We had a great experience with the *** being dropped off and picking the *** up. These guys are super fast on both ends .The gentleman who picked the *** up today was very pleasant and very talented . He maneuvered the machine so easily ! He is the best ! I hope you pay these guys well they really deserve it !

The PODS team was great! They showed up on time dropping off and picking up with very friendly drivers. I brought up one concern of our pod being delivered with active wasps nest and the team resolved the issue right away. Would highly recommend them for such great customer service!PODS Moving & Storage

This was a good experience, I only wish the packer and unpacker was included in the price. Each driver was very nice and professional. The call center got a couple wrong but immediately was fixed.PODS Moving & Storage

Moving from ******** to **** all of the staff we worked with were phenomenal. From the scheduler on the phone, to both teams in ******** and ****, all the employees were professional and extremely helpful. None of our fragile belongings were damaged. All delivery dates and times were met with no delays. We were texted and emailed with 3 hour windows of delivery. We used the smallest POD and it was great for 1 bedroom apartment belongings, furniture and clothing.PODS Moving & Storage

Zero stars. Our PODS container arrived infested with termites. Termites were all over all our furniture. We had to unload it in the driveway and front yard and spray with killer, then clean all our furniture. We paid movers too and since we couldnt move some things into the house, had to end up doing a lot of the work ourselves. PODS says they will not cover anything. This experience was horrific.PODS Moving & Storage

We moved from the ******* to ************ coast. The ordering process is simple and straightforward. Our POD arrived as scheduled and left as scheduled. It was delivered a week later on time in *******. We followed their helpful guidelines on packing and load distribution and the results were no damage to anything in our POD. Their associates were very helpful and made the process so easy.PODS Moving & Storage

Ordering and getting the POD was easy, as was arranging the pick up and drop offs. However, I was given a $100 credit due to a billing issue and when I called to change the drop off location the credit was not given back to me. They kept me on the phone for over 1 hour, which was a waste of my time. I probably would give 5 stars if it wasn't for that poor customer service.PODS Moving & Storage

The delivery team was professional, punctual, and took great care placing the container exactly where I needed it.What impressed me most was their flexibility and reliability. They worked with my complex moving timeline - I needed to move out gradually over several days, and they accommodated my schedule perfectly.
