      I have been with this insurance company (ALLSTATE) for almost one year. I requested a cancellation of my policies on 15 July 2022. I now have insurance with another provider. They have simply refused to honor my request to cancel as of the requested date and there is nothing provided to me saying that I cannot cancel at any given time. They have sent me a cancellation date of 31 July and are charging me until that date for the auto policy. I am going to pay that amount in order for it to not adversely affect my credit. However, I have shown proof that I have coverage since the 15th of July 2022, why do I have to have two policies until 31 July 2022. I have called on numerous occasions since the 15th and hasnt been provided much assistance.

      I have already submitted a complaint to Target HQ also. I purchased Apple AirPods along with accidental protection insurance. Well, an accident has happened to me, and you all will not pay. I was traveling to take my son to MS (which I was required to do by the State behind capitalism, private therapists, & another over worked system, mental/healthcare) and I discovered that I did not have them right before I was getting ready to leave for the airport. When checking the Find My app it said that they were at my mom's house, but when my son went to search for them, he couldn't find them. I have waited long enough and when I went to file a claim, I discovered that Lost/Stolen is not an option. Do those not fall under the category of accidental?? If not, why? Let me tell you what Apple said, "honestly you would be better off buying another pair". I am not going to pay $250 on top of my remaining balance. Regardless of bylaws and policies, consumers like me do NOT have ANY extra money right now. The corrupt or rusted systems have ****** me up so bad I have PTSD out of this world. Politics and business are hand in hand whether anyone likes it or not, but I am not going to stress myself to help others maintain their lifestyles or prove their point/agenda. Even if you all do not do anything, the **** needs to know what corporations are doing to consumers.

      I signed up for Allstate insurance online. I was given a quote for Milewise Policy. My quote stated very specially that I would pay per mile on 1 of the 3 vehicles I was insuring, and the other 2 vehicles would be unlimited milage. I was on the phone with an agent while placing this policy online. They should have that phone recorded of our conversation. The agent on the phone could not honor the online rate, so I choose to pay online. I took a screen shot of the quote so I could show the agent on the phone, but she didn't want it. So I have a screen shot of the quote I was given. Then my policy goes into effect and Magically they are charging unto $0.10 per mile on BOTH other cars. I call them and they tell me that no change has taken place and that is just want the policy is for an that they will not honor my quote of what I was told I would pay. How can they quote me one thing and then charge me something else. I have escalated this to the top with no assistance. They should have to honor what they quoted me.

      I am rejecting this response because: the company basically called me and said we cannot  give you the price of the quote then offered me a new price that is literally 500% higher then what I agreed to pay when I signed up. I shared the screen shots witb the company that shows what I was quoted and was was due that day to get that price and I paid what was due that day to get that price and then they changed my price without telling me and are saying they have no idea why the price changed and they are refusing to honor the price they told me. This is bait and switch and it is illegal.. they need to make it right and they are not offering anything to make it right.

      Allstate has the worst customer service by far. I have constantly reached out to Allstate regarding my roadside membership (*********). On May 31 2022 Allstate drafted more then my premium from my account. On June 5th I spoke to a representative in their loyalty department who lowered my premium and submitted a request to have the overpayment refunded. I still haven't received that refund. On July 19th I called to cancel my membership and a representative by the name ****** offered 40% off plan bringing my premium down to $8.45. I agreed to continue membership. I authorized a draft of $8.45 only not $11.50 that was drafted on July 20th 2022. I want answers.

      I purchased insurance for Allstate through the ***** App an unbeknownst to me, my policy was canceled and I was unaware. I did not authorize policy being canceled nor was not given any notification of such actions. I called because I was in an accident going to get medicine for my wife and myself as we both have COVID. The rep ******** me at that point that I did not have coverage and I hadnt been covered since May. As this is now JULY, I was upset as I was, I was advised of paying my balance and it would be reinstated. I am currently now in limbo as I do not know what is happening with Allstate. As a whole, this is literally a racket what you and your peers do to consumers. Don't want to cover, pay out, or outsource your customer help all in the name of capitalism. I am a veteran on a fixed income and the lack of communication is ridiculous and just uncalled for.

      I am rejecting this response because: Per the conversation that was had on 7/19/2022, I was deceived into making a payment to reinstatement my insurance which I come to find out was not the case. I was the called on 7/22/2022 and spoke with ********************* and was advised my coverage was denied because I did not provide previous insurance documents and not because of payment. So now I am STILL without insurance, without the $326.** dollars as I was misled and additional $307.00 as I have to still get insurance for my remaining vehicle. Furthermore, the attitude of ********************* when speaking on the phone was very unacceptable as he was rude and was unable to provide any feedback on next steps outside of NO!!!!! I am a veteran, was just in a accident, Allstate just does not give a **** about anyone or their customers. I feel defeated and disheartened that this is how how Allstate treats their customers.

      Weather damage to home roof. Water leak in the house due to roof damage, shingles missing. Contractor said roof needs to be replaced. Allstate rep. said the roof did not need to be replaced. No one inspected the attic where roof leaked. I was informed by adjuster for roof replacement it is a fight. This is not right. I paid for 20 plus years and last claim on rent house roof damage was denied and there was a 4 foot section i had to replace at my expense. same situation at **** ********************* in ******* **. Adjuster said roof not damaged enough. I need assistance to get my roof replaced

      I had an auto policy with Allstate which i canceled in January 2022 when I switched to a different insurance provider offered by my finance company. When I canceled my policy, I was not advised that I had a remaining balance and the last communication I have is from Jan 31 which is a cancellation confirmation email. In early July, I found out that an amount for $441 was placed with Allstate's collection agency...and I found out because it appeared on my credit report. I never received any notice of an outstanding ****. I have another active policy with Allstate and was never notified that I had a remaining balance on an old policy. When I called to investigate what this was, I initially disputed the **** because I was completely unaware of a balance and have never had an unpaid **** or collection in my life. Once I was transferred from the collection agency to Allstate and finally got to someone helpful, she said it looked like when I cancelled my policy, it automatically was changed from auto pay to direct **** without my knowledge and there was indeed a balance. I didn't question how I had a balance when my new insurance policy at the new company started on Jan 1 and my Allstate policy should have canceled on 12/31, but I paid the $441 immediately without question because the collection appearing on my credit bureau is impacting my ability to close on a mortgage. The Allstate rep who took my payment was very understanding and said she would immediately notify the collection agency to remove the record completely from their files and my credit report. It has been two weeks now, and the item is still on all of my credit reports and despite daily phone calls, I have no resolution. I am a loyal Allstate customer and this treatment is beyond disheartening and will now cause my family to fall through on a mortgage because I cannot qualify with a collecotin on my record.

      In early July an Allstate insured driver backed into my Hybrid car. Allstate took care of the repairs, they only would use a used door on a car with 18k miles and less than a year old. I went ahead and accepted the used door I would have preferred a new door. The repairs were completed at ******************* in **********, and the job is fine.They authorized a paid rental, where I paid for it and they would reimburse, took 3 phone calls to get my money.The real issue is I drive 200 miles a day for my job and my hybrid averaged over 43 mpg. The rental only got **** mpg. Allstate had sent a letter that they would consider reimbursement for the extra fuel. Again after 3 phone calls they informed me today NO for the fuel. It was not my fault that their insured backed into my car and I saw it happen and I yelled at him to stop but no success.Please see included letter with all details sent to Allstate.I feel I am entitled for the additional fuel cost that incurred Thank you ***************** *****************
