      I had call Allstate renters insurance customer support 3 times already to obtain a paper that says that rental storage unit that I have is cover under my renters insurance policy, which was already confer by an agent over the phone; but i haven't receive the proof in paper. I need it because the storage company is charging me $10 per month for insurance for the unit. Please assist, I'm really upset about this whole thing.

      Complaint is on Deceptive Practices that affect my current Auto Insurance Policy. On 04/24/2018 an accident occurred in ****************, **. My Vehicle has never left the ******************* and has not been ever in ********. This All-State Agency placed the Accident on my record which comes out in my policy and affects my history and any future insurance quotes that affect my rates. I made several attempts to resolve the issue and All State refuses to remove it from my policy. The Claim number is ********** GSP. The Vehicle that was on the accident has a Vin# *****************, 2013 *** 328i, License Plate ******, registered in ********, the accident report also listed State Farm as the insured agency. My Vehicle is Vin# *****************, 2013 *** 320xi, License Plate ******, registered in ********** insured through All State. As you can see the vehicle is a different model, the license plate does not match, and the last three numbers of the vin numbers do not match. I need this claim removed from my policy, I contacted my All State agency on several occasions and they confirmed that the accident should not be on my record, but it has not been removed. I can access the claim that does not belong to me on my account. On the deceptive practices by the insurance company. On 09/01/2022, i removed a vehicle from my policy, All States changes the rates of the vehicle so my premium is raised. for example 9/01/2022, I had on the policy 2016 *** , premium was $921.32 2008 ****** premium was $405.76 2013 ***, Premium was $507.96 On 09/06/2022, I made change t the policy , I removed the 2016 *** The rates for the other vehicles changed and was premium was raised. 2008 ****** premium was $422.37 2013 ***, Premium was $711.29 My premium was raised for removing one vehicle from the policy. $219.94

      I began insurance coverage with Allstate 08/18/2022. I have paid them ****** that was paid 08/17/2022. I have yet to receive my permanent insurance card it is past the 10 days. I tried t to log in to the online account and it told me my account number and email were incorrect. I received a confirmation email at the email address it says is incorrect. I reached out via chat 08/31/2022 and chatted with about 4 people. ****** told me the email address did not work. ( I already knew that, which is why I sought assistance after the account said my info was incorrect.) ****** did not seem to know what to do and never asked em for the policy number- which I have. I asked for supervisor and she said none available. I advised her I need to know who her supervisor is- she did not tell me and I advised her I considered that a refusal. I disconnected ( I later saw she tried to type the name as the chat runs continuously when you try to begin a new chat.) I reached out to chat again, and asked for a supervisor. ****** put a number in the chat, and basically told me I'd have to call tomorrow. She disconnected the chat on me without even attempting to get any information from me or to know what the issues were. I chatted again. ****** was going down the same road the other rep.. asking information that I told her would not work. They don't even read what you type, it seems. I advised ****** why not ask me for the policy number. Not only did she ask for that, she asked for SSN ( last 4), DOB, last 4 of DL. before I gave the rep that , I asked if information was still not pulling up. It had, and I believe ****** was doing it just to be difficult. ****** then called me someone else's name in the chat and I advised of that. The kailas said if I need to change my name I could do that. I asked for supervisor, did not get a supervisor, got ******* or *******. I needed a supervisor as none of them seemed to care or know what they were doing. Nothing resolved. No listening skills.

      I have never had the worst customer service than from ******************************************* who are refusing to get my car to the place it needs to be .

      I was in an accident with their insured on June 13th, 2022. The police report and photo on the report state and show their insured hit me. Their claims adjuster misread the report and stated I am at fault and are refusing to pay for the damages their insured caused. I want the money owed to me to fix the damages to my truck caused by their insured driver.

      I bought a new car in March of 2022, this is now my 2nd vehicle that I was going to add to my original insurance. I was offered a pretty good deal at the dealership with Allstate due to them being located inside of the dealership. So I switched insurances,Originally my bill was about $800 for 2 vehicles with full coverage (I also purchased renter insurance bringing the total to less then 1000$) and my original insurance wad over a $1000 without renters. I decided to make the switch, knowing that I can afford the $800 Payment for both of my vehicles, I paid the 6 month premium with the intention of paying the other 6 months when due. I go to check the bill that is due for the next 6 months and they have now raised my rates over $300 for 2 cars of insurances. That is more than both of my car payments combined. I signed up for this thinking I would pay around the same price every 6 months however this is just a scam to add $300 when I could purchase a plan elsewhere for way less than what they are trying to charge me now. I would have never came to this company had I had known they would do this to me. I regret ever leaving my other insurance company as it would have been cheaper to just stay. I don't want to cancel my policy and have to start over but at this rate, this entire company is in scam and I do not believe they wouldnt continue to raise rates just to obtain money. They also lied to me when showing me how much I would need to pay, And when you go to create the payment the price is over a $100 what they said I was supposed to pay. This is insane that somebody can get away with this.

      Yes I do not have an account with this company since I was in my 30s over Tn status of limitations I will send that information to you on Tuesday. I had this company 20 days and cancelled because the payment was not right. How you go from $50 dollars to $620 fix your errors of recon if and reason on my credit report of equifax and Experian quickly you will be contacted on teusday five or take you work on holiday.

      Our New Allstate Insurance Agent does not return any of our phone calls about issues we have! The agent we had for over 45 plus years was a gem! This guy is joke! We will be leaving Allstate Insurance as soon as we find an insurance company that met our needs!

      Upon seeking employment in the capacity of roadside assistance with All state Good hands network from reading the advertised listings advertised on ****** search engine I applied for the opening with program from graviton to listing for sub contact gig work however I have been not able to speak with the human resource on the behalf of the me completing the safety video via email through the link I also have completed the urinalysis test as well as the background check due to the unofficial bais hiring process and background check I have been not giving details on the information or givoa opportunity to discuss details on the non job related criminal offense that have become basically the issue from legal employees requirements You must then give the applicant a short time to provide mitigating evidence or correct inaccurate information.Effective in 2021, federal agencies and contractors may not inquire into an applicants criminal history until after a conditional offer has been made.       Blatantly lies about coverage their selling and doesnt honour insurance policy. Almost 2 years after a car accident still have no been paid for vehicle thats in dispute.They have since cut off all communication and hiding behind lawyers in civil claim.They should have their license removed
