      Do not go with this company. They are sketchy. They gave me a quote for car insurance and I paid it on the same day. The money came out of my account on the same day. Then a few days went by and they randomly refunded it to me, then called me a few moments later to tell me that I still hadn't paid them. So we resolved it over the phone and they took the money out a second time. They had my money in their possession for 9 days on the second time before randomly refunding it to me and notifying me that they cancelled my coverage because I hadn't paid ******* I was just driving around with no coverage, and no idea... They didn't give me proper notice until today, nearly 21 days later. I would never trust this company again. I have other forms of insurance through them, it's time for a change. They need to go away. They cannot be trusted with any amount of money, or to even know where there money is coming from. They **** at bringing in money, so you know they **** at coverage, because that's how the system works. If this is how they mishandle things they won't be able to cover claims eventually and will come up with more and more reasons to blame it on the customers that they do have left.-***** ****

      Horrible company to deal with. I was not at fault in accident. A complete pain to deal with and its been a month and no one is working on my claim.

      I moved and needed help updating my auto policy. Allstate suggested I do this via Chat session. All they said was cannot help you. you should cancel your policy. And why are you still here and then they ended the chat on me.

      After going through h*** in a Category 2 hurricane I'm being told that the mold coming from my vents due to my wet insulation in not an uninhabitable problem and not coming from the source of the damage, nobody knows what's going on and I can't get straight answers for anything and that I just have to wait for things to get fixed with small children and animals.

      Was told once I submitted my receipt for rental they would reimburse me immediately. Its now been 5 days and my case manager is no where to found. $700 dollars is 700 dollars. Your party is responsible for the accident not mine, now I need my money back like I was told.

      HORRIFIC customer service and overall experience with Allstate. I was a LOYAL customer for 7 years when I decided to switch. They made it EXTREMELY difficult to terminate my policies. They even deducted my fees even AFTER I cancelled. I am now out $900 and have to wait who knows how long to be refunded. They are garbage and cant be trusted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY FOR AUTO INSURANCE!!!! My auto insurance increased without ANY explanation or formal notice! When I called to ask why the ******** barely spoke English and said it was due to my partner having his drivers license for 16 years?!?! *** kind of reason is this to increase our policy almost $100 more a month for having his licenses for a long period of time!! When I mentioned shopping around for other quotes, instead of trying to keep us as clients, the CS agent said okay just call when you want to cancel like WHAT?! Allstate, you must not care about your clients. Nonetheless I will be looking elsewhere for auto insurance and canceling my policy.

      Sherry Harris of Allstate has let underwriting cancel my policy of 17 years for NO reason .
      Nothing has changed on my end. Now I have no insurance.
      After Sherry was notified, she didn’t respond for a week . I would not recommend Allstate or especially Sherry Harris as an agent .
      She has been a nonexistent, incompetent agent that has done nothing to help this situation. Don’t insure with Sherry.

      Today my husband received a letter in the mail saying he owes them for ********. And he sold the truck in 2023. Now the guy who bought the truck had accidents. The Representative We spoke with was very very disrespectful and would not listen to us at all. He was very threatening and I was trying to speak with him respectable and he literally said he would not listen either.

      3 months of trying to get paid for a total loss claim, always passing you off to someone else. Will be switching insurance companies.
