      I put down a payment of $7000 on a auto in April, 2021 and it was totaled on July 9 th 2021. The person who is at fault had Allstate for his insurance. His name is **** Sturelburg. Allstate claim number ********** ADO. The total loss paid off the loan balance, but never paid me the $7000 despite my repeated calls, which were never returned. So I was not totally compensated for my loss.

      I went onto the allstate website and purchased insurance for my motorcycle. After completing the purchase I noticed I had been billed for a higher amount than originally Agreed upon and allstate was continuing to charge me. The insurance I selected was for $170 for an entire year, the first charge was for $185 and the following for over $70. I called to find out what was going on, the customer service rep tells me my policy was changed because allstate no longer does motorcycle policies. I canceled my policy and told them to refund my money. They did not issue a refund and a week later I disputed the charge with my bank as the services I ordered were never received or fulfilled. Last week I received a notice from a collection agency that allstate had referred me to them for this incident

      I am rejecting this response because: after following up with allstate, rather than rectifying the fraudulent charges to my card, acknowledging that they changed my policy without permission, or offering to reach out to the collection agency they sold my "debt" to, they once again claimed i was being charged for the two months of service they provided, higher than the entire years worth of insurance I had initially purchased. I at no point requested "off road" insurance. I purchased motorcycle insurance at the rate of ***** for an entire year. The fact that they still refuse to acknowledge why they changed my policy to one more than 7x higher without any permission is baffling and fraudulent, a fact they continually have attempted to side step.

      I am rejecting this response because: there was no further attempt to follow up regarding this matter. The last correspondence via email was on August 1st, after which i spoke on the phone with a representative who again blamed me for disputing the charges allstate made after unilaterally changing my policy with 0 consent. This predatory company seems to operate with dishonesty and deception while blaming their victims for not accepting their fate. I have forwarded this complaint to CA Department of Insurance for further investigation

      *********** Agency located at ******************************************************************* has failed their "Duty of Good Faith and Fair Dealing" in representing me on a complaint filed with Allstate Insurance Company. Specifically, they have not made a good effort in refunding my premium for a Flood Insurance policy that I cancelled on April 12, 2022 valued at approximately $700.00.

      My car blew up last July while driving it. I have pictures of everything. Including the car being engulfed in flames while still in it. Thanks to strangers driving behind the car Who sent me it. There was nothing left of the car once they finally put the fire out. The remains of the car sat on the side of the road by north shore towers for 2 days; before the ******************* even came to pickup the remains to dispose of it. When I sent the claim in to Allstate they sent back a denial letter where they denied the claim for theft/loss. Nowhere in the letter was the word FIRE. The car was not stolen. It was completely engulfed in flames while being driven, very lucky to still be alive according to the *********** on the scene. I was also diagnosed with lung cancer 1 week after this happened, which is why it has taken me so long to take care of this situation. I submitted all of the info to Allstate as well as the pictures, and still denial. I think its pretty ridiculous that someone has to basically die for these insurance companies like Allstate to do something. What about my pain & suffering or the 7 grand out of pocket, it cost me for a rental car. Allstate has done nothing but made the situation far worse. My next step is taking them to court but I was told to file a complaint with the BBB first. I am including pictures from the incident. The first one engulfed in flames still in the car. Also included the denial letter from all state which should automatically be void due to the word fire not being anywhere in the denial letter!

      I filed a claim with Allstate #********** after a storm in July 2020 that damaged my roof and knocked down a tree in my front yard. The tree landed on the house which has 3 apartments and tenants could not get into their homes. I paid for the tree to get removed and repairs to be down on the house but the roof was damaged and water was coming into one of the apartments. I have been going back and forth with Allstate for 2 years and they have not helped in any way. Allstate sent adjusters twice to take pictures and I have submitted pictures with no resolution. I continue to pay my monthly insurance and have always been on time with the payments and yet I have had no resolution. I have worked with adjusters and even sent the company a formal letter of complaint and still no resolution. Allstate has changed case owners and case numbers numerous times and each person seems very lost on why there hasnt been resolution yet no one seems to take any action and recently my case worker ******************************* will not return a phone call. I am filing this complaint in hopes that I will get reimbursed the money I have spent from the storm repairs and also my roof fixed so no more water comes in to the building. Allstate takes my money each month and has for over 3 years the company states I have home insurance yet refuses to help when natural disasters happen - in this case severe storms.

      This is the worst f****** insurance company to be covered under I had and emergency where my roof was damage and water was coming in the house 1 month and days later still nothing what a f****** joke oh and I pay my premiums in full when ever its time to renew them

      Water in my house leaked from where the pipe joined the fitting above the hot water heater tank in the basement. The water collected on top of the hot water heater tank, damaging it, then onto the floor. Except for the damage to the hot water heater tank, Allstate is appropriately handling the water damage to the rest of the basement. However, they refuse to cover the hot water heater tank, claiming it failed due to normal wear and tear and that caused the water damage. I have gone to great lengths using pictures to show them the hot water heater tank didn't fail, it was damaged by the water that collected on top of it from the leak above. I request your assistance in resolving this issue by having Allstate pay for the replacement of the hot water heater tank the same way it is paying for the other items that were damaged.

      On June 9th claim was open for a hit and run claim number: **********, I was advised that the person who hit me vehicle license plate ** ******** was also insured by Allstate and that the claim would be opened on their policy.On July 21st, I received the attached email from Allstate advising me : they have confirmed with the other adjuster assigned to the other person's claim that they will be accepting liability and will provide you assistance in repairing your vehicle. On July 27, I received an email stating they would be denying the claim.They are saying the July 21st email was sent prematurely. I am requesting Allstate to honor the email they sent me on July 21st.

      I have a pending auto theft claim with Allstate Insurance Policy number *********. I am being mistreated in the following manner: ***** Insurance agent *************************************************** (1) changed my deductible from 500 dollars to **** dollars without my authorizationi( have carried a 500 dollar deductible for approximately 15 years); (2)have never provided me with my full insurance policy that includes my claim rights and an other policies, (3)retained an unlawful amount of my policy refund after I canceled both my home owners and automobile policy on or around June 14/16, 2022.Additionally:Allstate insurance adjuster has offered a low ball settlement offer for half the current value of the vehicle. Has grossly overestimated the mileage on the vehicle to undercut the value of the vehicle. Has refused to provide me with the name of the state department that licenses the auto adjuster appraisers so that I can hire an expert and dispute Allstate's claim representatives low ball settlement offer.
