      PNC has paid over $13,000 from my escrow account to homeowners policies that were not authorized. They sent a duplicate payment to one insurance company, which I had to have them correct since they did not realize they did that. So they are blindly making payments. They paid a premium on a canceled policy after they received the cancelation notice from the insurance company. I am having to correct this for them. They made a payment on a policy that does not have my signature on it, I also had to have that corrected to them. The information provided to the Credit Bureau is incorrect and has negatively impacted my credit. I brought this to their attention and they said "The mortgage department will have to reach out to them explain the situation and fix it for you." That still has not been done. I have been trying to get this fixed for months now with very little resolution. The resolution that has been done, is because of me and not because they are actually working on fixing anything they have done. Watch your escrow account with this bank, because they will rob you.

      I have been a once customer for over ten year and they deny every loan I apply For. Bought my house denied went to another bank got approved. Bought a car denied by once approved by another bank paid that car off bought another car denied by once approved by another bank needed repairs for my house once denied loan. What is the point in being a loyal customer with not one time over drafting account pay my credit card bill through them on time which I have never received an increase in in ten years. Would not recommend them unless you want convienece of atm locations. Thats about the only thing they are good for!!!!!

      Really would not recommend. I had ordered a new debit card last year which cost me $7.50, and they gave the company the updated debit card information which i was unaware they were allowed to do so. But the worst part is that money will randomly show up in my account. This has happened 5 times now. When i call them to ask months ago i referred to this as it must be a "glitch" they lady informed me it was not a glitch, so I guess it's my fault. So, my thoughts are PNC is putting money into bank accounts and 2 days later pulling it back out and if the account holder spent the money their account ends up overdrawn and if they don't get the money fast enough PNC gets the overdraft fee. So, I am currently in the process of changing my direct deposits so i no longer have to deal with what I refer to as an "overdraft charge scam".

      Tried to pay an online invoice from a well-known electronics store. Business credit card was decline by the fraud department. Took four phone calls to different PNC numbers and I was still transferred multiple times per call. The 12th person I talked to finally knew what to do. Not the first time this has happened. Training? Competency? Knowledge? Apparently, all are victims of budget cuts. They really don't know just how bad they really are."PNC takes our customers concerns very seriously. We will be working privately with our customer to resolve this matter." is just another cut/paste way of saying "don't bother us".

      After having account with PNC for over a year, I was told I would be able to trade my secure credit card in for a credit card when I went into the branch to do so I was told that I could not. I didnt want to continue to pay the monthly fee for the secured credit card so I decided to close the account. I was informed that I would receive a refund for the remaining balance on my credit card and 30 days which I thought was not fair. Considering that I gave them a security deposit to open up the card the same day they did not have to wait for 30 days. Now that Ive closed my card on March 17 and it being over 30 days and I still have not received my refund. *** called back in to talk to them and was told that they didnt finish processing it until 21 April and then I would have to wait a minimum of one to two weeks before receiving my check. To me, I feel like its very unprofessional and wrong. Ill PNC to investigate my closure. I am a customer I called in to close the account. They shouldve been no reason for any investigation. And I shouldnt have to wait for a month and a half receive my remaining balance.

      They don’t let you change your PIN over the phone, online, or through the app. You have to be at a physical branch of the bank or at a PNC-compatible ATM. These ATMs aren’t common. I live 3 hours from the closest branch or PNC ATM, so I’m stuck with the randomly generated PIN they gave me. When I contacted customer support to seek assistance with this, they were actively rude to my wife (we were on speaker phone together), but I was even tempered and polite for the duration of the call. It became very emotional. The man on the phone made a veiled threat.
      All this is after I spent 2 months trying to get the support team to give me a PIN at all, and this is for an account I’d already had for almost a year. I simply couldn’t access my account to pay bills for several months, and during much of this time, that account is where my paychecks were going. My family experienced genuine financial hardship as a direct result of PNC’s poor online banking and support infrastructure.

      Poor customer service toward their own customers when handling Zelle. If there is a dispute from a customer they will freeze your whole account without notice. Not just freeze the amount in question which is understandable, but the while account 20 times the amount in question. One dispute does not warrant to freeze whole account just to find out that the claim was a fraudulent. So the relasedd my account just to allow the person to make another claim on the same transaction within 15 days from the last. They were already provided the information the first time so now our account is frozen again with no notice for the same transaction and false claim of fraudulent activity.

      They are the worst bank ever! They don't back you up when your account has been hacked!! They find every excuse not to make it right ??. ******, at the executive office says she's working on it, but there hasn't been any progress with my account ??.

      1 star because zero wasnt an option. Continued to rip me off of time and money on a home loan. Double charged me on a mortgage payment and offered zero immediate solution. A very predatory lender, if you have the option do not do any banking with these scum bags.

      Allows anyone to open an account in someone else name.... then all of sudden when it comes to closing it they have "security-related" concerns. Horrible.
