      Honestly what started out as a great interaction turned very sour very quickly. After being told my first month of rent was free, the company refuses to provide evidence of the calls, and charged me that month of rent. After numerous attempts (phone calls and emails), they still refuse to provide any transcripts that would show them in the wrong. I would not recommend this service based on the customer service alone. Their phone operators are rude, they constantly interrupted me and then told me they didn't hear what I was asking for. I would recommend U-Pack in the future.

      We had a wonderful experience with PODS from start to finish. From scheduling with ****, to working on dates with several other customer service representatives, to pick up and delivery, the entire PODS team was great to work with. PODS customer service was great to work with as well when there was a small delay in our delivery time. The two pick-up and drop-off drivers, ***** and ******, were really fantastic and friendly, very prompt and good at what they do!

      I would prefer to give NO STARS !! This company makes agreements that they do not keep!. Their video and staff tell you that you can choose where the POD gets delivered for the clients convenience, but when the driver arrived, he told me he would not place it how we wanted, even though it met all of their specifications/requirements. When I called PODS, they informed me it was up to the driver where to place the POD- EVEN THOUGH THEIR MARKETING VIDEO SHOWS THE CLIENT CAN MAKE THAT DECISION FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE. It took twice as long to load our POD because of that. Then, after they moved my items from Florida to their storage faciliy in Georgia, I called with my address for the final delivery, they told me they would not deliver it. They gave me no reason, just told me " you will need to find a mover with a truck to come to the POD storage, unload your items into their truck and have them deliver to your new location. I was shocked!!! I explained that I am elderly and disabled but they left me stranded. This was a horrible experience and caused me a great deal of stress and money. DO NOT USE PODS!!!! Do yourself a favor, hire a reputable company. Read the reviews!!! I have reported this to the Attorney General of Georgia and Consumer Protection Agency. After spending $2600, Lindsey, a Customer Advocacy Specialist "Office of the Executives" emailed me the following:"PODS believes the resolution we’ve offered is fair; given the circumstances. The most we are able to refund is $498.10, offered as a goodwill gesture. Per the Rental Agreement, PODS is not obligated to pay out on claims of this nature. However, because we value you as a customer, we are extending this refund of $498.10 as an exception. So per their interpretation of their rental agreement, they can default on the agreement at the last minute, causing their customer stress and financial burden, but their customers cannot count on the services that are stated in the agreement. BEWARE !!!

      A complete and thorough review confirms that the resolution provided on July 12, 2025, was appropriate and consistent with PODS policies. However, in the interest of delivering the best possible customer experience, we revisited the matter upon receiving additional feedback. Following this further comprehensive review, PODS position remains unchanged no additional compensation is warranted.





      As a gesture of goodwill, we offered Mrs. ******* a refund of one months rental fees, and the initial delivery fee. However, the customer declined this offer. Please note that PODS does not service all ZIP codes. This limitation is clearly outlined in the rental agreement, which Mrs. ******* can access at any time by visiting ******************************.





      We appreciate your understanding and continued partnership. Based on the information above, we respectfully request that this case be closed as resolved.

      What a horrible experience! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Let me backtrack a bit. The drivers who work for PODS, their communication and delivery, and the idea of a POD are excellent, bar none. PODS as a service is horrible. I received a POD on 5-20-2025, and I unfortunately didn't notice there was a crack in the plastic ceiling until after the driver left. I immediately contacted PODS, who truly did not care. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone as they tried to figure out the issue. They then replaced the POD, but it took over two days to get the new POD to my house. In the process they canceled the second POD, which I realized about two days later. Naturally, they could not complete the scheduled delivery for when I wanted the second POD, which delayed me a further 2 days. They offered to compensate me for the massive issues, by giving me about a 10% discount on the second POD ($300), only to charge me on the backend an extra $800 saying that I had the PODS for three days longer than the rental period. Which, mind you, was the three days where I was in limbo without a POD. I have attempted to get managers on the phone and have waited another hour. Worst experience I've ever encountered. All support staff sound like they are outside of the country, which creates more concern as none of the customer service know what areas an individual are talking about or care about the customer. I am still in disputes with them over their lying practices and failure to make correct updates to an open customer order. Absolutely disgusted and this whole process cost me valuable time as I attempted to move my family across the country.

      I would rate 5 stars up to the point when we opened the pods at the destination. What a shock. It had either been dropped or severely jostled. It was as if something had picked it and shaken it severely. The dining room table had a major dent. The table's chairs were all scuffed. Two boxes of individually bubble wrapped porcelain figurines had 19 broken. A curio display cabinet had a side glass panel (which was held in place by brackets) come loose and fall out. Luckily it did not break but that alone shows how much the container was shaken up. Currently waiting on their insurance company.

      Received your email with PODS response to my customer review. Their response is totally nonsense. My review had NOTHING to do with an insurance claim. The review was solely about their mishandling of the container which resulted in the damages. In fact, the insurance claim is in process and has not been denied. Thank you,***** *******

      I cannot express how happy we are with our experience with PODS. From the customer service to the manager at the ******** location to the drivers who dropped off and picked up, we encountered nothing but professionalism and kindness. We highly, highly recommend this company. They single-handedly made our move from ********** to ******, so stress-free!

      My pod was accidentally picked up early, before Id packed almost anything. I called PODs several times and they kept telling me they didnt pick it up. I confirmed it wasnt towed and then filed a police report for a stolen item. Eventually PODs called me back and said they accidentally picked up my POD early. They returned it one day before my lease was up and I had already found a backup plan for moving. They wouldnt refund my $2,100 but at least I got the few items I had packed back. Im spending way too much money for them to move a mostly empty POD. I hope it actually arrives.

      So many hidden fees. They have overcharged me over $1000 so far and I still have two more pods being delivered. They never have a set price for anything and we were given different prices for each one of our 7 pods we ordered. They charge you transfer fees, delivery fees and other hidden fees after your pods are taken, you have no choice but to pay them to get your items returned. It cost us over $11,000 for 7 pods for two-three months storage with delivery and transfer fees. I would have gone with a moving company for that price. The only thing I liked about pods was the delivery drivers. I would not recommend pods and their billing department is absolutely useless and horrible to deal with. I have called every week and am on the phone for a minimum of 2-3 hours with a non responsive representative.
