      Meijer sold me a pair of Apple airpods that were open and would not exchange them. Please see the emails that I have sent, my receipt and Meijer's return policy. Thank you so much for your help!

      Mperks mailings - Mail merge is mixing up four different households when mailing. For example, My ex-husbands phone number is printed on the coupon booklet, coupons targeted for his shopping, and mailed to my house. Another example, my adult son's name is printed as the addressee that is mailed to my house with his shopping coupon preferences. My ex-husband confirmed he is also receiving my other son's coupons and his name is printed as the recipient to my ex's house. Emailed Meijer. Provided incorrect solution. Called the customer service # (overseas) twice. The did not understand. Third time asked for a US customer service representative. Talked with ***. I was directed to update my profile info and had to explain multiple times it was a mail merge issue with intermittent errors and not related to profile. Concern that this will not get resolved. I don't want other people seeing my shopping preferences and getting coupons intended for my house and I don't want to receive theirs either. Thank you.

      On 12/09/2014 I went to this Meijers and saw a small sign at the end of the isle for **** soap that said $13.49 Buy 1 get 1 free. So I took 2 up to the register to check out. I noticed that when they rang them up they charged me for both bottles. I told them about the sign. They went back and check and came back and said the sign says Buy 1 tide soap and get 1 some other product free. I did not believe them so I went back and sure enough that is what it said in very very little letters under the BIG letters saying Buy 1 GET 1 FREE. The only item on the shelve was tide and nothing else. I believe they do this to people to deceive people into get 2 bottle of the tide.

      On Thursday for Thanksgiving, I stopped by the ** Grand River located on *************************************************************** and noticed they only have one operating restroom. When asked about the women's restroom, the cashier told me they did not have access to it and was forced to use the men's room.Can someone please ensure this place has two working and accessible restrooms for all of their patrons? Its quite rude for everyone to be sharing one wash room.

      On 11/26/24, I purchased 3 Amazon gift cards from Meijer. I was unable to redeem my gift cards since the middle digits of the claim number had been removed. Obvious tampering had occurred. I reached out to ****** and went back to Meijer. The store manager, Dessi, along with another associate, explained this is a scam that has been occurring at this location. They also had a stack of **** gift cards pulled from the shelves that day, all of which had been manipulated with digits removed from the claim number. Initially, Meijer was going to reimburse me then it was determined an investigation must be completed prior to my refund. There is no *** as to when the investigation will be completed or when Ill be refunded. Im out $1250 due to Meijers AP failures and poor quality control. If this is an ongoing issue, why arent precautions being taken to safeguard against scams? For example, move gift cards behind the registers; keep at the service desk.

      Problem: Womens handicap bathroom. Broken toilet seat is broken. I first noticed back in October. I talked to a manager (*****) that was taking place of another manager for the day. He said he would let the manager know about the problem. Well I went back in to check and it still wasnt fixed so I wrote to the store manager. Her name is ***** *******. She responded back to thank me for the information and was going to check into it. October 25, 2024. I than told her I would be back to check on it and dont know when. Well once again I stopped in and its still not FIXED! So I once again emailed ***** she said she was going to have it replaced. It is now November 26th and I stopped in to check on it. ITS STILL HASNT been fixed! Are they waiting for a handicap to fall and get hurt before replaced the seat on the toilet? Im looking out for the customer and the store. Ive even taken two pictures now with dates on them. If you would like to see them I can send them to you. Please help your customer handicap and your store. Please keep me up on what is going on with this situation. I normally dont go this far. Thats not me. Thank you, ******** PS I did send two pictures with different dates on them.

      On the evening of 11/23, I placed an order for pickup at the ************* Meijer for ***** on 11/24. At 12:40 my order was canceled. My husband called the store and they said they didn't know why it was canceled and that we could reorder for 4:00. The employee said he couldn't reorder from his end. Immediately after the call, I attempted to reorder and the earliest available pickup time was 9:00pm. I needed my groceries earlier, which is why I selected ***** as my pickup time.

      Unfortunately I was accused of stealing because I used the shop and scan so if you are going to have a program like this then they should not accuse us of stealing. I ended up leaving 500 worth of stuff I don't think I'll return not only was I upset I was embarrassed about 20 people seen this. I had 40 dollar ham and they accused of steal 1.20 lunch able I called and talked to the store director and she gave me a ***** gift card. But I'm sorry that don't make up me wasting and hour or so shopping and then dealing with the cashier. And me crying because of how she treated. And then she was singing a song and a *** said oh you are in the spirit she said no she was just trying to not go off on me. I would like a follow up from someone besides someone at the store. I should never walk out the store crying. Other customers telling me she was wrong on so many parts. My son was with me and what is this teaching him? There was several other people why didn't they get questioned. So after I left all my grocies and I did not want to come back after how she made me feel. And like I said that order was 500 in food that's no including the dog food and other stuff. Now it'd the next day and this is still eating me alive. Being accused of theft is not very nice. And I really don't ever see me going back to the store. And then the store director here is ***** I feel like that was a slap in the face.

      I purchased a $500 **** gift card at Meijer ******************** in ************ (#***) on 9/23/24. When I tried to use the card today (11/9/24), it didn't work at all. By a careful look examination, the whole card is a piece of cardboard with no real magnetic stripe instead of the authentic plastic card with the magnetic stripe. When I checked balance at (********************************************************), it shows the balance was drained on October 3rd, 10 days after my original purchase. I never used the card before today. I went to store to talk to customer care. The supervisor on duty said there was nothing the store could do after consulting with the store manager and director even though the **** happened at their store. They asked me to either contact the manufacturer or Meijer headquarter.
