      I was informed by a AAA technician that I had a basic service which surprised me. When I called customer service, they confirmed that I was no longer at Premier status because I was downgraded due to heavy usage. I asked the representative what is defined as heavy usage if Im making use of the services that Ive been paying for. Her response was that she could not answer that question because she did not make that decision and provided the address to the corporate office to contact the company.

      I was notified of Non-renewal from ******** Insurance by AAA agency at the end of may. (They don't cover some of the services my company now does.) I am an ************************* My agent *************************** notified me at that time, that we have plenty of time to find another carrier. After 2 months of emails asking for them to reissue a policy, I was told the "Underwriters are looking" and they would get a new policy out to me. Fast forward to the last 3 weeks, I now get an email from ********************* at AAA. She says the underwriters can not verify my website, and I actually had Go Daddy correct an SSL problem. (Website corrected the same day as I was notified.) Now we are at 1 week prior to expiration, and I email ***** noting I will file a complaint that the agency has ignored my emails, phone calls and requests. I receive a phone call the next day, and I was told the underwriters are looking into it, and I will have a policy in place. Today is now my last day prior to expiration, and I am now forced to find a policy from another agent, due to their lack of response, detail, and professionalism. I have been lied to, and discarded from this agency, and their lack of attention is horrible. I am a business owner who was told they would take care of my reissue, and they failed on multiple levels. Now I am having extreme difficulty finding a carrier that writes my type of company voluntarily, and may have a lapse in coverage which will force my rates much higher.

      I made a claim for a tow early July 31 2023 around 830 am so I can get my car fixed they said they would be here by 12 to pick the car up never showed now its August 1st still not here so this is an absolute joke get road side assistance from your insurance company do not waste money with rmthis scam company

      On June 1st we purchased a round trip ticket, direct flights, from ** to ****** ***** through AAA Travel, cost $1460.55 for my 19 year old son (***************************), traveling alone internationally for the first time. We specifically got direct flights at certain times to account for ground transpiration in ******,he had to travel another 2 hours to his destination, with limited bus times. His original trip was June *****. On June 27th we contacted AAA to try and change his flight from June 29 to July 2nd. The AAA agent notified us of the same flight timing, just different date, direct from ****** to *** at 4:30 PM ***** time on July 2 for an additional $255. ***** confirmed immediately he wanted to make this change. AAA responded they would get back to him within 24 hours with details. On the morning of June 29 he had not heard back so I called to confirm if we were just using the same flight confirmation #, or how it would work. AAA called me back and said "Due to an error on our end, we can't make this change". They admitted via phone it was their fault, and told me I had to call the airline. They said I may be able to get reimbursed for the additional cost of getting him him home. They said there was nothing they could do. At this point it was already too late to catch his original flight home and he was essentially stuck in *****. I had to scramble to find him a somewhat comparable flight, as the original airline, American, was $3000 to change. I finally found him one with similar timing and only one reasonable layover, for $1691 through KLM. Then I started trying to work with AAA to get reimbursed. Now, they are accepting no responsibility and putting it all back on the airline. The only thing the airline agreed to was a credit for the missed flight, but it was only good for a return flight from ******. That does us no good at all. AAA who admitted fault, should reimburse for the return flight that we had yto rebook due to their agent's admitted error.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      I have yet to get a satisfactory response to my complaint. My opinion is this is not an airline issue at all. It was and is fully due to AAA Travel not following up within 24 hours as promised via email. They are fully responsible for us having to purchase a second ticket to get my son home. 

      Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

      My son had my truck towed because the tailpipe became loose from the hanger bracket so he called AAA to have the truck towed back to my house. The tow truck driver, while unloading the truck, bent the tailpipe backwards, got the tailpipe stuck under the back tire and then ripped the whole tailpiple from the muffler. AAA is denying any liability because the tailpipe was *****. I agree the tailpipe is ***** but before the tow the tailpipe was completely attached to the muffler after the tow the tailpipe was a twisted mess that was torn off the truck.       I am writing regarding my vehicle 2006 **** on June 27, 2023 at 8:36 pm, my vehicle was towed from ******************** ****** to my home located at *****************************************************. I was at the pickup location (************) Auto Zone and my mom was at the drop off location (**************************). When the driver (*****) from Quely Towing arrived, my mom *************************** meet him out front. ***** informed my mom, that while was driving through ******; he went over a large bump or some kind of pot hole in the road in New Market Sq. He exited the tow truck and inspected my vehicle. The vehicle tire had snapped. ***** indicated the belt was too tight on the front drivers wheel and going over the bump/pot hole caused the damage to the tire and right front drivers side. I immediately reported this incident to AAA. I was instructed by ********************* to get an estimate of damages. On July 6, 2023 I had my vehicle towed to car ************** center ****************** for estimate, the total damage was *********. I forwarded a copy of the estimate to *********************. I received an Email on July 18, 2023 ********************* stating after reviewing my file and speaking to Claim adjuster. AAA is unable to conclude that the damage to my vehicle was a result of the service provided. Therefore AAA is unable to favorably mediate. This is ludicrous and insane. My car was not damaged before the tow. My vehicle is NOW NOT drivable. If my Vehicle was in that condition already, I would not have been able to drive the Vehicle to auto Zone where I had gone to get transmission fluid. The woman at Auto Zone came out and determined I didnt need transmission fluid. I was trying to leave and my vehicle wouldnt go in reverse so I need to get it towed. Your findings are unacceptable and insulting. My mother will be forwarding a statement. I requesting your re-evaluate my claim including escalation to a higher authority and or department. I need compensation for me vehicle

      On 7/23/23 I experienced some car trouble and I enrolled in triple-a when I call them for assistance. They told me that I had to pay an additional fee because I was the first time member I asked them to cancel my membership and to issue me a refund. I was told that only a partial refund will be given. I am inquiring as to the full refund.

      I AM A MEMBER WITH AAA. I HAVE BEEN SINCE ****. I AM CALLING THEM TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT A TRIP I AM PLANING, I HAVE CALLED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES AT DIFERENT DAYS OF WEEKS AND DIFFERENT TIMES. EVERY TIME I GET PUT ON HOLD SOMETIMES FOR OVER AN HOUR UNTIL I HANG UP. THEY DO OFFER TO CALL BACK SO I CLICK THIS OPTION, BUT NO CALLBACK EVER COMES. I WOULD DREAD TO HAVE THEM PUTTING ME ON HOLD IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY. IT SEEMS LIKE NOBODY WORKS THERE.

      My son(*********************) had a flat tire and AAA sent a tow truck out to remove the tire and we had a new tire put on the rim, when the tow provider came back to put the tire back on the car he never tightened the lug nuts on the car. My son did not notice that and drove the car and the wheel almost fell off the car and he almost drove into the ***** because of it. I have been calling AAA now for over a week to come back and fix the tire and replace the missing lug nuts. They keep telling me they will call me back but have done nothing and the car is still unusable and my son keeps missing work

      I called to have my car towed (request ******) at around 6 at the Ewing, ** WAWA. I called Triple A multiple times to get an ETA however they keep giving me the around and telling me different ETA's. The agency ****** Towing finally came at 9:38pm however the hispanic tow truck driver had his wife in the car and was about to help me. However I overhear his dispatcher say my request my number and to not help me. Then the hispanic driver said "wait one minute" (also I told the dispatcher I would need a ride in the tow truck to go home but he had his wife/girlfriend in the passenger seat preventing me from sitting in there look into that) and then drove away without telling me why. I call AAA and I finally get ahold of a manager that says because I made "threats" that the driver left and I can't get another driver. The disptacher even called me to confirm the driver was coming and this was around 8:30-9 before the driver came. If I made threats to the driver than they should have told me and not have the driver waste my time. They didn't even tell me the threat I made. I seek financial and verbal apologies.
