      Whether or not I put in a travel notice, my card is always declined in other countries. Ill go through the questionnaire over the phone.. and it still gets declined. Its tedious and has me wanting to switch banks.

      I have an account with PNC Bank. Mt daughter has a minor account as well she is now 18. My daughter got two checks that bounced. PNC with **** my savings out of my account after I had done spoke with the bank on 1/11/2023 and asked them 3 different times if they would take money out of my accounts they said no. Today I logged and PNC took everything out of my savings. I done what they told me to and made an appointment with the local branch to get it resolved. Which I did I have an appointment Tuesday at 1:15pm . I called customer service and they said I miss understood would not pull there calls that they record .

      If only I could give negative stars, I regret the good review I gave your associate J******* (Not only was she off 1/3/23, I was told by her to contact her to be able to transfer my check out of the old account, misinformation). I was unable to pay my rent or any other bill due to her negligence. The ************ ****** **** branch is a complete embarrassment, the good is probably overworked due to the bad. The receptionist tells customers to call customer service as a solution to everything. (She didn't even know that if her branch places a block then they have to remove it.). B**** knew more but passed bad information (fyi the Exception desk closes at 645pm). I should've known when the manager E**** called to question a good review that it wasn't deserved, I take back every word. They took a simple block to my Mom's debit card and turned it into a horrific start to the New Year. Thanks for knocking down my trust in PNC to an all time low. Word of mouth is powerful and I will tell anyone who will listen and advice family, friends and even my enemies to avoid PNC especially the ************ ****** **** location.

      PNC Bank took over BBVA and it has been a disaster. For over 1 year I have been trying to get Bill Pay set up. I have been asking for over 1 year and have spent numerous hours on the phone and filling out forms. I keep getting passed around, hung up on, and promises that it's fixed and that my problem will be escalated or that someone will call me back. I never get a callback and they never get me set up with Online Bill Pay. They lie because they never call me back, I ask for a manager and they NEVER come on the line to talk to me. The branch can't fix jack and alway refer me to the 1800 number. PNC Bank has given me the absolute worst customer service experience, they didn't even care when I told them I would take my accounts to another bank. So now I'm in the process of trying to find another bank and will go through the hastle of moving all my accounts (Which I have 2 businesses). What a Pain in the NECK. It's not even the Online Bill Pay anymore it's the CUSTOMER SERVICE they don't have. I HATE PNC BANK. I am sure not one of these reviews/complaints will ever get a call back from PNC BANK. Now I am forced to give them 1 Star because there is nothing less than that available.

      I have been working with the back for consistent access to online banking. Currently have a withdraw money and deposit in another bank account to pay bills. IT has been working on it off and on for weeks. Last call they said they would call me back when I could get access to my account. One week later no call. Frustrating.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Opened my account 2 weeks and worst headache I've ever had from a bank. Call them almost every single day about another problem that's happened with my account. They will leave charges pending for days then finally post all the charges at once and not only does it overdraw your account for days, which u can rack up expensive fees for, but it gives the posted date only for each charge instead of the day the charges were made. So make ur own record of every single time u use ur debit card or u will easily forget. Then they always decide to post the charges and then leave the same posted charge still pending as well so I get emails at 2-4 am notifying me my account is once again overdrawn. They will not remove it for 5 days min even tho its shown as posted. Then of course the first time I use their branch *** to deposit cash the *** eats my $100 bill and only spits my debit card out saying transaction not processed!!!! Wtf?? so the only option I have now is to wait minimum **** business days to have it credited until its determined that I'm not lying. Now my account is overdrawn $150 along with my $100 from *** still being investigated and yet to be credited!!!!! This is insane and I'm FINISHED with PNC

      Terrible customer service! I had money stolen from my account and they refuse to reimburse me. I have called multiple times and they will not return my phone call.

      I have been trying to get the debit card replacement for almost a month and every time I call them I got the run around they should treat the customers better than that

      Online banking is always having issues and you can't access your account. A rep claimed she could look up my account and took all my details like SSN, Acct No., etc., then told me oh well I can't tell you about your account. Why did you collect all that sensitive info then? Then I disputed a charge and they basically sent a letter stating they couldn't help me. What is the point then letting people dispute charges if you don't even have your customers back? Oh well, we aren't going to help with it is their outlook. BBVA was much better in handling these matters, they communicated and spoke to you to get all the info and actually investigated the charges.

      The worst customer experience I have ever had with ANY Bank !!!! Incompetence from phone reps to corporate. If you need the smallest issue taken care of prepare to waste an hour minimum and your issue will still not be resolved. I cannot believe they are a paid staff! Totally inept!
