      My jewelry was stolen from my safe deposit box in ************************************* Ocala Fl I filed a police report, and the regional manager ***** assured me the investigation would take about a month. It's now been over six weeks, and despite numerous attempts to contact him, I haven't received any updates. I suspect there's a pattern of theft at this location, and the advertised security measures are clearly inadequate.

      *** keeps ruining my credit after I rebuild it. They start you out with a high credit limit and if you experience any hardship that raises your utilization like post covid inflation, death in the family, they'll reduce your credit limit which causes others to do the same. They did it multiple times and just did it again after I raised my score. They're targeting minorities and women. I've made more than minimum payments and them they took the credit!!!! This is unfair and malicious!

      This bank has no concept of customer service. My mother passed away recently and had an *** with ***. This was to be split six ways between my siblings and I. Well, *** allegedly mailed out the necessary forms on January 15. Three weeks later I have not received any form to fill out and two phone call to PNC left me feeling less than satisfied. When I advised the **** that I would be contacting my attorney the *** became defensive and argumentative refusing to transfer me to his supervisor. I have not received any paperwork to date and the conversation with the customer service *** left me feeling helpless and hopeless.

      Ive been a customer with ******************** for a few years now and my account has only been in overdraft once.I have contacted customer service to see if it was possible for a courtesy refund of the $*****. Unfortunately I was denied which I was okay with since it is my fault my account was overdrawn. So I told the representative that I would have my account current on Friday 1/17/25 . Heres the issue , I had taken some money at of another account to offset some of account overdrawn but to verify my account they transferred a small amount to my account .******* and I was charged an additional $ ***** and was denied again for courtesy refund. I have always liked PNC BANK but this makes second guess my decision to continue business with them.

      This bank and its fraud department are the worst I have been waiting for a fraud issue to be resolved for 3 months(I started back in October) and this has not been I am not happy about this as I have waited long enough, and I have been getting the round around in regards to this situation!!!!!! I WANT A RESOLUTION ASAP!!!! THE RATING IS NEGATIVE ZERO!

      The worst customer service Ive ever received. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage to choose anyone but pnc. The mortgage lenders do not answer their phone calls nor return them in timely manner causing deadlines to constantly be missed. The passiveness of their supervisors about said actions was equally alarming. Even after starting in words and writing that we wanted a new lender our complaints were ignored. Lastly, upon bringing this up to their in house complaints it was determined that nothing could be done. This was the most stressful experience Ive ever had and I do not wish this upon acting as it could have easily been avoided with moderate customer service.

      Banked with *** for years and over the last year I have got multiple representatives telling me multiple "rules". They offer a low cash mode feature but don't honor it. I have gotten 2 over draft fees from their lies. If you bank with them and your account happens to over draw, do not take advantage of "low cash mode" because even after you bring your account balance to zero they charge $36.
