I had work done on my property at the end of March and was told that a *** would be submitted to city of ******* on April 1. I have followed up with manager ****** and with Four Seasons customer service numerous times, which has ultimately resulted in me receiving a docusign to proceed at the end of October.I've followed up in ****** **** June, July, August, September, October, November, and December. I had other estimates done from licensed professional companies that were far less cost.Over 50% less. Quoting at approximately $3k.The reason I choose Four Seasons was because of its name, the weight it holds. I assumed an optimal level of professionalism, thoroughness, and timeliness. On the contrary, I've had to deal with damages to my property, untimeliness, delayed responses, and an incomplete job. However, the standard that Four Seasons presents of professional, timeliness, and thoroughness definitely has not been met.And in the interim, the problem is worsening, my tenant relationship has been strained because property was damaged and shovel was stolen, and I've had to reach out consistently to get this resolved. Due to this I am requested 50% of amount paid as compensation, which is still more than what I would have been charged by other companies. I do not negate that work was done, and therefore I believe that Four Seasons is due to partial payment. They offered me $1,000 on Jan 31, i then asked if they could reconsider as Ive requested 50%, Id expect at $5,000. Then on Feb 5, they dropped offer to $300.I've had to deal with an unprofessional job, untimeliness, broken agreement and I was called and disrespected by a manager. I was also promised video of recording of cameraing of pipes and that was never given. This was a horrific experience.Business Response

Weve had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with Four Seasons Heating and Cooling, and despite their satisfaction guarantee, they have refused to address their repeated *********** December 2023, we paid thousands to replace the blower motor in our heater, as recommended by their technician. However, during our January 2025 annual check-up, another technician deemed the unit unsafe and stated it should have been replaced in 2023 instead of repaired, meaning the initial recommendation was inappropriate and costly. We reluctantly replaced the unit, but the installation process was disastrous:1.Technicians arrived smelling of cigarette smoke, used excessive profanity, and were unprepared, leaving multiple times to retrieve parts.2.The workspace was left a mess with screws and dust everywhere.3.The new unit leaked immediately, requiring additional repairs.4.Heat tape securing the unit failed, overheating the heat closet and reducing efficiency.Worse yet, a leak recently developed in our garage ceiling. A plumber determined this was due to poor installation of the units drain pipes by Four Seasons. Despite hours spent with customer service, they dismissed these issues and failed to uphold their quality guarantees.Weve spent thousands of dollars, wasted countless hours, and endured stress and disruption due to their negligence and lack of accountability. We are seeking a resolution that reflects the gravity of these mistakes, including a refund or significant concession for the costs incurred.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with Four Seasons and submitted a quote for the damage associated with the leak they caused and they have no yet confirmed if they will cover the damage nor have the offered any sort of discount for the time I've had to invest in this issue.

I was told that my furnace is 16 years old and that my heating exchange has gone out. In 2024 the furnace was worked on due to the comparators going out and was told water was in the furnace but nothing was wrong with. During this time I ask the service person to look at the water filter due to the leaking. He cleaned and its still leaking. I had my furnace inspected and fixed in 2024, Today, I was told that I need a new furnace or to fix the heating exchange and the price for labor was over 2k but the furnace is still under warranty. Every since I've had Four Seasons the service and the customer service is unprofessional, awful, and insulting because they want you to pay a lot of money for their errorsBusiness Response

Thank you for reaching out regarding the recent furnace inspection at Ms. ****** residence. We appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification on the visit.
Upon arrival, the furnace was operational; however, during the inspection, we found the inducer motor filled with water. The inducer was removed, the water was cleared, and the unit was reassembled. When restarted, we observed flame rollout, which led to a further examination of the heat exchanger (**). During this inspection, multiple flaws in the ** were identified and documented with photos.
In accordance with our company policy and industry safety standards, we provided the customer with a pricing estimate for labor-only repair of the ** at $2,117, as well as a replacement unit estimate for an ML180UH070E36B at $8,045. The customer declined both options. Due to the identified safety concerns, the system was shut down as a precaution.
Additionally, our heat exchanger diagnosis guarantee ensures accuracy in our assessments. Our service technicians are certified heat exchanger experts trained to diagnose heat exchanger damage. If an incorrect diagnosis of a crack or flaw is made, we will refund all repair costs and install a new Lennox furnace free of charge.
Per our last conversation, the customer stated that there was nothing we could do for her. At this time, we are unable to come to a resolution. However, if there are any further concerns or if the customer wishes to revisit available options, we remain open to discussion.
Please let us know if you require any further details or documentation. Our priority remains the safety and well-being of our customers, and we are happy to assist in any way we can.Initial Complaint

Nov 18th 2024 Four Seasons Heating and cooling sent a tech to inspect and clean my 4 year old York furnace. The tech flooded my furnace with the humidifier valve being opened ALL the way damaging the motor and pressure switches leaving me without out heat. They denied doing this saying that the furnace wasn't pitched correctly and that they could repitch my furnace for $1800 and an additional $3000 to repair the bad motor and switches. I had to pay another company $3000 to repair my 4 year old furnace and Four Seasons is refusing my request for losses I've incurred due to their negligence. I am disabled man barely making ends meet as it is and I cannot afford to be out $3000.Leaving me without heat in my condition, in the freezing winter isn't right. I need my $3000 back desperately. Please help me.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out regarding this matter. As we have discussed, Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is not accepting liability for the damages. Upon arrival, our technician found that the furnace was incorrectly pitched and that the secondary heat exchanger was already leaking. Based on these findings, we do not believe the issue resulted from our work.
We recommend submitting your claim to your personal insurance provider. If they determine that we are responsible, we are open to discussing the matter directly with them. At this time, we are unable to issue any payment, as there has been no determination of fault on our part.
Please let us know if your insurance provider requires any additional information from us. We are happy to assist as needed.Initial Complaint

I am writing to express my frustration with the delays and excessive requirements imposed by Four Seasons ******************************************* in addressing an issue with my furnace. My family, which includes a disabled senior, is currently without heat in freezing temperatures (19 degrees), and this situation is being prolonged due to the companys handling of my warranty ********** is what has transpired:1.A technician from Four Seasons diagnosed that the motor in my furnace failed. Initially, I was quoted over $1,300 for repairs. When I inquired about the warranty, the technician confirmed that the parts are still under warranty (valid for 10 years; my furnace is 9 years old).2.The technician informed me that the warranty could not be redeemed until I provided a receipt for the latest tune-up. After locating and providing the required receipt, I called to schedule the repair.3.I was told I would be contacted by a representative. When I followed up, I was informed that one receipt was not enough; I now need to provide receipts documenting tune-*** for the past nine years. These shifting requirements are both unreasonable and belaboring. At no point during the warranty purchase was I made aware that such extensive documentation would be required. The delays caused by these unnecessary hoops are preventing my furnace from being repaired and leaving my family in the cold.I am requesting immediate intervention to ensure that Four Seasons expedites the repair process and honors the warranty without further delays or excessive demands. My priority is ensuring that my furnace is repaired as soon as possible to restore heat to my home.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.Business Response

My aunt, who is a senior citizen, contacted this business in an effort to repair a damaged thermostat for her furnace/air conditioner. This company then proceeded to charge my aunt 450 dollars for the most basic thermostat. The hardware is a basic thermostat that can be purchased on ****** for forty dollars. Her previous thermostat offered much more options. Along with this, the technician persuaded her to purchase a new filter for her humidifier, get a cleaning of all the equipment and also replaced a part that she had no idea whether needed to be replaced or not. She was charged for the following:1. New thermostat $444.00 2. Service call $85.00 3. 7.5 md Capacitor. $247.00 4. Clean and check humidifier $28.00 5 clean and check furnace $139.95 Minus a $50.00 coupon the total in the end was ****** My aunt suffers from anxiety and is not one to question things. However she felt like a victim. She contacted the company shortly after the technician left, to be offer 180 refund. Which is admission of wrong doing.Business Response
