      I wish there was an option for zero stars. I had them previously and they really screwed me on a claim for my roof, paid less than a quarter of the cost of damage. I gave them another try when my other insurance company raised their rates. I got home and auto insurance and my policy was set up to automatically pay in the 12th since I'm on a very strict budget and my check comes on the 10th. I trusted them with my private bank account information and they took the payment 12 days early on the 1st. Over-drafting my account substantially. I contacted customer service, but all they did was say sorry and remove future auto payment, but in the meantime I can't buy groceries or gas to get to work. YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH THIS COMPANY!

      This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with my house was flooded with toilet water all my items damaged and they sent out someone to wash them , my electronics were water damaged they would rather pay a third party then to pay out the owner of the policy I will be leaving this company today and don't recommend anyone using them they are fraudulent!!!

      ******************************************** office horrible service I paid months for Renters Policy and they never provided policy Proof to my company causing me to pay an additional fee every month on top of the policy . I called and was told **** ****** was the manager and she would take care of it which she didn't and was so rude then passed me along to ***** which also did not help. When I called back to tell them they weren't sending anything to my company all info was wrong and they did nothing to correct it. She was rude and a smart a** and has always been like that. She is not professional at all! She is very ghetto idk how they can have someone like that managing their office. Its sad! All the money I lost to Allstate do not recommend this office at all since they were bought out! I never had issues with *** *****!

      Review of Allstate Claims Adjuster ******* ******** I had an extremely frustrating experience with Allstate claims adjuster ******* ********. He was scheduled to call me at 8:00 a.m., then texted saying it would be 8:30 due to a meeting. Instead, he called at 7:45 a.m., which felt intentional so Id miss the call. During our conversation, I explained that I understand Allstate must issue payment within five business days for undisputed claims, but also that the law allows them to hold the payment if the policyholder requests it. I asked them to hold it, but ******* insisted on wiring the funds, which I declined. It felt like an attempt to rush the claim and quietly close it, even though I am still disputing key parts. Allstate refused to cover $1,650 in storm damage to my back fence. We paid out of pocket to fix it. They also incorrectly listed the number of windows in my home and are only covering 4 of the 10. I received a letter requesting more information, and ******* had no idea what it was about. He repeatedly talked over me, showed no empathy about my health, and hung up when I raised my voice out of frustration. If this is not resolved, I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance as well. Allstate is happy to take your money but does everything it can to avoid paying legitimate claims. I will not do business with Allstate again and do not recommend them.

      Allstate will take your money and leave you houseless. We had TWO tornadoes come through our city and Allstate said the damage was not significant enough to reach our deductible. I was in disbelief. I am currently looking to switch home insurance companies because Allstate is the worst neighbor.

      ALLSTATE IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I EVER DEALED WITH.. I HAD IMPECCABLE RECORD WITH INSURANCE O COMPANIES OVER 40 YEARS .. THIS COMPANY GIVES LOW RATE , BUT IT IS HORRID TO DEAL WITH .. CLERICAL ERROR MADE BY REPRESENTATIVE , CARELESSNESS . NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY .. STEAL 1 MONTH PAYMENT .. ******************** .. CANCELLED THE INSURANCE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION .. SUPPOSEDLY CALLED 1 TIME .. I HAD 5 CAR INSURED WITH TGEM AND ALL GOT CANCELLED .. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS .. THEY WILL SC....W THEY FAMILY FOR A CORPORATE DOLLAR .. *****************DO NOT DEAL WITH TGEM UNLESS U WANT TO BE DRAGGED IN MUD AND HAVE A LOTS OF HEAD ACHE AHEAD. NEVER WOULD RECOMMAND IT !!MY AGENT WAS ***** Ventamelia in ****** *******..

      One of the worst companies. I do not have much of an issue with them, but they attract customers with lower prices. When you get a quote in real time, the premium is almost more than double the existing premium. The worst part is that they pulled my credit report without my approval. I do not recommend this garbage company. Let it close this garbage business.

      Allstate is terrible company. They will lure you with lower rates and trap you while increasing rates substantially. Their customer service is awful.

      I have been a customer of ********************** in ****** for over 3 years. On 3/17/25 I was involved in a fender ****** in a parking lot while backing out of the parking spot. The car directly behind started backing out after my vehicle was in motion as evidenced by my rear window video camera and contacted my passenger rear bumper with their passenger rear bumper. We exchanged insurance papers. On 24 March the other driver filed an injury claim. I uploaded my video and photos in the My Claims page in Allstate. That was a nightmare. Their system will not accept certain videos and no one I contacted knew what type of video format needed to be used. So I changed to WAV, MP3, WEBM, MOV. It would not accept any of them. I finally uploaded to ******* and embedded the link into a ********* word document. When the claims agent called me, she wanted me to email her the photos. I told her that I had uploaded in my claims. She hadn't even looked at the claims page. When she did go in, she couldn't identify the word document. Her handling of the claim was total incompetency. Today I wet to the claim page and saw that I was found 100% at fault. Clearly, the agent never viewed the video. Allstate is a company that is too big to worry about losing my business and maybe that of the few people I know. I will file a complaint with the **************************.
