      After banking with Pnc for over 4years I had recently stopped my payroll from going to it until they tightened security because my account had been susceptible to hackers (fraud) on several occasions getting a new debit card didn’t stop these actions. It just started to put random small amounts of money in it however the account still ended up $20 in the negative I received no notice however I received a account closure upon contacting them to pay the debt I wasn’t aware I was initially told that due activity no fault of mine they had to open me a new one instead of the old one and then I was told that they would not do basically I’m being denied a account due hackers

      Poor service My son had his checks stolen out of his mailbox earlier this year. Someone wrote a check for ****** . *** got his money back and said they would cancel remaining checks to ensure this did not happen again. Well on July 15th someone wrote another check from the batch that was supposed to be cancelled for ******. It is now October 7th and *** has not got his money back yet ?? Nothing but excuses from ***

      $30k auto refi they fed ex check then refused ****** cashing it. They said refi instead of new so different dept.2nd hard hit they denied due to what they had done bouncing my check(they told me it was their fault).weeks later I have damaged credit,no loan and scared to apply at another bank because of the damage they ********* I'm over paying on my $160,000 in car ********* was once a great bank.Those days are gone

      *** was charging me a late fee on the 30th of each month although my payment was set on auto for the 28th of each month. This is not a card I use often and set up autopay trying to pay it off. Looks like my payment was due on the 25th of each month, even though when I set up auto pay it defaulted to the 28th. So that is my fault for not double checking their system. With the little bit of interest and the 38-dollar late fee it was almost as much as my minimum monthly payment. No notification of late fee call after the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th... etc. "late" payment, I discovered it when I checked the balance and had almost 300 dollars in late fees. If you are considering ***, please know that when something similar happened at a different bank they called me before the second late fee hit to see what the issue was, so I had time to resolve it.

      I have $1,800 tied up in disputes with ***. The first one, $998 double payment to ***********. A payment was already scheduled but due to *********** sending me a text saying I dont have a payment scheduled and in risk of being late I just called and made a payment. Both payments were taken out. **** answer is a 10 business day dispute. 2 weeks later I visit the local PNC atm, withdrawing $780. The machine whirls and sounds as if its getting the money prepared then the screen says Transaction Cancelled. I attempted to retry and it says I exceeded the withdrawal limit for the day as if Ive received my money. I go in to talk to the teller, she says the only course is to file yet another dispute. Again another 10 day dispute investigation. They ended up calling the Police on me due to me saying I need my money, wasnt leaving until I had it. I was advised they have been having issues with both ATMs. My issue with *** is their lack of urgency when it comes to peoples money. I shouldnt take 2 weeks to investigate 2 cut and dry transactions. Then they tell me once the investigation is complete theyll send a letter of their findings.again lack of urgency when it comes to their customers finances. This is THE last straw and once my disputes have been returned Im finding another bank cause this couldve been a life or death situation and this dispute process is too long and drawn out. Ill make sure to tell the many people that I know NOT to do business here.

      I had got scammed by a fake cash app company. My bank card was connected to my cash app card. These people took over &900 out of my account in July, ********************** gave me my money but then took it back in September with no notice not even a payment plan

      I lost more than $100,000 USD to PNC bank, and they blocked my trading account by themselves, asking for another amount to unlock my trading account, I took a legal action against them to recover my money back through the help I got from a recovery expert on lost funds recovery, I contacted rose_hoover_90_AT_gmail_._com. and she was able to help me recover my money back.       I went to the closest branch (1.5 hours away) to cash 2 checks since I have an account with ***. The girl who was helping me was new and called a gentleman over for assistance. He then said that the checks could not be cashed since I did not have the funds in my account. I said in my account? He said yes. I said that is (curse word) ridiculous low, under my breath. He then stated, rudely in a threatening tone, I can refuse you service for cursing at us. I asked him if he was threatening me since I felt threaten and what funds are in MY account should not matter to cash a check. He said I can deposit the checks or leave and go elsewhere. I said I would never be back, I will bank elsewhere and to deposit the one and cash the other check. So apparently, per him, you have to have enough funds in YOUR account to cash a check. If not they refuse you service. Not the first problem I have had but it will be the last. If I could've rated a 0 i would have. Lost all respect and trust for this institution.
