      Hello, I filed an claim with squaretrade about my damaged I phone 12 pro **** the phone was damaged and keeps turning on and off. i was advised to take the phone to a repair shop (geek squad) where they said the phone had damage to the logic board and they could not do any repairs. I sent this information to squaretrade and the have refused to either repair or replace the phone because the imei is not on the geek squad receipt. geek squad informed me they have no way of seeing the imei from the phone due to the damage to the logic board they should repair or replace the phone, i have sent detailed pictures of the phone and the original box it arrived in along with the proof of purchase that include the imei and many other desciptive information

      On Nov 27, 2020, I purchased 4 iPhones from **** in *********** I was sold insurance under AllState dba SquareTrade. I have paid my monthly premium every single month and now I am needing to place a claim for my son's phone. My son is in the ** Army and is currently deployed in *****. When I called and spoke to the agent at SquareTrade I was advised by them and their supervisor that there was nothing that they could do to assist my son as he was deployed and couldn't send the phone home. I tried to explain the situation to them of him being on active duty and offered to provide a copy of his orders and they advised that if he did not send his phone home which he is not able to due because of the location of his deployment than there was nothing they could do. I then proceeded to ask for a number to their HQ in CA and/or an email address to file my complaint and I was advised they didn't have a complaint line or email address.

      I thought I had all state protection plan but I found out it s square trade through all state second company but the issue is they are not honoring my warranty protection plan I paid for I feel like I been ripped off I have two defective tv s in my house that s still under warranty manufacture warranty and I m getting the run around

      I purchased a iPhone protection plan from Squaretrade on 12 July 2021. On 23 July 2021 my phone was damaged by water and I filed a claim with squaretrade to fix or replace the phone since this type of damage was covered by the protection plan. It was agreed that I would send the phone into their repair center to be fixed or replaced. On 28 July the package tracking information confirmed that the repair center received the phone and squaretrade also confirmed the same. On 29, 30, and 31 July squaretrade customer service was contacted to request updates on the phones status. Initially, I was told the phone would be replaced the same day and sent back. Each time customer service was contacted I was told I would have a resolution later that day but that never happened. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get a resolution on this issue but to no avail. I have received no payment for the phone, no resolution, and have not received the original phone back.

      Warranty on television trying to get refund back. It died on Christmas eve and claim they sent Wal mart gift card on 28th as of today 1/13/2022 nothing. Tired of call 1 -877-warranty to hear so sorry have you checked your email , junk mail etc..

      i had a home policy and auto policy with allstate last year in 2021. i keep calling asking them to send me copies of the policies but they have not done so. can the bbb have allstate upload complete copies of all my policies pages for both auto and home insurance so that i may have copies.

      I have been trying to get a replacement vacuum sent to me. The one I have broke and I purchased a warranty on it that covers mechanical failures. Well, my machine failed and Squaretrade is refusing to assist me in getting a new vacuum. I've tried to contact them several times and they say they have to transfer me to someone else or they can't help because the site is undergoing maintenance. There is no number to call and I'm just being given the run-around. They took my money for a warranty but they are making it impossible to use the warranty. They need to be investigated for fraud.

      I purchased the warranty program and pay monthly for it. I filed a case on July 12, 2022. The phone was dropped at ***** for overnight shipping on July 12, 2022. I received an email that the phone was received on July 14. I have not been able to get in touch with the business. It has been 6 days and I haven't received notification that the phone has been replaced and/or shipped back to me. I need my phone for work and need one ASAP

      This report references BBB number ********, which is still open. Here is their "resolution within 48 hours" to me and (first) my response. It is the fourth time I have had to type in the same thing........................................................................................................................This is not a resolution. You promised the BBB a resolution. I bought a warranty for three years and I expect it to be honored. The plan number is ***************. I was told I had to chase the manufacturer, but there was nothing about that in the agreement. I resent having to take all this extra effort to make this claim.       I am rejecting this response because: The BBB needs to know that this business has engaged in every possible way to mislead me, make it hard to pursue, and avoid meeting my request.  They pointed out a vague, non-legally actionable statement to make me think I had to chase the manufacturer because it wasn't a year yet.  And they would not replace the bad DVD with a DVD that was warranted for the rest of the three years.  They refunded my money, which is legally justifiable, but I bought the warranty expecting I would have a DVD player to play for three years.  It's been 7 months and now I have nothing.  Look at your own website.  Many people are unhappy with AllState but you keep them at an A rating because they are so good at deceit and manipulation.  I accepted the check but I want you to know what they are doing.  It's not a good company.

      I set up a payment arrangement for my all state insurance they took the money out 2 days early I switched jobs therefore *********** are different for my direct deposits I noted this to them and I was told to go into the computer and set up a date change for my auto pay which I did they then went ahead and took the money out 2 days in advance so my bank is charging me a $70 overdraft fee one for my home insurance and 1 for my car insurance when I called them to tell them about the matter The person that answered the phone laughed and said oh well it comes out close to the date close to the date doesn't make any sense to me because if I put a specific date I'm expecting for that money to be taken out on that date and they don't care that I have 5 cars and home with them
