My parked car was hit by a drunk driver of course he was insured by Allstate. The claim has been effective since June ****** it is now August 2,2022 and my car has still not been repaired . The adjuster **************** Has been horrible with communication and also her lead. It took almost a month for the virtual inspection to be done after I called the **** to follow up on whats going on. The only thing she did was take a statement from me and that was it. In regards to a rental I have to be paying out of pocket, Allstate only allowed one advancement because the estimate on the virtual inspection was only for 5 day repair! ****** * was supposed to come out to see the car to extend the estimated time but never did because of this I have to be paying out of pocket for a rental. The shop cannot start repairs because she hasnt come out to see the car. Today I am hearing theres a issue with the shop regulation but I cannot get in contact with her to verify whats going on. The ******************************************************************************* contact with her either. Its going on 3 months since my car has been damaged and I have to spend money on a car rental that I cannot afford , they do not care and customer service is horrible. I also have my own car payments and car insurance I need to pay, I also have a job that requires me to drive so I do need a rental while my car is supposed to be getting repaired. I need this issue resolved my car repaired and rental paid for please. Also I would appreciate a different adjuster that more responsive. **********Business Response

During the recent storm (on 7-16-22) our home received some serious damage. We filed a claim with Allstate, our insurance carrier on 7-16-22. An agent came out (7-31-22) and took photos of the damage. We had 3 broken skylights, roof damage that caused leakage into the garage, the parapet on the roof was really torn up, the post that holds up the cover over our patio was severely damaged by hail. We had to have the skylights replaced before the agent came as the lights were broken and water was coming inside the house and garage. When the adjuster (**************** or *******) called he said he didnt see more than $1500 worth of damage (which is our deductible). He also said that most of what he saw was old damage. My husband got mad and an argument insued. **************** hung up on him. When my husband went online to review the claim, it had already been closed. It will cost a lot more than $1500 to repair the damage to our home. Its criminal what theyve gotten away with. Yes, we have filed a complaint with the state, but this could take months or even worse get no response. I would advise anyone looking for insurance to shop around. AllState isnt cheap in regard to the cost of their product, but they will low ball your claim.Business Response

I HAVE A POLICY WITH ********************* (P#*********), ON JULY 16TH 2022 OUR 2016 **** A6 WAS DAMAGED BY FLOOD. I have Home and Car insurance with all state the side Im having issues with is the home insurance. I had a pipe break about a month ago at my home. The pipe has been fixed and Ive tried to contact my contact through Allstate HL making calls leaving messages and no response. Ive called the main customer service line and they send messages to my contact and advise he will call me, still no response or call back. I continue to get mailings referring me to call if I have any questions and still no answer. Im lost on what to do as I feel Im being ignored and overlooked. I have used a portion of my money for the estimate I sent to get the ball rolling as I have waited for response to questions with no luck. Money deducted from my bank account with out my authorization. My homeowner policy was cancelled via email on 6/13 and confirmed verbally with an agent *************************************** from *************************@Allstate agent on 6/15. *********@allstate confirmed removing my bank account from Allstate system. Additionally I logged in to Allstate application on my phone and removed my bank account from the memory 6/15. I received a confirmation of "Easy plan cancelation notice" via email on 6/15, which confirmed the monies will not be taken automatically from my bank account. On 7/20 Allstate took from my bank account monies. I did not receive any communication that this is going to happen.Transaction amount $694.56 for homeowners insurance.(1) The insurance was cancelled. (2) how did they get into my checking account - keeping my bank account in their system notes/paper notes illegally?They requested that I provide a proof of insurance. This was not part of my policy. On July 15th, 2022, we were driving in ********** City. While driving at a safe speed and using a turn-signal we made a turn into another lane due to construction in the City. The other driver was speeding and driving recklessly. Our vehicles collided resulting in damage to both vehicles. The other driver was driving with a suspended license due to a DUI charge. ********************** assigned a "virtual adjuster" located in **** that upon speaking to both parties, made the determination that we were at fault. This determination has resulted in a complete financial loss of our vehicle. We believe the due diligence and proper protocol was not following on Allstate's part. She did not look at the vehicles. She did not take into consideration the damage and the speed in which the other driver was going. She did not look into that part of the City, which is going through a conversion and road project. I believe the adjuster (*************************** ************) acted in bad faith and her "investigation" was severely lacking. On August 1, 2022, I spoke with ************** who asserted her determination was correct and told me Allstate no longer has field adjusters.Business Response

My representative received a letter by ************************* from AllState indicating he would have to bring in an expert to determine coverage after the inspection. However, the expert, *** from ***************** did not want to do the inspection since it would be video-recorded. ****** sent out a denial letter after *** declined to inspect our property. I had an auto loss in December 2021, I was covered by Allstate and still am today. The process to correct my loss was not completed until mid-March. In communication with an adjuster, I learned that I was covered under Claim Satisfaction Guarantee, which I pay for as part of my policy. I filed a claim under the Claim Satisfaction Guarantee that was received by Allstate on 3/21/22. I have yet to receive a response, decision or any communication from Allstate regarding this claim. I have reached out on numerous occasions to no avail. How can I force at the least a response from them, after all I pay for this coverage.Business Response

This case involves insurance payment money on policies for auto and homeowners. I contacted Allstate insurance in July 2020 due to an accident during the processing of my claim the representative told me my insurance would be canceled due to multiple accidents as outlined in my policy. Due to this I contacted another insurance company and received a quote and proceeded in September 2020 to purchase insurance through this company called **** for my auto and my homeowners. I have continue to have insurance through **** since that date which began in September 2020. During this time. I have received no further communication from Allstate insurance. Regarding coverage or policy information. I recently found out through accident while transferring accounts to another bank. That since that time Allstate has continued to deduct monthly premiums from my checking account through automatic withdrawal. After investigation I have been able to determine that due to my communication preferences being set to electronic I have not received any documentation through mail which is the normal process that I had always used. I am 78 years old and I do not do my billing etc. electronically because of my inability to use computers. My daughter has helped me to contact Allstate and explain the situation the local agent was able to help in someway and obtain some reimbursement for my payments. But has not been able to recover it all because the Allstate board members refuse to reimburse me for the money I have paid above that **** I am seeking the remaining balance of 5999..52 which is the best accuracy I can provide since access to documents is limited at this time. Deductions were made for ****** monthly and ****** monthly for 27 months. They have reimbursed me for *******. This is how I came to the reimbursement requested. I am attaching copies of my policies to prove I have had insurance thru ****. I am on a fixed income and this has caused financial hardship to me and damageBusiness Response

There response was they would not issue a refund, even though proof that the payments were automatically deducted from the checking acct. And that insurance had been purchased from another company and was active on the property and the auto. Allstate in my eyes is not a reputable company. I do not accept their response to this case.

Stolen property out of vehicle when in the responsibility of Allstate during transportation to have damage repair assessment completed:- Approximately 7/18/22 - Around $1700 in items missing from vehicle - The business was committed to having safe travel of my vehicle to a 3rd party facility for damage repair assessment that was against my will.
