      I can believe its been 2 1/2 months and they still haven't said nothing about my car.

      Not only did they never cover my house insurance, they billed me for not covering my house insurance. I disputed and they told me if I didn't pay it would get sent to collections. I called my mortgage company (my insurance is rolled into my mortgage) and they never heard from Allstate about my house insurance either. Fast forward one year and I just got something in the mail stating they were doing a credit check for my underage daughter. We do not use Allstate and haven't, and when I called to dispute they insisted I didn't need to worry because it was just a credit check....that she never applied for. When I explained it was a fraudulent application, they said since there isn't a policy, I shouldn't worry and refused to investigate further.

      ************************* of ********, ** associated with this scam outfit use ***** (or **********?) based criminals to call potential victims in violation of CAN SPAM Act of 2003. Would you want to do business with this outfit? I don't.

      I had Allstate insurance on my home and vehicles for 12 years. My roof had gone through many wind, storms, and hail damage. When it came time for Allstate to have to pay up to replace my roof, they said I did not have enough damage. The thing is that replaced my neighbors roof who lives right next-door. Allstate insurance company is the biggest rip off that I have ever dealt with.

      Insurance agent is rude!!! I asked why my policy jumped up drastically and he gave me some nonchalant answer saying it jumps up after two years!! *** I haven't had the policy for a year!! Then he tells me well maybe I explained it or maybe I didn't!! I asked for the number he said to look it yourself! So rude I wish I never did business with them what a rip off!!

      I am beyond thrilled with the treatment that I received from Allstate Insurance Company. And I am embarrassed that they had to cover a claim for our ****** Tacoma truck that was badly damaged in a terrible ice storm that hit our area, because I had only recently purchased coverage from them. And on top of that they gave us a great rate on the premiums and though I wanted to save more on our premium and had asked for a larger deductible that I would have had to pay, if I had a claim. The professional sales person had convinced me take the lower deductible as the savings would have been minimal. I am and older man and like to self-insure where I can. To make a long story short, Allstate immediately took charge of the claim and could not have handled it any better. I considered the damage rather extensive and knew it would take some time for the repairs and it took nearly a month. But Allstate stayed with me and the auto repair facility that they let me select, and when finished we picked up the truck which looked absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough nice things about Allstate and repair facility and wanted to let them know that they are true professionals.

      Honestly, Allstate, the whole "You're in good hands" rhetoric you spew is such a joke. Apparently $60 of a missed payment is close to apocalyptic and was enough turmoil on their company for them to cancel my policy and refuse reinstatement. Things happen; people miss payments... but they treated me like the bubonic plague, and instead of being transparent that they were ending services altogether, they referred me over to someone who would "give me options.". Which was someone with just 1 option, which was just another referral to an ironically affiliated company called Direct Auto. They kicked me out as if I was this problem child that owes hundreds of dollars and has had multiple reinstatements. I haven't had a single claim. I have basic liability. I have made most payments on time, and I follow up with the app they provide. I had just made a payment just 2 weeks prior to them dismissing me, and at that time they allowed me to sign up for their Drivewise program. Why would they allow me to participate in a loyalty reward program just to kick their clients out for 1 missed payment of $60? You would think there would be more to this...but there isn't. Americans have been struggling just to put food on the table, and Allstate is a money-hungry company that gives no mercy. Canceling and forsaking a client over $60 that I was more than willing to pay, but I was refused reinstatement and all services.

      Recently I was hit in a company car by somebody who held Allstate insurance. This woman hit me veered out of her Lane and hit me and admitted it and they filed a claim against my personal car insurance which has nothing to do with the company I had worked for. I have no idea how this was allowed to happen but this is going to be the most unscrupulous unprofessional not to mention stupid behavior I have ever seen from professionals who make way more money than I do.

      Allstate is AWFUL!! We have had them for 15 years and never had a claim!! Now, when we needed them, they have given us the run around for 5 months. We legitimately had a tree fall on our house in ****** and took off our front porch. The damage is terrible and all they do is low ball us. They expect us just to patch our damage and not fix things adequately. I recommend everyone stay away from this joke of an insurance company. If you have them now, get out before you would need them!! thank you for the tarps Allstate and for the buckets we still have inside our house when it rains!!!
