July 14, 2023 at aprox 17:30 my truck broke down on the side of county road 62 in ************ aprox 60 miles from my home. the area where the truck became disable and did not work at all was completely without cell service. finally 2 hours later after calling 911 a lot of times the troopers were able to find us at 19;30 and called triple aaa thru the police dispatch system. the troopers stayed with me because the area was an extremely remote area and very dangerous to be there. aaa said they would be about 2 hours and 1/2 to tow the ruck back. 4 hours later now around midnight the troopers decided to check with dispatch why aaa was taking so long. the aaa inform the dispatcher that AAA did cancel without informing anyone when asked why they canceled aaa said that all their tow companies would not accept the towing. due to lack of cell service in the areao of being broken down the troopers took me to the nearest hotel where i had to spend the night and was able to be picked ** in the am next day to return homem without ************ truck still in the place where it was broken down and aaa still not able to find a tow to bring my truck back. I have AAA plus which its for towing up to 100 miles and this trip is *** 60 miles away from my house.

I made a transaction of $875 on 06/07/2023, 3:25pm, for the enrollment of the *** member package. The package clearly states on their site it includes 30-hour class, 2 hour parent class, 12 hours of in car lessons, and 6 hours of observation. However upon attending my first class on 07/10/23 I was told that I have to schedule my driving hours separately and the $875 that was left by my father before he passed, is being used for 4 days of 6 hour classes. Not only am I not getting what I paid for, but they don't even have any availability for driving hours until February ****. I am 20 years old, and I've had my permit for 1 1/2, I've been driving every day in and out of town with my older sister. I finally decided to use the check my father left me before he passed 2 years ago. He wanted me to specifically go to *** driving school in rockland. What I thought would be me on the road getting in my hours with an instructor was me sitting in a classroom for 6 hours straight. I already have my road test booked for August 8. I told them I needed to get my driving hours in before September. I figured it couldn't hurt to learn some new stuff on the road. I have a disabled mother. I need to run errands for daily. This is not what I signed up for, and I'm hoping you can help me settle this dispute and get me my money back, I only spent one day in class, and I shared all my concerns with the instructor.

My daughter, ***********************, who has AAA membership under my account, was having problems with her car on Monday, July 10, 2023. She called AAA at 8:30 pm and no one came to help her. They kept telling her they would come and no one did. She had to sleep in her car because she couldn't drive anywhere. That is horrible that no one came to help her. AAA called her at 3 am to tell her they didn't have any vehicle to come to tow her and told her to call the next morning.

On the night of June 30th, 2023 9:59pm, I contacted AAA @ ************** for my car to get a tow from ****************************************************** to ************************************************************************************* (**** miles). I was told that they are going to dispatch a tow truck and get me sorted out within 8 minutes (fast!). I then received a phone call at 10:10pm (1minute 58 seconds) explaining to me that they are working on finding another truck. Then at 10:38pm I get a phone call to inform me that they are unable to pick me up and that I would need to wait till the AM of 7-1-23 for them to dispatch a driver. Meanwhile waiting all this time I watched two AAA flat bed trucks with no vehicles on them pass me while I was sitting there waiting for them. I explained this to the person on the second call back, figuring that one of those tow trucks were coming to me. I then asked to speak to a manager and at this point he was certainly not caring at all about the situation I had going on at all and continued to tell me that the 24/7 service I pay to be a member of is not valid and I will need to wait for a tow in the AM. Meanwhile all this going on, I have explained multiple times that the car I was driving is insured for $138,000 and that I was not leaving it there by its self. I am absolutely mind blown at how AAA had zero intentions to take care of what I would consider a large risk of this car sitting there for the next ***************************************** the car to make sure nothing happened to it, lost a lot of sleep and wasted the night there when I should have been home with my wife and family not having to worry about my car as I pay for a service that is obviously not delivering. I am not pleased at the customer service, not pleased with the service that I pay for yearly and certainly not pleased with how the manager hung up on me while I was having an absolute nightmare of an experience with his company he represents. Find a resolution to this catastrophic experience.

6/29/23 I called AAA for my dead battery. They come and replace the battery. The technician that was an independent contractor by AAA who drove a AAA truck was from Furtado out in ****** where my girlfriend lives. My windshield wipers were not working after as they did. Also the cost of the battery was $196 and I gave him a tip of $10. AAA told me to have the mechanic come back but I said as long as I have a mechanic that knows how to fix it. The same driver came and then my wipers were fully broken after he tried fixing it. I had to buy rain X at AutoZone because I had wipers that were not working and it was raining. That was $10. I had to go to the **** dealership where I got my car and **** told me that it would cost $680 for the fix. I had to pay for it myself because AAA was not in communication and my car would be confiscated and I was at my job at the hospital. I had **** send all the paperwork over to AAA. AAAs damage management team said that in ****s report, it was not clear enough if the motor was broken so AAA would only be able to pay for the labor which was $300. The service advisor from **** told me over the phone that he does not understand why AAA thinks that the motor wasnt broken based on what he told AAA and the report. AAA tells me they need the part or video or photo proof of the motor being broken. **** said the next day that they had thrown out the motor. AAA suggested I call the Furtado mechanic so that he could admit to AAA that he broke the motor. I talked to the Furtado mechanic and he said that he would do that. AAA talked to the Furtado mechanic and he said that it was probably a recalibration issue. AAA told me that they would be unable to reimburse fully. I stated I would continue to pursue a reimbursement and talk with BBB. Please contact me for further details. Due to the amount of characters that I can use in this write up,I am not able to provide all the details.

I've asked via mail to be removed from ********************* list, but I keep receiving postal mail asking if I want to purchase life insurance. I've never contacted them for life insurance. I only want roadside assistance at this time. I've searched for phone numbers and on their website for information about opt-out of postal marketing materials but I can't find that information anywhere.I'm receiving the same offer multiple times it's predatory. There should be clearer opt-out of marketing materials on their communications with customers. I want to Opt-out of Marketing Postal Mail from AAA and all it's partners.

For the third time since I purchased a AAA membership several years ago, I have been left on the side of the road for several hours waiting for AAA to provide the services they sell under their membership. Specifically, I called to request a tow truck hours ago since my vehicle was disabled. After being told that AAA had a service provider they had lined up, I then heard that they had mistakenly booked a tow company that doesnt work on weekends (meaning that I sat on the side of the road for hours waiting for a tow truck that was never coming and wasnt properly arranged). More and more time has passed with no further information. I wish this were the first time it had happened and that I could say my experience with AAA has otherwise been positive. But that is not the case. This is now the *third* time something like this has happened. Ive considered keeping my AAA membership only for hotel discounts since the roadside assistance component is so poorly executed, but I think this time I have learned my ******* I will cancel the auto renewal. I would rather give more money to hotels than to AAA in membership fees. I will go back to paying my auto insurer for roadside assistance coverage. ****** learned.

I just want the refund promised to me when they canceled the membership and told me it would be refunded which it was not. I canceled it the same day I charged it. The payment went through my debit card and it did not just come off like I was told.

I received a AAA membership as a gift from someone in November of 2021. The membership was for one year and expired in November of 2022. I have been contacted by phone by AAA over a dozen times asking me to renew and another 6 times by mail. I have told them multiple times I had no intention of renewing unless I was gifted the membership by that family member again. Despite multiple requests to stop contacting me, they still continue to try to contact me on a regular basis. I have their number blocked and am on the do not call registry. They use alternative phone numbers to try to get me to answer their calls.
