when I wanted to have my pod dropped off. Every employee I had any kind of contact with has been gracious, kind, and very efficient at their job. If I ever have to move again, I will be using podsPODS Moving & Storage

Everything worked great up until it was time for them to pick it up then it took way over a week to get it picked up got charged three different times for the pick up and credited twice and then I got billed for another month so not very happy with this companyPODS Moving & Storage
