      The worse experiance,I went in for a small oil leak at the radiator and 2 days later I called them because they wouln't call me and said I need a line from the oil pan to the radiator, on the 3rd day I called and said now my radiator is leaking,the job went from 700.00 to 1500.00 I needed my truck so I said fix it, I called them and I went to pick it up and my check engine light is on, they also did'nt put my radiator in my truck they told my I have to ask them for it,I just put a new radiator in about a year ago and I know its not leaking unless they made it leak,so they tell me to bring it back so they can check why the ckeck engine light is on I told them I wouldn't let them put air in my tire. DON'T GO TO FIRESTONE IN ROESVILLE (32525 Gratiot) THEY ARE SCAMERS.I also filed a complaint with the State of Michigan.

      The Owner of the shop gave out personal information on if my vehicle was there to someone who was not involved in the repairs process. This place is willing to give out your information to people and will not keep it private. Will never spend my money with them ever again.

      I am filing this complaint as a warning to potential patrons of the Tires Plus @ 577 Dekalb Industrial Way. On 12/14/2023 I brought them a new tire that I got from ****** because no one had my tire size. I did not mind the 3 hour wait because I was a walk in but, that is excessive for a simple "spare" to "regular" tire swap. After I had paid for the service, I was advised that my Tire Pressure Monitoring System was "old" and needed to be replaced. This was news to me because at that point I had not had ONE PROBLEM with my TPMS. It even alerted me when the tire first went flat. When I got into my car and checked my tires pressures, the Tires Plus installed tire pressure was @ 38 while the other 3 tires were @ the recommended 30. What tire shop mechanic doesn't know how and where to find the make and model PSI? (Or at least match the PSI to the other tires?) As of 3/26/2024, I still have not had ANY ISSUES with the sensors on the other 3 tires, but the Tires Plus installed tire sensor has stopped working which leads me to believe that it was damaged during installation. During the 3 hours that I waited I overheard the staff tell 2 other customers that they had TPMS issues. If this is some sort of side hustle scam, they can forget it because I wouldn't let them pump my gas or squeegee my windshield much less pay them the ALREADY TYPED UP INVOICE OF 400 plus dollars for a "new" TPMS install, even if Tires Plus is "cheaper than the dealer" as I was told by the staff. BE WARNED.

      IT IS TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Tiresplus, Lithonia. For starters, my first visit was for a battery and brake caliber. Returned the battery for another one a month later. Two weeks later it was dead, returned got another one, same thing! Brake caliber installment-burst a couple of months after it was installed -faulty work or faulty parts. I am beginning to think BOTH! Ok, maybe they are only good with tires-hence the name. I went to purchase A tire. I was told with my car type, i will need to replace all 4 tires-so I did. 8 months later a tire started losing air- returned to the store and was told a nail was in one of the tires. I had to buy another set of 4 (according to them the tread was too low on the others to just put on one new tire). Ok, so this lady bought another 4 tires. 7 months with this 2nd set of new tires, I had a flat - this time it was glass.They tried to push 4 more new tires - again, because of the **** ESCAPE I drive. I said NO, put 2 new tires on the back and put the good tire in my trunk. That was Feb. On Mar 20th, I am back at Tiresplus because a tire was losing air! The attendant stated they will check it out- ok, just let me know what the problem is and show me the evidence. 1 hour later, I get a telephone call (I am sitting in the waiting room!) to tell me my car is ready. What is wrong with the tire? Oh, it had a nail in it. Where is the nail? Threw it away. .I asked that you tell me what the problem was and show me the evidence. Noo..they just patched the tire. I don't do patched tires-they are dangerous! I told him that is not acceptable. I asked that they pull the tire they put in my trunk a month ago and replace the tire with that one. He had the audacity to say they do not mount used tires! I bought the tires there a month ago! I left and bought a new tire elsewhere. I kept returning because of the warranty I purchased. The next time I return to that store, it will be with a lawsuit!

      DONT GO TO ANY TIRES PLUS. THEY LIE.
      MY PAID OFF CAR RAN OUT OF OIL AND I TRULY BELIEVE IT IS AT THE NEGLIGENCE OF TIRES PLUS MERRITT ISLAND. THEY SAID I HAD A CRACKED OIL FILTER THAT CAUSED THE OIL TO LEAK OUT. THAT A ROCK CRACKED A METAL PART THAT IS PRACTICALLY INACCESSIBLE. I LOOKED UP WHERE THE PART IS ON *******. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING CRACK NOR DID I EVER SEE OIL LEAKING OUT. I WAS NOT DUE FOR MY OIL CHANGE YET. I STILL HAD 1000 MILES BEFORE I WAS DUE TO GET MY OIL CHANGED WHICH I DID REGULARLY WITH THIS BUSINESS. I TRULY BELIEVE THEY DID NOT PUT ENOUGH OIL IN THE CAR AT THE LAST OIL CHANGE. I WENT TO ANOTHER SMALL PRIVATELY OWNED MECHANIC FOR A SECOND OPINION AND HE EVEN SAID IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKEY A ROCK GOT ALL THE WAY UP THE TUBE AND CRACKED IT. THAT IS WAS PROBABLY A BAD GASKET. I AM DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED, AND UPSET THAT A COMPANY AS BIG AS TIRES PLUS GETS AWAY WITH STUFF LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. MY MOM HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE TIRES PLUS IN WINTER SPRINGS AS WELL. THEY TOLD HER SHE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION AND WHEN SHE WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION AT A SMALL PRIVATELY OWNED MECHANIC THEY TOLD HER SHE NEEDED A TRANSMISSION BELT AND FIXED IT FOR $150. THATS ABSURD !!!!
      I WILL NEVER GO TO TIRES PLUS AGAIN ANYWHERE IN THE US AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE TYPES OF MAJOR CORPORATIONS. THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT PEOPLE, ONLY PROFITS.

      I don't know what to say about this place of business. Long story short, I'm a law enforcement officer and was in uniform in a marked police unit. I visited this location and advised them that the last time I needed a spare tire put on the police unit, they did it as a courtesy. I asked them if they still offered that same courtesy. The gentleman at the counter told me to hold on a minute and went into the service bay area. He came back and told me they could do the same courtesy again but it will take 1 to 2 hours. I left the spare tire in the service bay and told them I would be right back. My patrol unit was 1/2 block down the street. I arrived back on location and waited in the parking lot for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The same gentleman that said they could place the spare tire on the police unit came out and told me they were going to have to charge me. That totally knocked me off my feet. I went inside and spoke with the manager. I asked the manager was he aware that one of his employees told me the service would be done as a courtesy. He basically told me that that was a mistake and I would have to pay for any service they performed. FOR THE RECORD, I don't mind paying or atleast having that option if I was told that in the beginning. I was upset that I waited over an hour on their word it would be done as a courtesy. I could have made other arrangements instead of sitting there for an hour and fifteen minutes. I could understand if they changing brake pads, rebuilding the engine or something major and the mistake was made, but putting one spare tire on a police car. I wasn't expecting this because I'm an Officer, I was expecting it because that's what I was told. The manager wasn't friendly at all and he may say the same about me.

      When I applied for a Tires plus credit card, I had absolutely NO IDEA, that I was going to be paying for 2 credit cards! I was hoaxed into the additional card! My understanding was that I was applying for a tires plus credit card tire, right? A week later, I got a letter and a phone call saying I owe $112.00 a month, in addition to the Tires Plus Credit, they have my recordings! I was very upset! Please refer to the recordings over the phone. They refuse to negotiate to lower the monthly payments, AND, I am currently in extreme financial hardship. My other creditors are receiving lower then minimum monthly payments. This business, calls me every day, using Nebraska area codes! They are refusing to negotiate and continuously demand full payment that I cannot afford! We are in a recession, many cannot afford anything! I get sick periodically because I have a brain tumor, and other service connected disabilities because I have served my country! They NEED to lower their monthly payments.

      I went to go my car gasket fix and I also pay for an inspection so I can check and see what else needed to be fixed on my car. I waited four hours patiently while my car was being fixed as I was advised to before I got there they let me know it was gonna be by four hour wait. I was okay with waiting I work 2 jobs and took off both of them to just focus on this issue. They tell me my car was ready and I ask about my inspection they said they forgot, but they can do it really fast. It felt rushed because when I left they called me back to tell me that my engine cover that covers my valve cover gasket was not put back in my car. I’m not a mechanic so I don’t know what they’re talking about but I responded and said is that my car making a funny noise? they say possibly just come back when you can. I was already gone so I came back a couple hours later. I gave them three opportunities to try to fix or look at what the problem was in their professional advice. They told me to just come back. If anything else occurs now my whole engine is ruined. They put me in a rental, but they do not want to cover my car and not want to take my rental away and I have to work two jobs and I haven’t heard anything back Regarding my car. It’s stressing me out tremendously. I could’ve harm myself or someone else driving my vehicle, and I still haven’t heard anything back from anybody even after to file my claim.

      On Sunday March 17, 2024 I have appointment at 1P.M for car alignment. They pulled my car in at 2:10 and finished at 3:30P.M. With this delay why don't they make appointment at 2 P.M. I don't recommend to do this business to anyone.

      had my 2003 windstar towed to Firestone. Paid 130 for engine analysis. Kept it 2 days, and they ordered and replaced a emission hose. Was called on 4/15 and was told it was ready. Paid $340 and change. It made it about 1 1/2 miles and died. Had it towed back and today was told it has a bad cylinder and is backfiring.
      It was not repaired or test driven.. the manager said as much. Out money and van is not drivable.
