      Last July 26 I got into a collision with another driver carrying all state insurance. I filled the claim July 27 and talked to an adjuster July 28.The issue is not who is at fault but the driver (who hit us) having a valid insurance.That driver is very cooperative and he called his allstate agent to send him a copy of his insurance. The agent sent a copy as proof which we then sent to the adjuster. The proof of copy was sent July 29.Its been 5 days of and we dont hear back from the adjuster. Name of adjuster is ***************************.

      I was out of town and there was a storm the storm blew my roof off as well as the vents caused water damage and punctured a hole in my pool. Allstate has been basically playing around with this claim sent three different adjusters all of the adjusters have said different things my personal roofers that I have contacted to do an inspection stated that the entire roof needs to be replaced if I try to patch it the aesthetics are gonna be horrible and the shingles were second right shingles and shotty material which I also have an email from Allstate stating that they wouldnt pay my prior claim due to the fact that it was shotty materials and poor workmanship. However Allstate is the one that put the roof on that was shotty materials and poor workmanship. Now its been almost 5 months I still have leaks in my roof Ive had to pay someone to go up there and temporarily fix the roof vent the side vents and Im having to live with the water damage in my house because they have basically refused and trying to make me feel stupid. I have replaced the liner as the pool was about to Cave in on itself from the liner and zipping around the pool with my own money. Ive had three different claims adjusters and just the tone of their emails is very rude and condescending. Not to mention the adjusters themselves have stated that Allstate is the worst company to do appraisals for as they are not even allowed to state that theres a problem they have to use the word probable. So what exactly is a consumer supposed to do who is paid their insurance premiums every month on time for years. Now my insurance on my house has gone up yet they have not Paid any claims. You are definitely not in good hands when it comes to all state they are trying to law deceive and definitely play games with how long it takes.

      I am rejecting this response because: they are unwilling to except any and all of my roofers estimates in detail for damages. They are very insistent that this is all they are willing to do period. No response from agent at all zero contact. ****** in damages with **** deductible still ***** in damages and they want to pay ****. Ridiculous! 

      this needs to be made public and I plan on doing so. News social media everything. 

      they even stated there willing to cut a check for only **** whenever Im ready! So I pay premiums or get cancelled in 5 days and this has been ongoing since March! I have already spent **** out of pocket to try to secure my home and they said if any damages happen now that they are not responsible because it is my job to fix to eliminate any further damage. They depreciated everything and my liner was only 2 years old. Since the cost of everything has increased there should be no depreciation!

      On July 7th I had to get a tow. I was broke down in ********* and had to wait 7 hours for someone to tow me because allstate roadside assistance was not working propperly. I kept calling and calljng without any success until i called the ******** office. After hours of being on the phone and waiting for 7 hours finally a company called ****** enterprises finally sent someone. The driver informed me allstate had given him the incorrect address for my location. Allstate also recorded that I had two claims rather than one. This is incorrect reporting and its affecting my insurance rates when I am shopping. Allstate also deducted $153 from my account on August 3rd without my permission. I had called in on July 28 to change my automatic autopay date. There is a recorded phone call. I was told my Huntington checking account would be deducted on Aug 10. This is not what happened. My account is currently minus $153 due to their mistake. I have called the company they are investigating and said I would recieve a call back on the morning of Aug 4th with a resolution. I also am having a hard time getting new insurance because my rates have skyrocketed due to the incorrect number of reporting of claims. I need help

      Received a flyer in the mail from Allstate Agent ***************************** from ******* **. The flyer provides a picture of my house which I never approved anyone to use. The flyer does not provide any information as how to be removed from any future mailings and or contact from this agency. I would never consider using an Allstate Agent particularly one doing business so far away from my home. Requesting the business to remove my contact information from any and all marketing ploys.

      I have contacted Allstate multiple times about our "cell phone coverage" plan that they can never seem to locate. I have tried to cancel 4 times in the last two years. I have been charged $20 a month for the last 2-3 years and they cannot figure out how or why. This is beyond ridiculous.

      In July of last year, I contacted Allstate and requested a quote for homeowners insurance. I was contacted by *************************, a Direct Sales Specialist. She provided me with a quote and a rider to share with my mortgage company, as I was in the middle of a refinance. I was later sent follow-up emails to finalize my choices and e-sign documents. I never finalized or signed anything to create and/or commit to a new policy with this company. I was unaware of a need to do anything further since I did not choose to go with Allstate for my home and auto policies. In April of this year, I received a letter from a collections agency for a **** at Allstate (where I have never purchased any type of insurance.) I wrote to them disputing the collection, and I contacted Allstate again to request this be removed from my credit report. As of today, August 2nd, the **** from the collection agency is still showing on my credit report, and I never signed any documents to purchase a policy in the first place.

      I got into an accident mid May 2022. Allstate has now come up with three reasons back to back as to why they should not pay to repair the damages. This, after first attempting to low ball me, offering me a check which they knew would not cover the damages.My car was two months old ******* 2022 Prius prime) at the time of accident and the other driver was found liable. Full coverage insurance was mandatory..1st run around: you must get a police report from responding officers or claim is invalid. Not true in ************* if no injuries are reported. I was made to track down officers (which took weeks) who responded only to put them on the phone and watch the Allstate representatives accept this rule on the spot. They would not accept it from me.2nd run around. They offered me a check for $1,100.00 which was not enough to cover the damages. Which I did not accept.So they then told me I had to sign on to their claim directions and instructions where they needed pictures of the car from all angles for some kind of inspection. When I sent them in, they next said it had to be done by some special inspection shop. Because I have to work, this all wasted another several weeks. After getting that done.. They tried to say the car wasnt cover for damages because the time for inspection expired. So at time of accident, the car wasnt covered. I called to ask what they intended to do? And I was told, the car new, so I should not have been asked to have the car inspected in the first place. Third run around:Next they needed a **** of sale. (As if they didnt know I was paying to insure a new car from the beginning) I needed to acquire a copy so I had to go to the dealer. When I called Allstate about the problem I was having to produce the form, I was told the claim was closed. And I just received written notice, Allstate does not intend to pay for the damages..

      Nothing has been discussed regarding any progress or steps to get me taken care of. Only an apology for being put through so much; falls short of a paying full coverage customer having to drive three months with dents, not knowing if or when, the good hands of Allstate is going to keep its promise..

      I cancelled a policy on 7/16/22 and I still havent received my refund. Every time I call, Ive been giving false information. It went from receiving refund within 48hrs to weeks.. now its going on 3 weeks still no refund. They owe me $1803

      I was in an Accident by Allstates insured who was at fault. The date of the accident was February 8th, 2022 during this time Allstate did fix my car and up until they did, the adjuster answered all my calls and called back quickly. This all changed when it had to do with bodily injury and hospital bills lost wages etc. The adjuster would not call back despite daily voicemails left for her. Finally, a few weeks later, she called back to say another adjuster was taking over and I would get a call in 2 days. Well NOONE eve called for another week and a half, I called in to get help from someone else, and they spent time going over everything and offered me a settlement and said I would receive it in an email and to sign it and send it back, well nothing received. I called and called for 5 days morte and finally get ahold of the new adjuster, a nice guy and promised to better comunicate, well 4 more days go by so I start calling him and finally after 7 days of trying he answered and appoligized that he suddely had to be out of the office for the past week. He then said another adjuster is going to take over and I would get a call if a few days. A week goes by and no call, I kept calling for 7 days, and I finally reach someone who gives me the new adjuster's number. I call for 3 days and nothing, on the 4th day she answered and said she needs all the medical records which I sent in. The Friday after I emailed them (Wed) she called to say she would be out of the office for a week for sure call me Monday 8/1/22, guess what? No call, So I call again and no answer today or yesterday including from calling her Manager. I press "0" and all they ever say is they sent an email to the Manager and that's the best they can do. I have called the Manager for a week now, and no call is returned. Do you see a pattern here? I quickly do what Allstate asks f me and they NEVER act in the slightest of timely manner. PLEASE PLEASE call me, I need to put this behind me.

      A woman insured by Allstate came into our private garage to park for her downtown business. She was told she couldn't park in our private garage. She hastily backed up into my car and broke a tail light. I uploaded the picutres to the AllState app and made phone calls form there. All in all six hours of phone calls for my car that was damaged in my parking garage at my home. Claim number **********. Allstate sent me to their app to upload pics. I wanted to use my own mechanic and I did where I waited for the twenty minute repair not filing for a rental car. The estimate they had was $103 dollars short for my mechanic. The estimate my insurance gave me was $100 higher but we had to go thorugh her insurance. If I wanted AllState to help me I would have to go back in time and get correct guidance on using their APP. which I was told to use for pics. Everytime I went to the app they referred me to it asked for a user name and password. I never had one, I am not a client. Then I was told to go ahead to my mechanic that of course I would be made whole and so I did. A month has gone by when I finally was told to get my car fixed. Then I got a check for their estimate which again, was $103 dollars low. We called with the shop and they asked them to submit their ****. They wrote them a check for the estimate - agian $103 too low. Said they would send it to me and didn't. Said I would have to sign then delever it to them.??? Now I am talking to superviors and they said no they wouldn't that my mechanic should've known to get their estimate on the app I have no user name too--- this all makes no sense. That there was a note from a rep that siad he went through the process with me. There is no process that I can repeat or know of... at this point do I take the insured to small claim court?
