ON JULY 11, 2022 A PAST DUE **** CAME IN THE MAIL TOTALING ****** FOR PAST DUE INSURANCE COVERAGE. THIS AGENT TERMINATED MY INSURANCE POLICY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. CANCELED POLICY NUMBER 962 769 703. MY POLICY WAS PAID UP TO DATE AND I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATIONS FROM THIS AGENCY UPON MY INSURANCE POLICY CANCELING. ON JUNE 3RD, MY SPOUSE CONTACTED THIS AGENT CONTACT PERSON (******) TO DISCUSS REINSTATING THE POLICY. ****** EXPLAINED TO ME AND MY SPOUSE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS THE UNDERWRITERS HAD TO APPROVE THE REQUEST - TODAY IS 7/27/2022 ME NOR MY SPOUSE HAVE HEARD BACK FROM THIS AGENT, NOT PHONE CALLS, NO EMAILS, ETC. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT AUTHENTIC TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. AT THE LAST MINUTE I HAD TO CONTACT ANOTHER INSURANCE AGENCY AND OBTAIN COVERAGE. On 5/10 i was hit by a person who had their insurance via E-Surance (Owned by Allstate). My vehicle entered a repair shop after they acknowledge fault and my claim was *********. Since 5/13 the vehicle has remained at the shop and we cannot get anyone to call or email back to get the estimate for this repair approved. They are outright ignoring me and the repair shop I want my time compensated (15 hours logged) and i want my vehicle repaired and compensation for depreciation in value of the vehicleBusiness Response

The Allstate Customer Resolution Specialist while initially helpful stopped answering my phone calls and returning my voicemails about my issues. Please contact me to resolve my issues for my multiple policies with your company because I switch to another company that is more professional in communication with their consumers.Business Response

On 07-07-22,, I was in a automobile accident my complaint is poor customer service experience very minimal corresponded from adjuster and manager no clarification on what the vehicle was totaled out which left a gap owing lender, secondly conflict of car rental coverage, no clarity it was discussed among agent and supervisor without knowledge of the outcome neither one contacted me , Overall the nonverbal communication as well the inconsistency I experience from Allstate Insurance, left me frustrated and very disappointed while trying to heal from accident.Business Response

I previously used allstate as my insurance company. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide home insurance and I needed to switch insurers. I informed the bank to pay the following years send flood insurance as I was changing insurers however they sent the payment anyway. I asked them to not cash the check but they said they had to do that and then send a refund. It is now 2.5 months later and I have not received my refund of over $3k. I have contacted them numerous times by email (all documented) and basically just get the run around. They tell me they are having technical difficulties with returning/cancelling the payment. I have also filed a complaint with All State corporate but they have not provided any assistance in the matter. Thanks,*****Business Response

Roadside Assistance Membership Number ********* I called in the month of May for roadside assistance. I placed a service request online which gave me an eta of 90 minutes to start with, that 90 minutes stayed there on screen forever. Then I called for a quicker service. The phone operator who tried to find a quiker eta said she does not have an updated eta. Then apparently she called me later and did not get me on the phone, so she went ahead and cancelled the service request...This is according to the "notes" provided to me by the two dispatch phone operators yesterday and today. I never received any phone call from anyone in Allstate that day. The female dispatch operator simply went ahead and put false misleading notes in my member account. You have a 1.1 star BBB rating so I am sure you are aware of this practice.I tried calling your membership department approximately 10 times to discuss this with a manager, however your membership department operators did not let me speak to a manager. One of the managers in your dispatch department literally hung up the call on my face. If I paid $5 for this I wouldn't care. But I have paid a sum of $139 towards your Elite Plan. More importantly after learning about those false misleading notes in my member account (added by your phone operator), no reaonabale person could a one hundred percent trust in your roadside assistance again.A piece of advice - I am not being racist, however I would have to say if your primary customer base is in an English speaking country you should have your customer support who is fluent in that language. I could never understand anything your call center operator say, their accent is so thick and horrible it is almost impossible to figure out what they are saying. That's just a fact you like it or not. I demand a refund of the full $139. We have 3 choices here: 1) Refund 2) Credit Card Dispute 3) Small Claims Court. I am rejecting this response because:I added roadside assistance through my all state insurance policy. The roadside assistance is active since 07.28.2022.I called roadside assistance today Aug 8th, 2022. They said the roadside assitance is not active, it will start on 18th August. So up until 18th August I'll be a one hundred percent out of pocket, that's what roadside assistance said.Does not make any sense because I already paid the roadside difference for the current policy period and the upcoming policy period. I told them the same to which roadside assitance said even if you have paid for roadside assistance to cover you till 18th August we can't give you any roadside assitance up until 18th August because your policy states that your roadside is starting from Aug 18th.That makes me wonder if I am currently insured at all. I believe I have paid the premium for the current period just like I have paid the roadside difference for the current period. Am I currently insured? I am also currently supposed to have roadside coverage through my insurance policy but all state said roadside is not active.All State is a cheap company I knew it before but this is ridiculous.STATEMENT 2:

I don't pay money to ********************** to end up only giving feedback. ******* also said to call him in his personal number at 4am if I ever need roadside assitance. He also asked me to tell roadside call center guys to reconfirm my roadside status but the call center guys said that is not their job. The All State Agent *********************** office manager Tigran said for such a minute amount of roadside ADD ON insurance policy, you do not expect it to work. As in, yes you paid for the service but the service costs so little you should not expect to actually receive the service from All State.

On 6/19 i was rear ended by a customer of ********************** in which they should be held responsible for my rental car. I had to originally go through my insurance as I needed a car to get to and from work and if I hadnt gone through insurance I wouldve had to wait for them to claim liability. My car was originally estimated to be completed on 7/29 which exceeds my 30 days through my insurance in which I called allstate in order for them to pick up my rental until it was completed, the allstate adjuster proceeds to tell me it goes against their policy and that they do not do direct pay I will have to wait until the claim is closed out and then get reimbursed. I then decided to call another agent who stated it is possible for them to pick up the rental where she transferred me to claims and the phone call was dropped. Today I called the originally adjuster and she proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do so I ask for her manager in which she places me on hold and then tells me she is not available and she will give her my information and have her call me back in which I have yet to hear from her. I am already a week past my original rental allowance that I had to pay $321 in order to keep so i can go to and from work and now am excepting to pay the next 3 weeks of rental out of pocket for an accident that wasnt my fault.Business Response

Would like to send my dissatisfaction to Allstate Insurance Corp, for their arrogance and non help with a claim I submitted. I have been with allstate, for over 24 years, just on one property and 8 now, on another. This does not include my auto insurance which I've had on numerous occasions on and off throughout my life. It's really pathetic, after filing a homeowners claim, that you people can be so arrogant. Talking to a claims representative and listening to him brings out what I feel "the we're not here to help you and you're really not in good hands with us". So I replaced shingles on my roof, a few times after storms, on my own. When I should have called a roofer and let them tarp it and attempt to repair it. I since talked to a person named ********, who is just as arrogant. I hear you loud and clear, in your voice. And he is supposedly a person, in a supervisory role. Have a roofer attempt to repair it he says. Yeah right. So is the roofer supposed to rip out shingles and then attempt to repair. I called two different roofers who both tell me the same thing, and that is the game allstate is playing with me. Yes ********, it is a game. I figured that out. You never did want to help out. So, you risk not collecting an additional 50K plus over the remaining time I have left, on this earth, over your refusal to lend me a good hand with my roof. I see what is going on here. Never was in good hands. These roofers only want to sell me a roof as I see it. Allstate doesn't want to do anything for me. My agent says, "oh we're sorry". And I'm sure they collect a percentage from me, considering that is where my premiums go, ****** financial, ****************, *************. I'll give you guys 72 hours to call me and tell how I could possibly be in good hands and why, over the remainder of my life why I should pump tens of thousands more, into your bank account. ************.
