I have spent over $7,000 on car repairs at your shop in Clearwater Florida not only have I had front end work done I have bought all my tires from this outlet.. after my last purchase of two front tires I was told I needed a alignment I asked how much and was told it would be a $1,000 dollars to have it done. Now I have checked around and it seems the going rate is between $75-$100. + So how is it your company would quote me a price 100 times the rate for such a service. Especially since I just bought front tires from you...I am appalled and now question all the charges I've incured over the last 5 years. I'm seriously disappointed with your shop and deception on the cost of repairs...you've lost me as a customer..not that I think you care as long as you can over charge those that don't know..

I have a problem with the fact I was told in November all I needed was some brakes on truck, when I bought four new tires, now I am being told I have so much work that needs to be done, that the general manager said they are to work on my vehicle.. what’s changed from November til now, mind you I do not drive my truck everyday so it’s not a lot of mileage on it. So now I have to tow it to ***** who said they will do the work. Help me understand when I have been doing business with your company all these years I can’t get my vehicle serviced, plus why wasn’t I told of all these issues in November when I took it to the same Firestone store? I spoke with Tim the store manager and he was very helpful, but I think to only offer me the cost of my towing, doesn’t compensate for lost time and inconvenience. Not to mention the fact that someone tried to make it seem as though I refused service when in fact I was turned away. Also a bit disappointed in Aaron who said he would get back with me on some type of compensation. I tried calling him and texting him with no response. This is very frustrating and unprofessional considering how much money I have spent with your company in the past. It’s been almost a month an Aaron the area manager has not gotten back with me, I was told corporate would contact me and haven’t heard anything. Plus my signature was forged saying I refused work and was told by the store manager that’s not serious well if someone is saying I declined work but I didn’t I was refused service that is a problem.

Took my vehicle in for inspection. Was told I needed three tires. All three of those tires were just replaced at that location 13,000 miles ago and have a 40,000 mile warranty. They never offered pro-rated price due to being under warranty. I called and questioned why they did not offer me the warranty and was offered a slight discount on new tires, however, why would I want to purchase tires from them again, when theirs are clearly faulty to have worn so fast?! When I posed that question I was told it was my fault they wore that way because the tires were not regularly rotated and the vehicle might be out of alignment. However, the one original tire that is still on the car is fine. So if that was the case, that tire would be bad as well. This vehicle only has 25k total miles on it. They also advised that I need brake pads and rotors, and their quote for this was more than double what other places have quoted me since. they are charging $130 for a single rotor, which **** **** sells for $82. This is on top of their $170 hourly service rate. $96 for brake pads, which **** **** sells for $59.
Their total quote was $942 for 3 tires, wiper blades, front rotors and pads. I found another mechanic that is doing all of that, without any warranty discount, for $466, and the parts are higher quality than what Firestone uses.
I firmly believe they see a woman and think they can take advantage.

Firestone loosen the lug nuts on my son’s van after I refused to let them install cv axles and new tires 6/18/2024. After I exit the interstate today, my passenger tire came off. The manager said if they find me at fault because they assumed my mechanic installed a cv axle that was in my van. I would have to pay for towing, rental car etc. He didn’t install it because it was defective and I return it and received a refund. Yet instead he admitted things happens. And my mechanic watched him and his employee tighten the bolts on my other tires after the incident in their parking lot today..smh. My mechanic hadn’t touched my van since Thursday last week and I drove to Williamsburg Saturday. Im

They called me on 6/18/2024 and told me I needed to replace my brake calipers for $1,100.00. I took my car to the dealership the next day and they told me that the calipers were completely fine. I would not recommend going to that store.

very unhappy with this store. Ordered my new tires 1 week in advance. The day before my appointment they called to say only 2 had arrived and could I reschedule. I did. They said the tires were there. I went to the appointment. They didn't say anything. They put my car on the lift, pulled off the wheels and then said we don't have what you ordered, but we do have "xyz". It was a complete bait and switch. I'll never do business with them. I wasted 2.5 hours and didn't get my tires.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. It's such a long story and it's not even worth my time to explain it. Long story short is went to get power steering belt fixed for a second time cause It snapped while driving cause of a leak. They sent me home saying it was fixed after replacing the reservoir (belt was under warranty due to the first time I had them fix it) when come to find out it absolutely wasn't and the leak is worse. When I brought it back they said that fixing it was at managers discretion despite their "triple promise". They wanted another 400+ dollars to fix the problem with only crediting the price of the part that wasn't the issue and not crediting the original labor. They wasted my time, endangered my families lives, didn't communicate at all for the days they had my vehicle unless I called first, and was rude to my man when he went to solve the problem for me cause i was at work. On top of all that they called two days later and I was hoping it was good news, that they'd heard from higher ups cause I'd called to complain (I never complain and usually just take the loss but not this time) but it was just an accidental call cause they were trying to reach someone else to pick up a car. They took my money and showed an absolute disregard of their policies and little value to their working class customers.

Took me vehicle to have repairs done on 5/9/24. After getting the vehicle back, I noticed issues and discovered a tear in the tie rod boot that they had "repaired". Took the vehicle back to be repaired on 5/29/24, and was notified on 5/30/24 that they inadvertently damaged the transmission during the repairs. At first, they told me they would be making the repairs and would be filing a claim with their insurance company, and then they decided not to and we tried to work it out, but they were unwilling to pay me what the vehicle was worth. I have now been notified that a claim is being filed, but I have still yet to hear back from anyone regarding if a claim was even filed. So I have been basically left without a functioning vehicle for more than a month with no offer of a rental car. Do NOT take your vehicle here.

My Husband and I have been going to Tires Plus in Perry for many, many years. Chris, MaryAnn and their team have always serviced our tire needs with great workmanship, professionalism and customer service. But today we are leaving TP for good and the main reason is Sean W*****.
I had appointment at 1:00 and at 2:15, my car wasn't ready, I asked him about my car and the work progress and was not happy because no one told me the wait would be this long. When I asked him about it, his reply "1.5 hour wait is typical don't you see how the work is being done in a order" I have never had a typical wait for a scheduled appointment of 1.5 hours. Mr. W***** apparently had never learned customer service skills of "the customer is always right, grin, bear it and apologize, even if you disagree with the customer." Then he rolled my tire into the waiting area and announced that "this tire is damaged because of no alignment, etc" aggressively trying to prove the point of his next statement., "You've been coming in, getting credit on tires but not having an alignment". I did tell him that whenever I came in with tire needs, if they had said I needed an alignment, then I would have said okay. At one point he started ....."telling ME what I was upset about and how I felt about the situation, telling me how I was feeling".....who does that to an unhappy customer. I then said stop the work, put my original tires back on and let me go.
I paid the tech that had worked on my car $20 and I left and when I drove off, my car was bumping all over the road as if it was on train track. The steering was off too, I was worried I wouldn't make it to the next stop...which was ***** **** *******, but I did,
Come to find out the tech had not properly put my tires back on as they were when I arrived. The bad ones were now in the front. Let me drive off in an unsafe car,
      I will use ***** from no on. **** *** ***** *****
