      Agents are friendly, but incompetent. I submitted all of the required *** documents TWO MONTHS before the policy renewed. Submitted again ONE MONTH at the agency's request before the policy renewed and was told everything was fine. Payment was processed with no issues. A month later Allstate charges me $215 saying that I did not submit my PIP documents. ***** **** Agency confirmed that I submitted the documents on time, but did not make it right. Allstate reimbursed me $187. The agents told me they would look into it and confirmed I had done everything I was supposed to. Haven't heard from them since. This agency will not honor their mistakes. I insured 2 houses and 3 cars and they lost a customer over $28. I will NEVER recommend this agency. This is the second time this exact thing has happened to me. Last time at least they attempted to make it right by giving me $30 in Amazon Cards because they refused to issue a cash refund for their clerical error. There has to be better Allstate Agencies out there. I recommend you take the time to find one not in ***********. It's sad. I've been with this agency for years.

      Horrible experience. Had them for 13 yrs screwed me on a home claim when a tornado ripped off my roof and then again when another driver smashed my car and accepted liability. Worthless and unethical. Shame on you Allstate.

      I believe the numerous one-star reviews that Allstate has received from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) should serve as a serious warning to any potential customer - avoid this ********************** at all costs. Not only do they engage in bait-and-switch tactics, but when they create problems ( which in my case they acknowledged were caused by them) they still refuse to make things right. Given the sheer size of this insurance provider, I'm both amazed and baffled by how poorly they operate. My personal experience transitioning from their acquired brand, Esurance, to Allstate was nothing short of horrible and completely unprofessional on their part. They are more than happy to take your money, and have even withdrawn additional funds from my bank account without notice or explanation, but when you try to contact them to understand what's happening, you're met with silence or indifference. Way to go ALLSTATE...Way to bank another negative review from a customer who has moved on from your nonsense!

      First time calling into Allstate customer service and got the worst customer experience ever. Asked for help was placed on hold for 30 mins and hung up on, called back another hold this time for an hour and then hung up on, placed a call back asked for a manager and was told I was just transferred to another department. Women I spoke with said to be honest manager can do same thing I can do and we cant help. Policy was cancelled for no reason and received no notification on it. They said bank rejected payment, called bank they said Allstate tried to do three transactions for$ 0.00 and that the error was on there end nothing was rejected. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

      I have been a loyal Allstate customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. As a single mother, I rely on my insurance company for safety and security, especially in times of need. Unfortunately, Allstate has consistently found ways to avoid helping with my claims. We recently had a bad storm hit our area, and despite my policy including storm damage coverage, Allstate has been unprofessional and rude. I have spoken with numerous representatives, none of whom have been able to assist me. They continue to find ways to avoid helping, leaving me feeling vulnerable and frustrated. This was the first claim I have ever made, and despite paying them so much money over the years, I have been completely let down. I will be canceling my insurance with Allstate as soon as possible. Despite their slogan, I can assure you that you are not "in good hands" with Allstate. I will be switching to a different insurance provider that truly values and supports its customers.

      This company took my money but denied me Renters Insurance. The company has not provided me a legitimate factors for denial from the underwriting department.

      No even one star this insurance company is a fraud my car got hit by one of their customer they never ck on my car when it was on the shop I pick up the car and some some how the shop rig the alignment and now my car is a mess a lot of parts bend cause the accident that they never ck for proper fix.

      Dear Allstate Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the mishandling of my homeowners insurance policy by **** **** and his affiliated Allstate ************************* October, I switched to Allstate and was assured by Mr. Hills office that they would handle the cancellation of my previous homeowners policy. I was specifically told that a breakup letter would be sent on my behalf and that no further action was needed. I trusted this guidance and took no additional ******** March, during a conversation with my mortgage company, I discovered I had been double-insured for several months. I immediately attempted to contact Mr. **** for clarification but received no response. I then escalated the issue to Allstate's main customer service line, where I was informed that policy adjustments could only be backdated 30 days and that no further refund would be issued. Because your agency failed to carry out a basic and essential task one it explicitly took responsibility for I incurred months of unnecessary premium payments. This was not a clerical error; it was a failure in duty and accountability. I hold **** ***** agency and Allstate fully responsible for this financial loss. I am requesting a full refund for the months I was unknowingly double-covered due to your teams negligence and misrepresentation. If this issue is not resolved within 14 days, I will file formal complaints with the state Department of Insurance and consumer protection agencies. I am also prepared to seek legal counsel regarding possible claims of negligence and unjust enrichment. I trust you will address this matter promptly and professionally. Please respond in writing with a resolution or a plan to correct the situation.

      Anyone looking for homeowners insurance.. DO NOT use Allstate. My roof was damaged back in September when the remnants of hurricane ****** came through ********** after causing devastation in the ***************. A leak showed up in my dining room and quickly resulted in about half the ceiling collapsing in. I have been going back and forth with Allstate for months with a tarp on my roof and carboard taped up on my ceiling. They have changed their stance and covered a small amount of damage... but still claim that my roof is damaged enough to need full replacement due to "normal wear and tear". They sited wind and hail damage on all metal surfaces, some window wraps, screens, and a few shingles... then tried to change that estimate and say the wind/hail damage was a mistake. This should be illegal. The roof is 12 years old. I've gone as far as to file a complaint with the ******* of Insurance, but that did not result in anything... shock. I am a single parent, this is a HUGE out of pocket expense. One that my insurance should cover, my insurance that I have paid in full on time every year and never made a claim against. Allstate is great at taking your money, they sure have a world class website and many ways to pay your premium. But not so great at being there for you when you need them. Little did I know, I was NOT in great hands.

      Your in no ones hands at Allstate Insurance Company. I have not been able to get a call back from the Home Owners Insurance claims manager. Its been 12 days since I left my first voice mail. I left a total of 3 voicemails to the same manager during that time period.
