      I saved a thousand by switching from Allstate scam artists that don't cover anything. I wish I could convince more people to leave this company and watch them crumble.

      0.0 Allstate SUCKS!!! My Mom's Claim was denied. Are there no limits to CORPORATE GREED? My mom, who is 97 years old, had an emergency on Monday 3/10/25. The gas company came to her house, unannounced and shut off the gas because they detected a leak. The gas company informed my mom that there was a great risk of fire, or an explosion and she was also told to evacuate the premises because it was unsafe. Keep in mind that NJ is still in the middle of winter. HEAT is essential, especially for the elderly. The gas company told us they would only turn the gas back on once the necessary repairs were made and told us to provide proof of the repairs. Thankfully, we found a contractor and they repaired the leak the next day which is when I submitted the claim. As mentioned before my mom is 97 years old and has been a loyal customer of ********************** for ** years. During this time, she has never submitted a claim and has paid Allstate over $50,000 in premiums. Apparently, Allstate's policy is to deny, deny, deny and **** up as much money as it can and never pay out any legitimate claims. What if the leak was not detected and repaired, and there was a fire or explosion? Allstate would be paying out 100's of thousands of dollars. In a sense, the repair saved Allstate thousands of dollars. In fact, there is precedent. In certain scenarios, such as if the gas leak is severe enough to cause an explosion. Explosions are a covered peril under standard homeowners' policies. But no, CORPORATE GREED shows no limits. We will drop Allstate as our insurer. (what's the use of paying premiums, when legitimate claims are denied?). I will notify all friends and family about the issue and through posts on ********, X, etc. I hope you all do the same. If you have Allstate as your insurer, don't expect that in time of need, that they will pay you for a legitimate claim. All they care about is taking your money. The GOOD HANDS PEOPLE are REALLY the GREEDY HANDS PEOPLE. Stay away from ALLSTATE. ****

      I've had dealings with this branch for 3 years now and overtime they have significantly raised my rates without cause. They also stole money from my checking account to cover my sons policy in which he had canceled 6 months prior and had got new car insurance. Now they have refused to return my calls, emails and have not refunded my money even though I gave them all the necessary paperwork they asked for to prove what I'm saying. I called yesterday and the worker said the manager **** was on a little break he never returned the call as usual. They owe me about ****** for fraudulent activity on my checking account.

      They failed to cancel my policy on the day I requested it to be canceled and when I called to cancel 3 days after that date the want me to pay $72. DO NOT GET ALLSTATE EVER.

      Beware of The ***** Insurance Agency with Allstate Insurance. On 3/10/25 I received a soliciting letter in the mail with a picture of my house and a picture of myself in the front yard. They printed on this letter to cover themselves "Dwelling Image and information are provided using public records. We have not visited your property." I have never known for public records to have pictures of homes with a family member standing in the front yard. I am appalled for receiving this letter. You would think that this company could have got the picture of my home from ****** Maps. This is invading my privacy, and I will never do business with Allstate.

      Worst experience. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. Had a flood in my basement where my floor (carpet) was wet for over 5 days. They cut out parts of my padding and then want to piecemeal it back and stretch the old carpet back over it. They tell me I either accept the quote or they cash me out at the rate that does not cover anything but the piecemeal padding and old carpet pulled back over it. I am so frustrated that my dwelling will not be back to normal it will be sub par and I will have to replace all the carpet and padding on my own dime.

      Allstate is the worst I've dealt with. I was with Allstate almost 10 years, and never had a claim or ticket. When I needed help, they refused. When I updated my new card, I missed the part of autopay updating. They threatened to cancel my policy after 7 days late. Even though I paid the amount.

      I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with the Allstate agency **** *****, specifically with agent Shkoda *******. In July 2024, I requested a quote only and clearly stated that I would discuss it with my partner before making any decisions. However, without my authorization, a policy was set up in my name. I knew immediately that I had never agreed to this policy because it was not even under the correct name or policy structure that I would have chosen. Yet, in October 2024, I received a billing request for $450, which made no sense. When I emailed the agency stating that I did not have a policy with them, my emails were ignored. I then contacted the agent directly, and she assured me she would call back but never ****** March 2025, after months of no response or resolution, I escalated my complaint to Allstate headquarters and provided proof that my property was already insured elsewhere. Despite this, Allstate still sided with the local agent, completely disregarding the fact that the policy was set up without my authorization and contained incorrect information. This experience has proven to me that Allstate enables fraudulent practices by allowing policies to be bound without a signature or proper consent. This is completely unacceptable and deceptive. If you're considering this agency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid being caught in a similar fraudulent situation.
