Fraudulent Bank!!! My mortgage was bought by them around 2006 and originally it was fine. I was able to pay online for an additional fee but they later took that option away to try to force you to sign up for an account with them. Since then, I always mailed my payment on the 1st of every month and it wasn't a problem. For the last 4 months, they have been slow rolling processing to charge me late fees. I'm sure that I can't be the only person that they are cheating. I tried to speak with some condescending idiot that told me I needed to contact the ****. Obviously, they are not the problem because they received my payment on time for more than 10 years. Fortunately, I have the funds to pay off this debt so I'm happy to get rid of it and stop being raped by this bank. I will be reporting them to the banking commissioner. Please stay away from these crooks!!!!

PNC bank is a piece of c*** No other bank ever asked me aggressively about my passport from other countries. I have always opened an account with my driver's license and social security cards. Besides insisting to know how I like other banks is ridiculous once I made it clear that I'm not interested to discuss my experience with other banks.

Extremely horrible administration. They take money for my home insurance but do not pay it. I pay directly to insurance company. They raise my mortgage payment every year to cover insurance they do not pay. Then they issue a check to me for the funds but illegally use my money for a year without paying me interest. I have been doing banking for over 50 years and have never found a more crocked bank.

PNC bank is the worse bank around. They are a bunch of liars and their customer service is horrible. It's terrible the way they do business. I had an unsecured loan with **** (A delight to deal with) and it got transferred to ***. That's where everything fell apart. Their business ethics would make a criminal smile. I m not sure why they are still in business. The reoccurring theme that mostly everyone is saying on these pages is the same message PNC is horrible as a bank and their business ethics are worse. I would never deal with them again. I would give them a -5 rating if I could. Their Mgmt should take note of these negative observations from their customers and former customers (like myself as I made my last loan payment today) to make changes or else *** will continue to take in water like the Titanic and sink

I will be filing the necessary suit against this bank. First over $3500 was stolen from our church account with a bank error that was not corrected. Also we have had years of relationship with the bank, and they declined our application for business financing and a business credit card saying we had too many inquiries on our personal report. I have proof that we only had two inquiries And one will be over two years old in August. Then they said no you have too much usage on your credit cards. I showed them. I only have 8% utilization and it has been maintained that way for months. Then they said you have a repossession on your report. My scores are 709 732 and 750. But if they did a detailed dive, they will notice there are no repos. Did I happen to mention I happen to have dark skin.? Maybe I shouldve done everything online. Needless to say we will be closing our accounts when the quarter is over. That way he wont disrupt our businesses. We have already moved 80% of our business away and will be closing what is left within the next three months. ******* doesnt even know us and we dont have a relationship with them. Yet they gave us a $50,000 credit limit with no personal bank relationship. PNC is horrible.

These are some of the most incompetent people Ive ever dealt with. Theyve gotten my name wrong on my debit card at least 3 times in the last 5 years despite my name being correct everywhere else on my account. Terrible customer service who cant actually fix anything for you (the people were fine, but seems their abilities are limited in the company). Save yourself the headache and bank somewhere with better rates and more accessibility. Ive never had so many issues with any other bank. I just received a giant packet in the mail with the information I supposedly requested, but I cancelled my account last month and have not reached out again about anything. It says theyre now converting my account with new rates and charges. I cant even log in to see what they are doing now because my account is closed. Absolute incompetency.

I made several attempts to resolve this matter via the following PNC Bank Management phone number without success, after being told by the ********************* that no payment was credited to the Recipient's account... Since Tuesday 18th February, 2025 to the time of my complaint I've been trying to resolve this matter and I'm being told that I need to have an account. Why are you holding the funds I sent to your Bank via Wire Transfer since Friday 14th February, 2025 so long without DEPOSITING IT INTO THE RECEIPIENT'S PNC BANK ACCOUNT??? This action is causing a lot of pain and suffering to a CRITICALLY ILL CHILD

They are currently holding THOUSANDS of my money so they can do a "level 2 evaluation" because I am new company. They didn't even tell me that they were holding the money. I move a ton through in credit card payments. I am going to have to spend hours cross-referencing my invoices to what is in my account to see how much they have stolen from me. @*** are criminals.

I stand by my review. I just had to spend ANOTHER hour going through all the credit card processing that was done and manually adding everything up, despite asking at least 6 times to be given a report of the transactions and the corresponding amounts of funds that they were holding. Normally ******** sends me a report every day and I can cross reference that to the deposits to make sure they went through. During this time they were making "adjusted" deposits none of which added up to the amount they were holding. Finally today after going through every transaction, and deleting the deposits I saw were done, I was still missing over $11K. So, then I went in again and crossed-referenced deposits that didn't equal ANY Paytrace settlement report and discovered that they combined several and did not mark those "adjusted". It appears that the money has all been released but not without me spending at least 10 hours of time complaining and going in every day trying to figure out their wonky math. Why would some be released in 1 amount and not called "adjusted" and others released in amounts called "adjusted?" It seems purposely confusing so one would not notice missing funds.
