He says he's here to take pictures of the property and that he was from Allstate. I said nobody had informed me about it. I told him to leave and that they should make an appointment if that's what they need to do. After he leaves, I call the company which is sent to a third party. I told them the situation and with this day and age, it's never safe for strangers to come unannounced to properties, especially in the middle of nowhere. They said that COVID had backed up Allstate taking pictures every 5 years but they would call before coming out. I said great because I have no problem with Allstate coming to take pictures as long as I know who is coming. Here it is, a week before Christmas 2024, and I get a letter in the mail that Allstate is canceling my homeowners insurance due to refusal and the policy ends in one month. Well, Merry Christmas to me. I called Allstate and they said there was nothing they could do. I called **** the day after and saved $800 per year and got way more for my money. Apparently, I am in "good hands with USAA" and not Allstate.

      HORRIABLE. THEY DROPPED OUR HOUSE INSURNACE WITH CONTACT. ONE MISSED PHONE CALL AND CANCELED THE NEXT DAY. NO EMAIL OR LETTER RECIEVED.

      I recently experienced a significant disappointment with Allstate Insurance regarding a auto claim I filed. As a long-time customer, I had always trusted their reputation for service and reliability, but my recent experience has left me questioning that completely. I would give them zero starts if It would let me.

      I have had Allstate for all insurance for 2 years with no claims. As I was nearing renewal, they sent me a homeowners policy increase of 125% with no explanation, no discussion. The local agent offered no support or rationale. This is unfair practice far beyond the approved increases established with the *****. We will not return to Allstate.

      Currently received my renewal policy it is $500 more than last year. Last year the increase was $300. Making that a total of $800. After looking into the policy and talking with the agent I have been overcharged because I am not on the correct policy for the home I live. I don't expect to have to take a course in insurance to do the job of the agents for Allstate to assign correct policies for homes. Essentially I should have been billed for a condominium not a town home including the roof and outer structure.

      Allstate has sales representatives call potential customers with absolutely misleading information. For Example, ******, in ****** called me and wanted to UPDATE my policy. She never disclosed that she was with a company other that the one I was with. This left me with the impression that she was with my current insurer. Extremely misleading. Also although I kept telling her that I needed to end the call she kept pressuring me to make the payment, NOW. Used pressure tactics. I tried to file a complaint with ******, at ******** ***** Insurance, ****** (claimed he listened to a complete half hour call, in less than 3 minutes) returned to the phone and announced that ****** did nothing wrong, that it was my fault. Please investigate this companies sales activities as fraudulent and misleading.

      My car gets scraped by a truck with spikes and then my car is in the shop for almost a whole month because their adjusters and insurance people are taking their time with EVERYTHING. I am a college student and i NEED to work. they claim to have reached out to me and my family about the cars and even sent letters but none of my family members received anything from them. extremely unorganized and extremely SLOW. currently waiting for another car to be looked over that was placed in the shop TWO WEEKS AGO just for a hit animal. Its absurd how long they take and how all of their workers seem to be not doing anything at all or giving you up to another person that does NOTHING AT ALL. I am extremely disappointed in this company since my family has been with them for so long. I wish I could give zero stars but I cannot.

      Stars should not be required. I was insured with Allstate through ***** ******** in ************** **. I canceled the policy in December because I was tired of begging for bills, my policy and cards to be mailed rather than emailed. I was tired of no one answering phones or calling back. Yesterday, 1/6 I discovered Mr. ******** had stolen $800.+ from my checking. I went to his office to complain, called an reached out to corporate, it will be at minimum seven day investigation. Until then checks will bounce, I have limited cash flow and have wasted countless hours attempting to get my money back. I will be filing a police report tomorrow.

      ******* *******, Allstate Adjuster, refuses to answer calls, return calls and reply to email correspondences. Its now been nine months since an Allstate customer had driven into my vehicle and she's done nothing. Initially stated that I was not at fault, after that, received mail which stated I was at fault. I was able to reach another adjuster because apparently she was out of the office, and they stated that I was not at fault. Finally get ******* on the phone by claiming that I was a customer and again tells me that I am at fault. I've subpoenaed her, along with the Allstate driver responsible for the damage to my vehicle and will also be filing for negligence and unethical business practices. I have indisputably evidence to support my claim including a police report and CCTV footage from a resident located adjacent from where the accident occurred. If ******* ******* and the Allstate customer would have been honest and forthcoming from the start, all of this could have been avoided. That's called Karma, my friends.
