Your in no ones hands at Allstate Insurance Company. I have not been able to get a call back from the Home Owners Insurance claims manager. Its been 12 days since I left my first voice mail. I left a total of 3 voicemails to the same manager during that time period.

**** the claims processor, **** and the adjuster an overwhelming amount of evidence and my claim was denied. It was a vandalism claim. **** argued with me twice telling me my claim was not vandalism when it clearly was beyond a shadow of doubt. The last time I talked to him he argued with me for almost 30 minutes. My home was mysteriously vandalized again the same date. **** lied from the beginning to the end of the process and strung me along, lying on contractors and clearly gossiping about me to them. This caused me to lose contractors after which point I would have to find another one.

Complete crooks! Been with Allstate for 11 years-home and auto: even paid extra for roof protection. Never filed a claim until 70 mph winds ripped holes in our roof this year. After weeks of run around-refused to replace the roof. So, the $160,000 we have paid them over the last 11 years is worth absolutely nothing!

Despite their insured party being fully responsible for my accident, Allstate significantly undervalued the repair costs, forcing me to pay out-of-pocket for proper repairs. Their customer service throughout the entire claims process was equally poor unresponsive, dismissive, and clearly prioritizing their financial interests over fair customer treatment. Given the highly competitive insurance market, there is no reason to tolerate this type of customer experience. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Horrible experience @******+ damage to 2018 JL 4dr Wrangler and will not total the vehicle after being hit by a car running a stop sign. It has been over a month! I have taken car garage pictures and estimate to a dealership and they have said the same thing, would not work on it. Bent front frame +1.5, broken axels and rims, damage to oil pan and traction bar, driveshaft hit transmission and a a part with no specs is damaged! They are my own insurance, I went with them because I was worried about the other person being underinsured and he was. Never had a claim for damage, other than windshields since I had them ************************************** with false information they said a right rim had a ding, it was actually broken and I had been hit more on the left, said it wasn't on on a frame rack and it was, texts that state the vehicle will be done in a week. Allstate refused a manual measurement and demanded a frame rack measurement even after seeing the estimate for parts damaged. Ineptitude.

Here's a brutally honest review of Allstate:---Allstate is an absolute disgrace to the insurance industry. They market themselves as being in good hands, but in reality, their clients and anyone who has the misfortune of dealing with them are in the hands of liars, manipulators, and corporate fraudsters. They will drag you through over the simplest payouts, deliberately stalling, underpaying, and denying legitimate claims in a blatant attempt to avoid responsibility. I personally witnessed an Allstate lawyer lie five times about restitution orders that were on file. And, of course, they got away with it likely because they greased the judges palms. That's the kind of low-standard, backroom dealing you can expect from this company. Allstate doesn't just fail their own clients they actively make life miserable for anyone unfortunate enough to be harmed by their policyholders. They are cheap, tacky, and shamelessly unethical. If you value fairness, justice, or even just basic human decency, stay as far away from Allstate as possible. You'd be better off lighting your money on fire than trusting this trash company with your protection.

I only gave 1 star to post a comment, but they, actually, deserve a -5. My mom was in a motor vehicle accident, which was not her fault, and the other party, and their insurance, did not want to communicate w/Allstate. So Allstate decides to file a claim on moms insurance w/o letting her know, and then she receives a check for $300+ dollars to fix her car. The heck?! There was no communication with my mom as to the approach Allstate would take. They just wanted to close the case and give my mom pennies to fix the damage. The damage was more than the check. And the check came in AFTER my mom had been trying to get this resolved SEVERAL times. Allstate increased her rate, and she's been having to advocate for herself, to Allstate, again, for their assistance in rectifying the matter. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE! I REPEAT, YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!

I would give it zero stars if I could. At the end of January, I added a second car to my policy. The amount I owed got lower, and I was really excited about it. I couldn't pay my February bill on time, but had plans to pay it. I got a call from an agent asking me when I could pay it. It was for $140.77, a lot higher than originally calculated. I asked her about it and I think she mentioned it was because I added a car. She said I had to pay it by midnight of 2/20/2025 or my policy would end. I paid it by midnight of 2/20/2025. I just found out today that my policy was cancelled the day after I paid that amount. I talked to customer service online and was told that I was supposed to pay an extra $300 because I added my second car. I was never told this by the previous agent and it was not on my policy, only the payment for the $140.77 was under what was due. They also never called and communicated to me that my policy had ended in the first place, and they've continued to charge me over $6 a month for their roadside assistance. When I talked to an agent about it online, he originally told me my policy could not be reinstated because it was cancelled months ago. After I pointed out all the injustices and that I would be leaving a review, he told me they could do a review of my policy to see If I can get it back, but if have to pay $199 for March and April. I'd have to pay $199 just to SEE if I could get my insurance back. I did not get any refunds, but I got a lot of "sorrys". Do not get Allstate. They were the cheapest option when I was looking for insurance initially, but now I see why. This is so clearly a scam and I am absolutely upset and angry.

I have now been working for nearly 3 months to get payout on a protection plan that I purchased for an appliance through **********. I have been given nothing but nonsense and run around since I started this process. They always want to get off the phone with you so they can, "send you an email in 1-2 business days" which doesn't happen, and then you call back and have to go through the same exact process all over again. They are now requesting more documentation beyond the copy of the coverage plan and the receipt that I was given by the store, even though that is what they requested initially. I am now talking to a supervisor who just tried to pretend that he could not hear me after I pressed him on the company lying. I said that I know he can hear me and I will be contacting my lawyer, all of a sudden he could hear me again. This is the second time that an employee suddenly could not hear me anymore. The first one hung up on me. I then requested a supervisor above the supervisor. I explained all of the trouble I have been put through to him, he did not give me any run around, but he also could not process the payment I am owed while on the phone. I have to wait 1-2 business days for it. Allstate might be the worst company I have ever dealt with regardless of industry. I will never waste my money on one of these plans again.
