I have AAA homeowners insurance for the last 5 years or so. I was never required to buy a AAA membership in the past. I received an email today1/31/25 stating I will now need to purchase a membership to renew my policy. I called and ask how this could be. I feel this is a money grab because the value of a AAA membership is not worth it anymore. Almost all new cars come with free roadside assistance and business dont give *** discounts anymore. Map services are no longer needed with cars and phones having navigation. This is unfortunately an outdated business with antiquated services offering very little value to the majority of buyers.

I purchased a battery warranted for 3 years from AAA 14 months ago. Now my car has needed to be jumped 3 times since January 8, 2025. The resting battery is at about 25% (AAA's number not mine) capacity which, according to online research, requires immediate attention. *** refuses to replace a warranted battery that is unreliable and potentially a safety hazard for me.

I called AAA Rhode Island automobile insurance and was quoted an amount by phone (around *******). I decided to proceed with the car insurance for two vehicles, the agent, ******* ****** said I have to sign disclosures before proceeding and that once disclosures were signed she would process payment. She placed me on hold and ended up processing payment before I signed the disclosures. I notice the amount charged ($405.75) was significantly higher than the quoted amount. When she returned I brought this to her attention and she admitted she made a mistake. I asked her to cancel everything and process a refund. After escalating this to her supervisor I was informed they could not give me a refund to my card and instead they would mail me a check. They also confirmed everything was cancelled. This happened around October. Sometime last week (around January 13th) I recieved an invoice in the mail stating I owe AAA insurance $405.75 despite the policy being cancelled the same day. They said they need proof I had insurance which I sent them the proof. Ive made several attempts to get this resolved and sent ******* many emails to no reply. I want a letter stating I have a zero balance and for them to stop sending me mail as this account r is closed due to my request due to false quotes. Jessicas manager apologized profusely and shared she was just out of training and thats why the mistake happened.

I am not satisfied with this answer because there has been no resolution offered at all. I received a call from *** stating they need to do further research but there has been no resolution. I got a letter in the mail today stating that I owe you money still which is totally unacceptable. It appears you recieved this compliment and decided to mail me another bill!

This then resulted in her having paid us nothing but us sending her $405. Customer does owe us this money back. Customer was provided proof from *** so that she could verify with ****************. AAA membership is advertised as 24/7/365 roadside assistance according to the *** website today. broken down, flat tire, or locked out? Our award-winning roadside service is here for you. On December 30th this proved untrue. My family of 4 and two dogs were stranded in *******, **. This is why we have AAA, so I put in a service request. About an hour later someone called and advised that there was no help. This was at 6PM not midnight. We were told there was no availability and that they would only to take the car only to a local garage overnight and send to our home in ** the next day. What was my family to do then? We were told to find someone ourselves. Why would we have AAA with a large network that could not help us, if they could not get someone how could we? My husband called around to find someone from our local town area and luckily through a friend someone came out to tow us so that we could get home that evening. Interestingly our car was about to be towed out of the parking lot in *******, ** where it was stuck but AAA could not help us. (Towing in the parking lot as they do not allow overnight parking!) This was an extremely disappointing situation. I have been a loyal customer to *** and it failed us in our time of need. I am requesting $400 that we had to pay someone from our area to come get us with their trailer and a refund for at least the last 5 of my 33 years.

This past summer my son was stranded in our truck and we had to renew our subscription to ***. When we called they told us that we had already used four calls that year which is not accurate but we use two calls and then this was the third call. So because we were out of help we needed to renew anyway and so we renewed for a full year the lady said that the full year is up in February but that we've already used for calls and so that's not true because we paid for another year it should be something like August to August and so we had only one call I'm upset because it appears that this has happened before and so I'm concerned that our *********** is not being serviced by the owners that started it it seems like it has been overtaken just to put it out of business. I think it's unfair to deny an elderly lady in this season it's pitch black out I have a flat tire I need the tire changed and I want them to honor the year that we paid for and stop saying it's last year's that we don't have any more calls left.

I reside in ************ and am a Southern New England Triple A club member, membership #**************** for which I pay $5.50 per month. On November 1, 2024. On 11/1/24 a suspicious charge from "RESPONSE ROADSIDE ASST ******** FL" in the amount of $38.50 posted to my Discover account. I contacted my Triple-A club in **, and they determined the charge came from Triple-A Club #*** in *******. After that, I contacted the Triple-A merchant in *******, and the representative thoroughly searched their database to determine what the $38.50 charge was for. The representative searched using my name, address, triple-A membership number, telephone number, and confirmed they do not have me in their system. The representative suggested I report the charge as fraudulent. I have never resided in *******, nor do I know anyone in *******. Therefore, Im reporting this charge as fraudulent. After searching the web, I found the below promotion being run by Triple-A for the exact amount of my disputed charge of $38.50. On June 6, 2024 I paid AAA $59.00 for road service. I have called AAA twice since I renewed concerning battery issues; I know the battery is old so I requested a replacement. On both service calls they always came without a battery and as of today my car remains with this old battery. I feel I am not receiving the service that I paid for and I am requesting a full refund. On the first service request I requested a copy of the battery health report and never received it. Poor communication.

This business has not contacted me.  I contacted customer service about this issue and they just tell me to keep calling for service this does not help me.  I want a full refund because I feel AAA is unreliable.  **************** does not see my first service call in the system where they came out and jump started my battery this was in August of 2024 they claim this did not happen,
