Canceled renter's and auto policy. Effective 6 days from today. AAA informs me that they are charging me anyways, and cannot cancel payments, set to come out 3/14/2023 and that it will take **** business days to reimburse. They are stealing my money and penalizing me because I don't want their insurance anymore.I am not authorizing them to withdraw that money, making it illegal to do so!

I have documents of cancellation of Renter's policy and I called to cancel payment with plenty of time.  If I call to change the payment method is would be processed so cancelling the payment about to be electronically withdrawn should not be a problem.  DO NOT TAKE MY MONEY!

I am a member in good standing of AAA. My membership number is *********. On 11/29/2022 I had trouble with my ***** Silverado truck that had a snow plow mounted. I called for a tow at 2:45 PM. The dispatcher indicated they could not provide a tow due to the plow but if another company tows me, AAA will pay the tow bill in full. I did have another company tow me and my wife called to find out where to mail the bill. The address was given and the woman said that AAA would pay in full. The bill was mailed to *********************** at ISP Payment Processing, AAA Northeast. She would not reimburse even though I told her the dispatcher & another lady said they would. I complained to the complaint department, *************************** ********************************** to no avail.

AAA replaced my battery on may 19th 2022. My battery died inearly febuary 2023, in which AAA came out and jump started it and said battery was good. Even though, i had just brought it to autozone to charge and was told the battery was no good. I had to call AAA again on febuary 31st, 2023 for a no start battery again. The technician told me i had to call AAA custmer service to have battery replaced because the battery was reading good.. my battery died the next day on march 1st 2023..i called customer service and was told that i had to remove the battery, take it to a mechanic and get written proof that the battery was no good. AAA batteries are supposed to be warrantied for 3 yrs for if defective materials or workmanship. I feel if i have to call AAA for a dead battery the very next day from when they jumped my battery, that they should honor their warranty..

[You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.  If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]i was contacted by a ms.****** at AAA. She explained to me that even though i informed their technician on the 1st visit that autozone said it was a bad battery i would have to remove my battery myself again, get a ride to a certified mechanic who would have to put in writing that the cells in my battery are bad. The fact that i have to go through so much trouble to PROVE my battery i purchased not even a  year ago is defective, just shows that AAA goes out of its way to not honor their warrantyies..

We spoke to the member: Member was advised per warranty a battery that is discharged is not covered under warranty.  The test results show the battery is discharged and that we recommend he take the vehicle to a repair shop to have the battery fully charged if they determine it's not holding a charge, has a bad cell or is failing he can submit the documentation to us. It was explained that  something else could be draining the battery .

I have been waiting for my car to be picked up a towed and I had two appointment. Nobody showed up at all. No calls at all. When I call AAA, the dispatch is not willing to check on the service provider if he is on the way or not. Is this even possible?

I got a Death Benefits Policy through AAA, gave the agent my bank account info for auto payment AND VERY CLEARLY STATED that the money WAS NOT to be withdrawn from my bank account until the FIFTH of MARCH. That is 2 days after I get my Disability check deposited & I know enough $ is in there for them to pull the payment. When looking at my bank account this weekend, I see where they have ALREADY PULLED the first payment. I haven't EVEN RECEIVED ANY POLICY INFORMATION. In trying to contact them today, the automated voice claims they were very busy with high volume of calls & did I want to CHAT with a LIVE REP. I took that option. NO ONE RESPONDED BACK TO ME after they sent the chat request & I responded "YES" 3 times to connect with a live REP, and never received any response. Irresponsible, underhanded business they appear to be running now. Can't upload my banking information, but here is the reason for my complaint, taken directly from my bank account transactions page."Account History BASIC CHECKING **** Selected account BASIC CHECKING **** Account Details Feb 24 Withdrawal Bill ******* #****** / ******** INSURANCE ************ MI %% Card 15 #**** %% MCC **** -$50.00 *************************************************************************************************************************************** want a complaint lodged against this company, as a strike against their business practices.

I have gad the service for over 3 years. I have used the service 7 times. 6 of these times. I never received the desired outcome! I also pay for battery service, I'm told by the co. There is no battery service in my area. Then I should have never had to pay for battery service premium. I've called for gas, they leave without finishing the job!

My vehicle needed to be towed to a different service shop three blocks away and I was charged $150. This amount was advised to me after the tow truck driver already had my car on the flat bed which is basically holding my vehicle hostage. I was not provided a receipt and I am very much aware of what I should and shouldn't have been charged. I reach out to customer service which the customer service rep. ******* was extremely rude and told me this situation is normal. Apparently, the tow truck driver stated my insurance and registration was expired which it was not. I guess this is the scam these drivers use to trap people into paying cash. I have been a member of AAA since 2015 and never had this issue. I would like to be reimbursed for this service. The $150 is more than my premium membership with AAA. I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs as well. Thank you

On Friday 1/20/23 I got a flat tire on I95N in ********* ** and pulled over on right side of shoulder of highway in break down lane while in very cold temperatures with freezing rain/snow. Between 11:10pm-11:15pm I called *** for roadside assistance. *** rep told me a *** tow truck would be coming, waited 1hr, had to call them, then they told me a *** tow truck driver was not available, that they would be calling a private towing company, and that I would have to pay 1/2 due to my basic membership. 12:30 am *** called me and told me the 1st time that the ******** police would arrive and provide us with safety. They did not show the 1st time. I was advised to remain in my car while with a friend waiting as cars were passing very closely due to how narrow the shoulder of highway was. Around 12:50am *** called and told me that the ******** police would be called a 2nd time to provide us with safety. They did not show a 2nd time. The tow truck arrived at 1:40am and towed and drove me 27 min to the tire dealer that I had bought a new tire from recently in which I had to pay $70 dollars for a new tire. Did not arrive at the tire dealer until 2am, I had to call an uber driver to pick me up 18 min from my home, and had to pay for a ride home in addition to having to pay 206 dollars out of pocket for the private tow truck driving company. I received a check the other day from *** for $100 half due to basic membership. When on the phone with the *** rep that evening I was informed that I would be getting a full refund due to the endless errors that occurred. Long story short is when I got the flat tire I was 27 min from my home, took me almost 3 hours to get home, and had to pay $276 dollars out of pocket. I believe this case meets the criteria due to the pain and suffering that occurred, the emotional distress myself and my friend experienced/chronic acute stress, anxiety, etc. I will be seeking legal assistance for settlement purposes in addition to this complaint.
