      My Mother was banking with PNC over 30 years and after she passed its been an absolute nightmare having to work with this bank. They do not return phone calls or emails. Do not give updates and worst of all will not give me an explanation of what the issue is and why it is taking over 3 months to REFUND THE MONEY THEY TOOK OUT OF HER ACCOUNT THAT WAS FROZEN!!!!!!!!!!

      I caught covid and was hospitalized for over a month. My account went negative and I paid it soon as I got out and they still closed my acct. worse bank

      **** pay does not work. Been three weeks still no sign of the check. They offered to issue a stop payment on the "lost" check. Then they decided to stop payment on checks I wrote cuase they were of the same amount. Can not even tell what checks they write vs what checks are written by the account owner (Can't even tell me the Bill pay Check number they issued).

      Sadly, customers continue to go in circles, and no one is ever on the same page. PNC is horrible, and they continue to lie to their customers. ***********************************, ********************, and ***************************** are all incompetent individuals.

      Absolute worst banking experience I have ever gone through. I opened up a business checking account to establish a relationship with PNC and from the beginning I was red flagged. This was later explained that the flagging came from an *** for one of ***********. The *** mind you was a basic payment for products to my company. I was not able to deposit money into my account for a good two weeks while they did their due diligence. I pay for their *************** in order to do *** and wires and have never been able to accept or send a ***. As of two weeks, I have been depositing money into my account with checks and cash and today again without explanation my checking account had been closed and therefore was not allowed to deposit. The manager at the branch called customer service in order to get some more information and their response was we will send a letter of explanation to the mailing address and afterwards the client will receive a cashiers check with the funds inside of the account. What type of bank closes accounts without any explanation or call to the customer? What type of bank finds an issue with a customer depositing money into his bank account? What type of a bank finds an issue with a customer sending and receiving money from fully verified and companies with vast history? PNC is a pitiful bank and should not be extending any service to any clients if this is how they intend to provide service.

      The worst bank to deal with. No customer service. If I ask for change I need ID and have to sign a receipt. I give them $5.00 and want 5 ones? New tellers evertime I go in. I try to use ATM whenever possible. I would change banks but to much to change so I live with it.

      I went here to withdraw money of my card from the atm they took my debit card and want give it back. Then talk to the manager she didnt even wanna help me

      PNC is a terrible bank. Their idea of customer service is finding new fees to charge their customers. I once made a deposit of 29, 200 dollars and was credited with a deposit of *****. And then they charged me overdraft fees for their own mistake. I could go on with all the ways I loathe this bank, no PPP during the pandemic, substandard credit card processing, and on and on. However the sad thing is there arent any better banks. If I could leave I would.

      Simply Awful! I opted to take out a loan for a pre-owned vehicle with PNC because they had the lowest interest rate. I am now regretting my choice. Simply setting up an online account was an ordeal! First, their website looks like a project my son might have done in his freshman year of computer science. Not joking. But, even getting to set an account up was ridiculously complicated! It required receiving three different pieces of mail, (that I wasn't even aware were coming). When I finally got through that, I just went to link my BOFA account so I could make my first payment, and what is ordinarily a very simple process was beyond baffling! I finally completed that, only to be told that I was not eligible to make a payment!?!?!?!? PNC needs to hire a new UX team and avail themselves of the technology and talent that is available to bring a modern and intuitive online experience to their customers! I am seriously considering shopping around to pay off PNC and move to another provider.

      The people that work at the ***************** & 40th Street branch are former BBVA employees, and they are wonderful. But since PNC bought this bank, it has become a PREDATORY LENDER.On the last day of November, I went in here to make a principal payment of $500. It was misapplied. On the last day of December, I went in to speak with the branch manager to get the mistakes corrected from November principal payment and make another principal payment of $500. It was misapplied. I have spoken with multiple people from their executive offices and made a $1000 principal payment on January 31st. I checked today. HERE IS MY STATEMENT. (Apparently the BBB doesn't allow photos.) ALL OF MY PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS ARE STILL MISAPPLIED. PNC is RIPPING ME OFF. Make sure they don't rip you off! Find another bank, these people are as bad as ***** Fargo, which has been fined MILLIONS OF DOLLARS for their fraudulent and predatory practices. Look it up!
