Our pristine Corvette was stolen and then later found abandoned. It was obvious they were racing it on dirt road as there were dings in the rims and around wheels. Electronics were damaged. Some of the parts in the engine were damages. State farm gave us ******* for paint and said that is all they will pay because they don't know if the damage was done by the thief or was already there. They could use that excuse for anything. We are now left with thousands of dollars we have to shell out to fix this car.

Allstate claim adjuster lied, my a false statement on my accident report causing my insurance to skyrocket. My local Allstate agent *** **** or Allstate claims department wouldnt, didnt help at all. Its very convenient for them to lie on your claim. You being at fault only line their pockets. Be careful as a customer, ********************** doesnt care about their customers

Allstate, National General- Direct Auto are both in bed together. They are sticking it to the customers by constantly lying about their products and making promises they never keep. The Total Protection plan is an example of selling a product falsely. The initial insurance sales person told me this plan covers mechanical issues, " Yes your motor, your transmission anything mechanical. " Now Direct Auto ******** says there is no Total protection plan and I don't have the plan. This insurance company Direct Auto is bad news. Having an accident will not clear you to be taken care of. Even of you are injured you will get in line and wait for years for paperwork to be complete. The emails are bogus, customer service will tell you to hold hold I'm transferring you to that department and then tell the customer that department does not exist. **************** should be renamed as customer disservice. It is shameful when we want America to be great when the exact people killing greatness are the people in the corporations. Why would any company allow lies and liars to run an office or answer the phone or sell a product? MAKING the money is all it is about. Not the people. Do you suggest to your insurers say anything to make the money? If you are shame on you. Shame on where ever you came from. Pure ******** us not just me and my car towing and mechanical issues it is everyone whomever have come to you believing in your product. You've let too many people down. The universe sees this and it will come back to haunt you. National General- Direct Auto and Allstate. These names are by words. Bye words. Bye. You all have hurt too many people. You can change your name as well but people will smell you coming with your propaganda and run away from you. Insurance is serious. If we lost something we want it replaced and you to do what you say. In a state of shock hurt confusion pain no one needs to be abused. I'm waiting on a case with a claim since Feb '24 they hit they sped off.

This past week I was doing some comparison shopping on insurance as my current policy with a different company was up for renewal. I went on the Allstate website and reached out to a customer service agent. I needed a bundle which included homeowners, auto, landlord, and an umbrella policy. It took almost an hour and a half to go through the details. After I was emailed the quotes with the costs and what I qualified for I was contacted by the agent the next day and started a policy that would start next week. I gave my credit card information and at the last moment, I was told the personal umbrella policy would have to be approved by a licensed agent which was just a formality as it was already quoted in the system. I was put in touch with another agent who said I was not qualified for an umbrella policy. I then told the agent that I wanted to cancel everything because I needed the umbrella policy. I had to reach out to Allstate **************** to try to cancel and have my credit card refunded. I was then informed the policy could now only be canceled until after the effective date that I agreed to and my refund would not come back for at least 7 to 10 days after cancellation. I told them that it made no sense as the policy wasn't even effective yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor, only to tell me the same thing. They said they would make a note to cancel on the day of giving me no guarantees either in writing or in a text. I was then told I would have to call a different number to make arrangements to cancel the auto policy. Because they would not give me any acknowledgement in an email or text. I started a chat where I was transferred back-and-forth and all were consistent, nothing was gonna be canceled until the policy started. There was no guarantee either my current insurance company wasn't going to be contacted by Allstate to cancel the policies I am now going to stay with. This turned into a nightmare simply for inquiring about getting a cheaper policy.

Filed a claim over a month ago. I was told originally an inspector was coming out. Never did. Called back and they said they don't do that? Weird but okay. Was told Id get a call within 48hrs almost a week went by and nothing. Luckily I was able to clean up the water flood myself. I'm a single mother doing dishes in my bathtub and running a washer hose out my back door. Thankfully I can do that. They do not care about you. Why does it take a month w still no help?! This is ridiculous. Rates go up and the care goes down. They've done nothing. I've done everything I've been told with turning in all photos and dealing with phone calls. They do not help. They're not there for you. You're in good hands no you're not. After this I will be changes companies. This is crazy and outrageous. Poor customer service. I'm paying you for what exactly? Oh to s**** me over. Got it.

I needed fuel assistance from Allstate ****************** Back in November 24 in **. Called for assistance, Representative did understand English. Had to give credit card for fuel, 12 dollars. Waited over 2 hours, never delivered fuel, called to get money back, they said they would refund fuel fee, did not refund money. Called several times, kept saying 2 to 3 weeks for refund. After 2 months finally turned it over to B of A fraud dept. These people were terrible to deal with. Lied over and over, kept saying fuel was on its way. Had to walk to gas station and buy can and fuel. Cancelled membership. Had bad experience with Allstate auto insurance, but this was a nightmare. Only 12 bucks but the experience awful. Be warned.

I have been a homeowner since ************* ********* ** and now in ******************* **. The rates here in ******* are higher my coverage ever was in ********** through State Farm. Homeowners insurance with Allstate has been a joke especially for what I was paying. I canceled my coverage after Hurricane ****** and choose to self insure at a lower rate that will still cover me.

I have Been using Allstate for over 10 years insuring 2 properties in Macon Ga, I recently sold the property and forgot to stop auto-pay after the property were no longer in my name. Upon realizing that payment was being deducted from my account, I called to cancel the auto pay and request to have the 3 monthly payments taken from my account, I was told that they won't issue my refund. 3 payments were taken after the property was sold. IS THAT LEGAL for the company to refuse me a refund?

My husband and I were customers of ********************** for 7 years. We had home owners insurance and auto insurance on both of our vehicles. In November 2024 I called to cancel auto because we found something $200 cheaper and the woman I spoke to tried to bully me for example; do you have this on your new policy? You have to have this on your policy is it on there? Are you sure this new policy is cheaper with everything you need on it? I finally made a comment towards the owner having a bad *** with the law and the woman became pissy (don't bully me and I wouldn't have a need to make snide remarks). This is now January 16th and we just received a collections notice because Allstate is charging us a $29 cancellation fee but never sent us a bill for such. We also received a letter from our new company which made it appear that Allstate somehow reached out to them out of bitterness.
