      Horrible. Combative and rude was the agent I spoke with at the corporate office. Said her name is *****. She is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have talked with.

      We recently learned that an Allstate employee, didn't match ID# DOB or Full Name with a police report for a claim, they just tide my husband's name to a claim we had no part in. The only common factor was the at fault driver and my husband had the same first and last name. We have since been unable to secure affordable car insurance elsewhere due to this. I called and was transferred 7 times. Asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told they can't help me. I asked for Allstate to reinstate our previous policy with them until the matter was resolved and they refused that as well. So not only do we have to pay an astronomical amount for a policy elsewhere, we have to exhaust ourselves to dispute a claim against my husband, because him and someone else simply share the same first and last name. 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

      Had their policy for auto insurance for less than 12 hours. Was horribly overpriced to extreme so I cancelled and got a partial refund. What a wonderful company.

      Always refused your ****** without any solid and also d show-not show any reason for refused, just said your insurance not covered without going to observation.

      Allstate is a horrible company. They sold the fixed life insurance annuity that my late husband left me to a company by the name of Wilton RE that I have to constantly battle to get my payments. They do not care about their customers. Stay away from ********************** and Wilton RE!

      "You're in good hands with Allstate" until they slap you in the face! I was a loyal customer with no claims with homeowners ********************** for over a dozen years. That policy included all personal property. There was an exemption in the policy, on page whatever of 23 pages of legalese mumbo jumbo that vaguely exempted covering an electric bike, stolen from my garage. Do not fall for the ads! Remember...you're in good hands with Allstate until they slap you in the face!

      Allstate works extra hard to get customers onboard and within a few months prices change and you can never get a real agent on the phone to assist with issues. They should not be allowed to continue selling any type of insurance and change it with months without the customer every being notified. Do yourself a favor and find some decent reliable insurance outside this company. Horrible experience.

      My experience with Allstate was frustrating and disappointing. I worked with ***** ******, the claims adjuster communication was poor and I had to constantly chase updates. They referred me to one of their preferred body shops, which ended up damaging another part of my car. The shop admitted fault and paid the $8,000 repair bill, but Allstate took no responsibility, even though they recommended the ******* make things worse, they didn't fully cover my rental car due to miscommunication between their departments and I was left paying out-of-pocket. Between the lack of support, disorganization, and unfair handling, I strongly recommend staying away from Allstate.

      I have a renter policy. When I filed a claim to get shelter after my heat went out my insurance company delayed, discriminated and denied my claim. Asked for a supervisor who admitted that she had a friendship with the employee I complained about she delayed telling me her boss ****** ****** was out of town. The supervisor lied and said that ****** couldn't he reached but then admitted she spoke to him by mistake. ****** delayed for one week saying he was researching. Upon asking for his supervisor he told me that he passed the information on to him but that person never called me. ****** promised to call me on a Monday and then called me on a Tuesday. He also stated he was the point or contact and his leader superiors name couldn't be given. I sat for weeks in a freezing house with no hot water. These clever adjusters manipulated the language in the policy to NOT provide me shelter of any kind. The other two adjustors who didn't even know their own license number in **** are as follows. ****** ******** -- G126319 ***** ****** -- W910433. I need to speak with someone above unprofessional agents who act this way because the leadership doesn't even have a license.
