      DIRTY HANDS I am not insured with them and so glad. It is also clear why they are not BBB accredited. I was recently hit by one of their clients, it wiped out my truck and totaled my dump trailer. My truck was repaired at $22,000.00 but my dump trailer was totaled. Allstate offered me a low ball price for my trailer which I refused. When I went to pick up my truck the company said their was a deductible due. Funny it was the same price exactly that they offered for my trailer. The repair shop said Allstate said to cash the check and to pay the deductible. LOL what trickery to get me to except a lowball payoff for my trailer. I refused to pick up the truck and cash their check. Even the repair shop said that was FULL ON *********** I sent their check back to them with some choice words. I replaced my dump trailer and gave them my price for replacement of the trailer and the loss of business. Of course I have not heard back. ALLSTATE HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY ON THE PLANET. So glad I do not have them as a carrier. I am now in search of an attorney to pursue my damages but would like others to be aware of their work practices and policies.

      They charged my $150 instead of crediting me, when I still had 18 days before it renewed and it was paid up to date.

      The Allstate Insurance I'm dealing with is not a reliable company. They treated me unfairly . They don't answer calls, they increased pricing without any reason. I never had an accident and never had a ********* no appreciation to my driving record plus the agent is rude and talking to me badly. The sane attitude by the agent to other people whom I know. I will definitely go for another company even if it costs me more. Allstate wakeup. Watch for your customers and pay more respect ****** you did a bad job. Learn how to treat your customers.

      If we could leave a negative Number for a review, we would! Allstate is absolutely atrocious. Their claims handling and agent responsiveness is horrible. Based on what we observed, we would believe the rumor that their claims department is receiving bonuses for the number of claims they ******** as far away as you can from Allstate. Additionally, our agent is one of the worst as well. He did not go to bat for us and lied to our face. We had no less than 9 adjusters handle our home claim! Just awful!

      Let me tell you a little story about Allstate where you AREN'T in good hands.
      On 4/17/2025, I was in a car accident. The other driver impacted my driver side door as I was trying to make a left turn onto a nearby cross street. We exchanged information, he said to not involve the police and I trusted him (I know, stupid).
      The entire claim handling from then on out became the most stressful and horrible experience I hope no one else has to deal with at Allstate and why I'm saying anything. But judging from these reviews, turns out I'm not alone!
      - My accident occurred on 4/17/2025.
      - I was found at fault on 4/30/2025.
      - I was told on 5/6/2025 that my car might be a total loss. This was confirmed on 5/8/2025.
      - I tried to reach out to figure out what to do next, but she said someone would reach out to me. They never did.
      - I was told on 5/9/2025 that I wasn't at fault anymore so didn't go to get information.
      - I was told that was wrong on 5/14/2025 which was a week later than planned and later than I would have liked but had to work around someone else's schedule due to, you know, no longer having a vehicle.
      - I talked to the businesses then and again on 5/19/2025. Police found unusable footage at one, but another said they would check and see.
      - When they reached out on 5/21/2025, they told me I was literally just FOUR DAYS too late to get surveillance footage that might have helped me contest the decision as they only keep it for 30 days.
      I will never again recommend Allstate to anyone that I know after how I was misinformed repeatedly, spoken down to, or just unable to get in contact with anyone I was told would "be available at any time." When the other driver's insurance was more helpful, communicative, and kinder to me than my own, something is very wrong.
      So, no, Allstate I was not in good hands. The hands provided to me instead crumpled me up and discarded me like trash they didn't want to look at anymore.

      I'm not in "Good Hands" with Allstate. I'm an Allstate motorcycle insurance policy holder. I called Allstate today for towing on my motorcycle. It took 12 calls and 4 hours before they dispatched a tow. I was told by Roadside I didn't have coverage. I was then transferred to Allstate customer service who stated I did have service. I was then transferred back to Road Side assistance who state again I do not have coverage. This back and forth happened 6 times in 4 hours while being stranded. After determining I have coverage, a tow was finally dispatched for an automobile and not a motorcycle. So, the towing service canceled my request and called Allstate to dispatched another tow for a motorcycles. Instead of dispatching, Allstate canceled my request. It's been a colossal of errors and mistakes with Allstate for a simple tow request. There's no sense of urgency, empathy or customer service with **********************. Not to mention it will take me 90 days to get reimbursement for my tow coverage. If you like a company with butterfingers. Someone who tends to drop things; (more generally) someone who is clumsy or uncoordinated; a klutz, then you are in "Good Hands" with Allstate. I will being canceling my policy with Nostate, I mean Allstate!

      Back in march of two thousand twenty five I called Allstate for a quote. They quoted me for 3 vehicles for $367 and change. And then the gentleman ask me if I owned a home and I said, yes, and I told them what kind of coverage I had. And and how much a year progressive charge me which I'm happy with and I said, well, can you give me a quote? You know, and then I said, no, don't give me a quote because I they, I still have them until, uh, June of 2025. I said, I'll let you guys know. A month before my policy ends and see what I want to do, and I'll call you for a quote. Well, I found out that I had 2 uh, yeah. 2 businesses, progressive and all state for my mortgage. You know, homeowners insurance which I never gave them the right to do so. And they charged **** uh, planet, home lending fourteen hundred and ninety dollars or and some change for insurance on my home for the year. I called them after I received a letter from my mortgage company and I told them that I didn't give you authorization to do this with my mortgage. And they apologized, and they sent a check back to my mortgage lender. Of course, I stay with progressive with my mortgage, and then uh I received my next month's bill for may and uh, my insurance for my cars went up by a hundred dollars 24 hundred and sixty seven dollars a month. I called Allstate and ***** somebody out of uh, *********, or or wherever he's from and he told me because I ***** I took back the coverage, my homeowners, that's why they're charged me a hundred dollars extra. I would not trust Allstate for nothing. Do not go with this company. They're liars, and they will do anything to make a **** without your consent.***** ******

      Had a claim in 2023 when on the interstate and a semi-truck was found a fault after side-swiping me in a construction zone. It took 2+ years, and I finally decided to drop the claim after they couldn't reach the insurance company of the other driver who stopped in the middle of a construction zone to check on me even though he was found at fault by state police.

      Horrible. Combative and rude was the agent I spoke with at the corporate office. Said her name is *****. She is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have talked with.
