      ************* account is overdrawn because of an errorvbetween two pnc account and pnc can't fix it until they feel like if this is ridiculous as soon as it's fixed I'm pulling the few dollars I got out

      The *** from PNC Bank, ******, from ******* was AMAZING!I had initially called to get help with fraudulent activity on my account and ****** was very helpful! ****** was very personable and able to easily help to resolve my issue. I initially tried to leave a GREAT 5 star review with her supervisor, *****, but was not able to get through to speak with him.I really feel that ****** has superior qualities that help her effectively do her job that should be implemented across the board to better serve the company she works for. I feel that she should be able to have more freedom in providing suggestions to improve the way calls are handled and I really hope that she and her family have a VERY Merry Christmas! It was a breath of fresh air speaking with her and I hope to get to speak with her in the future!THANK YOU ******!!!!! YOU ARE TRULY THE BEST!

      Like all other banks holding debit returns for 3 to 5 days to me is criminal when the money is released from the store to my bank it should immediately be put in my account not putting theirs to gain interest with everyone else's money that they're holding they all disgust me should have made him give me cash back just cuz I must say I had much better love with *************** which I'll be switching back to for sure for many reasons

      I was victum of fraud in the amount of $500.00. I am 63 years old I was trying to get a loan for personal reasons. I received a text that I was approved for a $5000.00 loan which I thought was great. Not knowing it turned out is way a scam. I spoke to a ******* ***** to walk me through the process giving information I should not have. I filed 2 disputes and a complaint against the bank which was denied.I provided proof of the scam a police report and other reports such BBB and other ones against the bank. I am not giving up until I get my money. This has put in a financial hardship.

      I wanted to make my experience public and let it be known that I have been a victim of credit card fraud with *** and *** doing absolutely nothing to take responsibility for this lapse in security. I have been a dedicated *** customer since 1972 with ***********************, business loans, business accounts and many others for more than 50 years,When I received my October statement, I immediately spotted three charges that I did not make. The three charges were all made October 11, 2024 in the state of **********, with a total cost of approximately $40. I immediately called the *** fraud department to let them know that I did not make these charges. I was told that my credit card was used to make these purchases and I would still be held responsible for these charges. I then called a *** branch manager where I live in **********, *******. I was told that the incident would be referred back to the agent in the ***********. I let the manager know that nobody has ever had possession of my ******* all the years I've done business with ***, I was never once late on one payment and have never had a single issue. I was shocked to find out that I am still being held responsible to pay for these charges that I did not make. I have no faith in *** at this point. Will my card be used once again with fraudulent activity?The worst part about this experience is that *** accused me of lying and that I would still be held responsible for these fraudulent charges,I will be posting my experience on every website and social media site I can find, to warn others of this terrible experience

      I didn't get any cash dispensed to me when I did a withdrawal at the **** The dispute was filed but because it is an error on the banks end, the money I didn't get should've been immediately put back into my account and not this waiting 10 days bit. This is a huge inconvenience. I should be able to withdraw funds whenever I need to since I trust the bank to store my hard earned money at their institution. Just waiting it out is not the proper process while a dispute is underway. The representative didn't care in the least either that I want to change banks, there was absolutely no effort in helping getting me to remain a customer. I do not recommend *** for your banking needs.

      Talked to someone today, I got scammed by ************** an online appraisal site. I was trying to find out more about a vintage fishing rod and knew more about it than the appraiser. Its all over Reddit about how theyve been scammed by the same site. I talked to someone in the fraud department because *** sent me an alert. The lady who I was talking to said just answer isnt a scam site etc. I wasnt talking much at all and at one point she something along the lines of be quiet and let me talk. I dont know why she couldnt do her job or explain to do things properly, must be a sympathy hire, story of her life probably, no offense but what an idiot.

      The absolute WORST bank I have ever dealt with. (And I grew up using *********** ********** Road Mooresville branch manager ******** is rude, unprofessional and a NIGHTMARE to have to deal with. She was dismissive, threw things in my face, spoke out loud about my personal banking for the lobby to hear. ****************** charged for $33 for a stop payment on a charge without informing me of the fee. Had I known, I would have given the merchant 24 hrs to stop the payment themselves. Holds on my checks, even when they are coming from another *** account.***** isn't working still. I called and was told I needed to go into a branch. This is when I was forced to be disrespected by the branch manager. Seems like her personality matches her ability to take care of her customers, since this was not taken care of. I have now spent over 3 hrs of my time (that I don't have) on the phone or going into branches to deal with issues that never should have been there to start with. There will not be a day that I don't tell someone to avoid *** at all costs. Your rating and the online reviews are something I should have looked into before opening an account.
