      HORRIBLE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!Totally took advantage, said everything was in fine print( which it wasnt) wouldnt print off the paper work for me to read the fine print. Wouldnt let me cancel the reservation days in advance unless they charged me $100 cancellation fee. Never sent me a confirmation after saying they would. Talked to the person at the main desk area in *********** and he assured me when I came back for my car 3 days later that I wouldnt need the confirmation and they could switch out my hours for free but not cancel unless I paid $100 fee. Go to pick up the car 3 days later and they wouldnt use the card on file that reserved it, said I had to have a credit card and a debit card in hand with a drivers license. Who does that? Why do you have to have both!? They would not take a credit card from anyone else off the phone had to be in person. When I got ahold of friends of our to come down and help he said he was leaving at 1 am whether they were there or not with the cards. This was midnight and it takes them an hour and 10 min to get to the airport. So they would have never made it. Needless to say, I never got my car cause I didnt have both a credit card and debit card in hand, they charged me $100 for not renting the car, my friend had to drive me half way to DC and met my sister had to drive half way to PIT to get me, and my sister will have to drive me all the way back to PIT from ** the next day for me to catch my flight. This business is horrible, they have lied or given false information, or no information at all! DO NOT USE THEM!!

      Our missionary had reserved a car from your agency at the ******************. When she arrived late at night, being dropped off by one of our members, she found that they needed a debit card and a credit card which she didn't have. She called our member who offered to pay with a credit card over the phone. They denied that and said it wasn't allowed. Then she was told if she canceled the car she had reserved she would have to pay a $100 fee. So they will process a $100 fee but not take payment???? How does that make any sense? They closed at 1am and our nearest member was too far away to get there before they closed. The attendant was adamant that they would not stay after 1am. So our missionary was driven by our member to **********, ** where she was met by her sister and took her the rest of the way to ************************* and I will never recommend this company to any of our church members or family. Keep in mind that several of our church members were awakened in the early morning hours to try to address this situation. I think she should receive the $100 fee back and given a formal apology for the inconvenience.

      Company charged $100 cancelation fee for canceling a week in advance. FAQ answers state only cancelation charges apply for canceling within 24 hours

      Today I was forced to purchase the most expensive insurance from ****. I have been a customer for many years and have nothing to complain about the company. However, the team that was there today at 7:46 am on 01/22/2025 is a mafia. They do not use the company's identification and act together to coerce customers into buying extras, saying that Florida law requires it, even though I showed them the insurance policy I had. I hope everyone is replaced. I recommend taking an **** and renting a car at another Sixt store. Avoid the store at the ******************.

      I reserved an SUV because I don't do well in sedans.When i got to counter I was advised there were no suv's, and they gave me a sedan. When I booked the suv, their site listed sedans at same daily rate as the Sun's.Then they told me I had to pay extra for the sedan. No explanation.Only good thing is that I can take *** 3 series off my possible new car list Never using sixt again

      The last two 6s in Sixt66 must be silent. Avoid at all costs. Service agent convinced me that I would be better off purchasing their rental insurance coverage over what I bought through *******. She told me it would be around $10 a day to add it. When I went to return the car I was charged $35 a day for the rental insurance coverage. I now am paying close to $350 for rental coverage that would have cost me $96 if I had kept my original Expedia coverage. Buyer beware! We will never use Sixt again.

      Dispute: It has been difficult for me to receive my Sept 26, 2024 agreement documents from SIXT Rent A Car, LLC,. Sixt has been demanding an extra payment for a few weeks now. Multiple times, I have requested proof of our agreement on Sept 26, 2024. I emailed Service and continued to speak with Customer Service Operations by email. I only received the documents I paid for. There is no mention of the extra payment The payment can't be settled when they can't prove I agreed to it on Sept 26

      I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Sixt Car Rental at the ************************ (MSP) airport. The handling of my rental has been both disappointing and troubling.First and foremost, I was quoted a certain price when I made my booking, yet upon arrival at the counter, I was charged a significantly higher amount. This discrepancy is not only misleading but also feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I find this behavior is unethical and unacceptable, as it does not reflect the transparent and fair practices that consumers should expect when renting a ********** make matters worse, two (2) months after I received a damage claim for $571.10 regarding a scratch on the wheel well of the vehicle I rented. I can confidently state that this damage was not caused during my possession of the car. The claim is both baseless and unjustified. I am deeply disappointed that Sixt would pursue such an unfounded charge, which only serves to undermine my trust in your company. My insurance company has requested photos of the condition of the car before my rental date, and **** is unable to supply such prove. A month later they sent me another invoice stating I owe $651.10. A month later(they disregarded my insurance's request) and forwarded my case to collections, Inevitably trying to damage my credit score)This entire experience has been unprofessional, and I find it insulting that Sixt car Rentals would attempt to hold me accountable for something I did not cause.

      DO NOT USE! - This company is not good. This was my first time using Sixt for business travel. Never again. The booking part was fine. However, when my flight was severely delayed I tried to call into the branch location at the airport I was flying into. They were only open until 1am and I was scheduled to land at 1am. You CANNOT reach the local desk at the airport! I called the corporate number and got someone that spoke next to no English. Its one thing to use offshore customer service people its entirely another to have people that simply cannot speak English. She was zero help - I asked to speak to a manager or someone that could understand what I was saying - she WOULD NOT put a manager on the phone because she kept telling me 'I have satisfied your request' - that was not the case. She did not address the issue or provide any level of assistance. I asked for her name and ID number - she refused to give either one (this was after she refused to put a manager on the phone).I hung up and called back. The next person was very polite and informative. HOWEVER, all the information he gave was incorrect. He took my flight information and told me they would notify the branch location and let them know I would be arriving late so someone would stay to help me. He also recommended that I check in with the mobile app so the car is ready. When I arrived at the airport. ***** was there, no car was there and no one answered the phone at the corporate ********** I don't have a car, looking for a hotel at 2am and I am sure they cancelled my reservation and will have to deal with that in the morning.USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

      I rented a car from Sixt and it was a smooth process. However, they are pulling a **** on me. I picked up the car and there was no visible damage. I drove the vehicle to my location and then dropped the vehicle off. I had no incidents on my trip not even a pothole. A week later I received an email that there was damage to the vehicle and they asked if there were any incidents. I replied and said there were no incidents and I returned the vehicle in the same condition it was given. A week after they sent me a bill for $2000 with a picture that I could not even see any damage. I replied to the email and stated why am I being charged for damages and there was no response. Sixt has now applied charges to my credit report. I rent cars often and this was my first time using Sixt and they are ruining my credit for a damage scam and there is no damage.
