      I have had PNC BANK many years no problems, they used to be a good bank but now a nightmare bank.They are liars, cheat, and steal money from customers.I will be ending my relationship with this terrible bank once I've disputed my transactions.This bank needs to be sued.

      This bank is horrible poor customer services . Another company stole money from my me and PNC told me I should review my account daily . I am mom of 7 and I work full time . I just joined this bank and I had several problems from dirty locations to no deposit forms . plus she attempted to call me by my fist name ….. I’m going back to my credit union

      Horrible customer services! I’ve never left a bad review this is my first time ever doing so to warn people of the horrible experience I’ve endure. My account was hacked without me giving any information out to anyone. I received an email notification stating that the password on my app had been changed then another email saying that a new phone number from Florida was added then another email with Zelle transaction made with all my balance in my account. I call the police to make a report then called PNC right away when it occurred. After one hour and half wait. A representative answer the call and I got treated as a joke wouldn’t let me talk and was very aggressive towards me. After a few minutes in the conversation I started recording him and informed him that he was being recorded. He was cutting me off very rudely and wouldn’t let me explain my situation he heard me speaking Spanish, then said that he did not understand me and if I could spell or write so that I can spell the word Zelle. ( i have it on recording) I Took the recording to my near branch in hopes to get my account blocked and secured from any further unauthorized transaction and they seem understanding of the situation I played the recording and they couldn’t believe it. I then thought I had a peace of mine because I was expecting my payroll check and needed for the bank to reject it for me to get it in a check from my employer. My employer told me that the deposit went through and when I called again the hold on my bank was never put through until the day of my deposit. Now my balance and paycheck is on hold leaving me with nothing. I called again to see if they could reject the deposit and the representative told me it was too late. This representative told me to pull up my chain of text verification from PNC and read it out loud he told me what it says is what you should do. Not give the code to no one but he verified me with code. At this time I feel helpless, scared and humiliated.

      PNc has numerous subsidiaries It is deceptive since No mailing campaign or otherwise to inform. .Please advise if all PNC or exception applies? Do not respond with the canned statement “PNC takes our customers concerns very seriously. We will be working privately with our customer to resolve this matter” as I do not have issue to resolve. All customers should be publicly aware of any exception. BBB has merged all PNC . Letter dated October 14, 2022.       The pnc customer service line and the listed services for this branch include 'instantly receive a lost debit card'. When I walk into the branch there are two managers just standing in the lobby staring into the distance. Another employee they identified as the intern was near asleep in one of the offices. When I ask them for the 'instant' debit card replacement they said I needed an appointment. I asked if they could do it as they were just standing there and they said no because I need an appointment. So I walked down the street to the branch in the first avenue place building and they can't be more helpful. Bring over that staff to your fifth avenue location to show them how it's done.

      I have two issues with PNC Bank:1. Their mobile app has been unusable for months. It accepts my user name and password but it just loads right back the the login page like nothing happened. I have a flagship phone that is less than a year old and the app is updated to the most recent version.2. I have been trying to place an international order online and my credit card keeps getting declined. After the first attempt, I received a fraud alert text message. I confirmed the order was placed by me but I was contacted by the vendor and told the payment was declined and instructed to place a new order. During the second order, I was prompted to verify my identity via VISA Secure, which I did, and the order processed. However, I was again contacted by the vendor and told the card was declined. I contacted PNC via their online chat feature. The agent assured me that this was a security feature and that the card was unlocked and would work again. I emailed the vendor to inform them of this. They ran the card again and it was declined for the third time. Fortunately the vendor is patient and continued to pack and process the order in spite of the payment failing. I once again reached out to PNC via their chat and the agent was unable to comprehend the issue I was having and kept repeating the same thing that both she and the previous agent told me. At this point I called and spoke to someone at a foreign call center that also had a difficult time comprehending the situation. He made the same assurances that the card was unlocked, so I instructed the vendor to try again. The card was declined for the fourth time. I called again and spoke with another foreign customer service agent that did not comprehend the situation. At this point I now had a direct link from the vendor to immediately process the order on my own. While on the phone with PNC, I placed the order and it still failed, twice.

      PNC Bank has been double debiting my checking account for, at least, the past eight months. My credit score indicates that I am very financially responsible, but PNC has a very infuriating way of gaslighting customers when strange accounting anomalies are noticed. Frankly, I am tired of this company stealing my money, forcing my account to overdraft ostensibly by utilizing dubious computer code, routinely misleading me about my ACTUAL available balance (i.e., real-time), and then suggesting that I shop with paper and pen to "keep track of my purchases." No, I am canceling all of my accounts with PNC, moving all of my personal and business banking to comparatively smaller and more ethical financial institutions, and reporting this fraudulent entity to my state's Attorney General. Moreover, PNC Bank absolutely needs to be investigated by the SEC and Congress, because by the looks of all the complaints against them, they appear to be responsible for committing much fraud and criminality.

      Worst banking experience I have ever had. Never clear about changes. Doesnt notify when things change, just expect you to know what everything means, and does absolutely nothing to help you fix it.

      We have worked on a HELOC for several weeks. Our loan officer refused to provide a written summary of our loan terms. She had poor grammar and communication in general. We asked for a new loan officer, which a representative said we could have. Then a supervisor stepped in and denied that request. Overall, not a financial institution I am willing to work with based on poor and inconsistent communication.
