      I am rejecting this response because:intentional infliction of emotional stress (******************** insulted me on several occasions; negligent ( after informing ******************** that this was causing emotional distress, she continued abuse the process; breach of duty ; ( ******************** intentionally inflicted emotion stress during the period, March to July) invasion of privacy regarding my mother. She humiliated me once again requesting to visit my mother at her rehab center ( I told her she had no right to do so.economic loss (inability to work) doctor visit for anxiety and depression.. medication .

      I moved in May due to losing my job and not being able to find a new job. I was unable to pay my bill and paid it when I got my first check from my new job assuming that I would be able to reactivate my car insurance. I got pulled over a few days ago and found out that I have no car insurance. I have no money to get a new car insurance with another company as now I have a 200$ ticket to pay and am out $103 from you guys for no car insurance. Please refund my money so I can take my business elsewhere.

      I got into a car accident on July 10th. It was a hit and run. The police found the person who hit me. All state told me they will find out and validate the person who hit me. It took them around 20 days to find out the insurance provided by police report was false. I had to go to the police department and find the correct information. Once I found out the information. All state moved my case from uninsured motorist to regular claim department. The claim staff is so laid back. No sense of urgency. All state is a weak insurance company. They use to be good but I will change this insurance company for sure. I ran out of my rental with them. The party who hit me will pay 30 days for car rental. On August 24th they contact me an said my car will be a total loss. Since that day I have been waiting for them to pay me. They are paying me 16k for my car. I spent 9k in repairs and OEM factory parts to make my car safe. They wont pay for any of that and with the amount they are paying me I cant even replace my car without borrowing more money. My main complaint is, they treat you as if you are the person who is at fault when they get hit and run. Now I have to pay for it. I am thinking about taking Civil action with all state. Because they love to ignore their customer and drag the process. Im in chapter 13 bankruptcy and I have a lot burden to buy another car. Its not easy. Horrible customer service and instead of 16k they should be paying me 25k but thats not how insurance companies work. They dont care for you. Only their bottom line. I paid over **** on brand new Michelin tires. They tired have 400 miles in it. They pay only 330. All state is further damaging me and my family. I am broke and they dont care to make this right. It was a hit and run. Dont buy Insurance from All State. They cant even inform you with better decisions. Everyone at all state will ignore you until your patience runs out. All body shops are full, it took them a month before they took my car

      Hi, i am a client of ******************* Allstate Insurance ****** **. We had a windstorm/hail damage claim November 2021. Allstate wants to replace a limited area on my roof with "like kind and quality." However, the color of the shingles is vastly different relative to my existing roof. It is my understanding that unless the policy explicitly states that matching of color of shingles is an exclusion, then they are responsible for replacing my entire roof in order to make the color of my roof homogeneous. My neighbors to the right of me, to the left of me and across the street have all had their insurance companies fulfil this obligation with new roofs. Allstate has not treated me likewise.       I had hoped that this issue would have been resolved. Evidence suggests that this is a "low ball" estimate. Additionally, when I called the Allstate Representative back, I was instructed to provide an extension number to reach him. None was provided in his claim communication. I was then instructed to call a different number. He also included a deductible, which I believe was credited when I first filed this claim. I should not have to pay two deductibles on the same claim.

      I pay Allstate for rental fee coverage on my policy. $35 a day for up to 30 days ($1050.00) is the full benefit. On August 11 I went to Enterprise to get the rental I reserved the day after I totalled my car. I was told that there would be no vehicles available the greater Austin **** until Tuesday minimum. When I asked why he didn't bring up the airport's available vehicles he said Allstate would not get a rental from the airport. When I called allstate to ask what they were gonna do to honor our contract, my policy, I was put on hold for 22 minutes and told that I could get a rental from anywhere that had an available vehicle. If it was not Enterprise I would have to pay out of pocket and turn the receipts in and Allstate would reimburse me my out of pocket expense. Today I received an email saying they would not honor our contract because the rentals that were available that I paid out of pocket for cost more than $35 a day per the policy. How am I being held to a daily amount on a contract they can't even honor. I paid them to take care of the rental. They couldn't. At that point the focus should shift to whatever I need in order to be able to get to work. Instead they are saying that it's too they don't owe me because I didn't follow the contract. Neither did they. I pay my premiums on time every time. They owed a rental car and couldn't provide. They owe me. 100% of the amount that I had spend out of pocket right after I had to pay my allstate insurance. They have done nothing that they are supposed to ha e done from the beginning of my claim. I have spent hours on the phone just to be lied to. They had my vehicle for a week before declaring it totalled. And won't give me access to it to get my personal things and speakers out of it. This is unacceptable.

      07/23/2022 Allstate claims ***** took my auto claims report about vehicle fuel tampering and vandalism to my vehicle. They suggest a repair shop ****** Collision repair my vehicle. ****** had an unsupervised new claims adjuster and she made a mistake when filing the claim details and my vehicle was not repaired or inspected in the fuel tank. The shop received payment and had me get my vehicle. My vehicle was still left unrepaired. I was promised by Allstate they would pay me for a second inspection and one tank of stolen gas. Then did not pay me. I had to pay over ******************************************************************************************************************************* the sun for over a month. I want the money back from the damaged and theft that I had to cover payment.

      I'm *********************** dob 9/18/1978, reported a claim to Allstate for a broken windshield in 2019. I was told to contact a local windshield repair company. The issue was taken care of. On 1/6/20 Allstate negatively affected my driving history by reporting to CLUE that the comprehensive damage was over 5k which is causing me to pay a higher premium. The front windshield did not cost 5k to repair. In fact, the repair did not cost over 1k. I would like for Allstate to correct this issue with LexisNexis who represent Clue.

      I purchased Square Trade insurance for my cell phone. I used the benefit on July 12, 2022 when my cell phone became damaged. The phone was sent for an overnight repair via **** The phone arrived to Allstate on july 14, 2022. I contacted Allstate several times over about a week's time to check-in on the status of my phone (additional documentation of conversations available upon request). I couldn't get an answer or any sort of guarantee about where the phone was and when it would be returned to me from Allstate. Eventually, I received a SIM card in the mail. When I called again to follow-up, I was told that my phone could not be repaired and that I would need to purchase a new one. Allstate should have sent a new phone per the agreement. I went another 4 days without a phone, impacting my ability to complete my job. I called to speak to a supervisor. They agreed to cancel my plan and refund my deductible. In addition, I have requested for the monthly insurance charge to be refunded to me. I was not able to use the insurance in the way it was promised when I purchased it. I never received a replacement phone or any communications about the status of my phone. I also did not receive the check to purchase a new phone for over a week. I communicated that I needed my phone for work and was assured that I would have a new phone in 3 days or fewer. Instead, I was without a phone for close to 2 weeks.

      On august 24, 2022 we filed a claim with Allstate insurance company because we discovered a pipe had burst in our home & had caused damage to our flooring, closets, most things in the closets and some of the walls in our home . A claims adjuster (********) called and said someone from a remediation company would come and take pics and assess the damage. In addition. I sent pics via the Allstate claims app. The gentleman from the remediation company did his assessment on August 26, 2022. No one from Allstate contacted us , so on August 29 we called Allstate and was told they denied the claim because it was an ongoing issue . However, when **** spoke with ******** , he said he would approve the claim in order to get things moving .

      Tried for months to get tow reimbursement from Allstate's Roadside Assistance with no success. Fax was submitted mutiple times since 6/30
