      I went to the one in Montgomeryville mall, and was told that I needed rear brakes and rotors. When I went there to have 4 tires done. Spent 1500.00 on my services to find out that I needed front brakes and rotors not rear. Please be careful with getting work done now, especially if you are a woman, and have a second or even a third opinion.

      I spoke with Rick at the 7808 N Military Hwy, Norfolk, VA 23518-4011 store to get a quote on two tires, front and rear brakes and routers, two new tire sensors, and to get my brother set up with a Firestone account and lifetime alignment.
      Rick was extremely rude when we initially came in and asked questions to start with a quote. He got upset when I wasn’t sure of the current tire size and was making comments under his breath when walking out to the car to check the tire size. I went with him and asked how to check the tire size for future reference and he scoffed and said, just read the side of the tire. Again, very rude and unnecessary.
      He asked if I had disc or drum brakes. I wasn’t sure, it’s my brothers car and he wasn’t with me. I asked if we could look it up with the VIN or if we could go look at it to see. He said they would have to take the tires off to look or I would just have to know. He said he’s been doing this for 20 years and you can’t look it up by the VIN. I started googling how to check and he said “don’t bother. You won’t be able to do it”. Again, very rude, condescending, and also untrue. I asked if he could give a quote for both the disc brakes (since he wouldn’t bother to try and help me check), he said it would take a long time.. then only gave me a quote for disc brakes. Did not include the lifetime alignment or tire sensors in the quote. Only tires and brakes.
      I left and sat in my car and googled how to check if it’s disc or drum brakes and it’s very simple and you can literally just look and now I know they are drum brakes so the quote is irrelevant to what I need.
      This store is known for discriminating against non-white people, which makes sense for how I was treated and has harassed customer for filing complaints in the past.

      On March 3, 2024 at 9:51 I went to this location because my car was vibrating when I drove over 65MPH. I was told that I needed all new struts and a left lower control arm. The quote was $2,923.59 for the repair service.
      I went to another local mechanic in Wentzville and my vehicle was thoroughly examined. The honest mechanic told me I need a new tire only and charged me $414.54
      Service advisor #88 Thomas lied and attempted to commit fraud and charge me for service I did not need. This was a shameful hustle. I will never return to this facility. People must know not to visit this location because of the dishonest practices.

      Very bad service at the Loganville location, I took my vehicle to fix the brakes, they charged me $450. , and the vehicle had the same issue. I took it back, they replaced the parts again only to find out the same issue.
      When I took it back the 3rd time, the lead technician told me that they don’t know how to solve the problem. I should take it to the dealer.
      The manager gave me a full refund and told me not to bring back the vehicle at Tire Plus for any service.
      I found this very disappointing and cannot understood, why a huge corporation like Tire Plus would do something like this.
      Fixing a brake job , is supposed to be the simplest thing on a vehicle. This showed me that, they don’t have good technicians and the manager doesn’t know any mechanic.
      When I asked him to drive the vehicle, he told me that he is not a technician. So I don’t understand why someone who is not a mechanic is a manager for a huge mechanic shop. This is why they are having so many bad reviews.
      I took my vehicle to friend who is a mechanic, replaced the same parts ( rotors and pads and the vehicle worked perfectly)
      I believe that this company is discriminating on employees. They are many individuals who are well qualified with many years of experience, but will never get a job at tire plus.
      I will never take any of my vehicle to any of their locations anymore and would also encourage everyone not to go there for repairs.

      Horrible, I will be filing a lawsuit against them , I have been to 2 locations in Pensacola. The one on 9 mile rd. and Davis hwy location. I use my car for work with elderly travelers. My car it's safe. Iv literally been 2 both locations 7 times with same issues. The took my money even with tire warranty. First sold me recalled tires, fixed my rotors they said were bad, then ways tires were bad 2nd set were cupping now my car is shaking just like it was to start. The guy Mike test drove my car each time and still has failed to fix issues. I have spent over $1800 and still same results

      I took my car for an old change as I arrived to Firestone my battery died, they jumped my vehicle backwards which caused for the DTCs to loose communication with the PMC causing catastrophic failure of the PCM and the engine control harness. I have to pay $9000 to get my car fix.
      Not go to Firestone in 500 S SCHMALE RD IN CAROL STREAM, IL !!!!!

      I had an appointment at 8:00 AM on April 6, 2024. I walked into the Firestone Complete Auto Car at 7619 Richmond Hwy in Alexandria, VA. The marijuana smoke was so thick you could see it. I was a police officer for 30 years and worked narcotics for 24 of the 30 years so I know what marijuana smoke smells like. I went to the counter and asked the women behind the counter if someone was smoking weed in the business. The lady at the counter looked at me and said no one is smoking in there. If their mechanics have to get high before they work on a car, they are not working on mine. If i was driving down the road and the tire came off and I ran into a tree my family would never know why. I sending a request for the district manager to call me. I had to mark one star becasue the system would not let me mark none. One star is too much credit. These people will get someone killed.

      A bunch of 20 year olds run the entire store I was just in there for my wheel bearings and than again for my water pump and now I have to replace a coolant temperature sensor before that it was my car starter before that it was my ...it goes on I think I could have bought a new car by now.

      [BridgestoneSupport] Re: Claim:******** still not resolved. I will never do business with this company again. Went in to get a tire patched. They were negligent. My rim was all scratched up and a white substance they told me was used to patch up the tire was all over my tire and silver rim. The manager who I was told was away for a week took no accountability. 2 days later my tire was leaking again. They didn't even fix it properly(neglence).

      Tires Plus on Collins Blvd Athens, GA. Are liars.
      I took my car in for an oil change. My car was fine when it went in, upon leaving, it started making a sound like a bad muffler. I went back immediately, the tech said he changed the oil, the car was ok.
      I took the car in yesterday, 4 weeks later. They took it in, looked at it. Sales guy said he couldn't find the part anywhere. Huh? What part? It didn't need a ' part's when they changed the oil!
      Liar told me it needed a catalytic converter. That is total bs.
      A lady came in while I was waiting. The liar gave her a speech on why she NEEDED a certain extra protection plan, focused on building fear in her.
      Blowouts etc.
      This guy is a predator, do not do business with them.
      I have never had any problems with this location til this last oil service.
      Scammers and ripoffs.
